Customizable and Versatile Low-Code Platform

What do you like best about the product?
I find it straightforward to tailor to my needs, and I genuinely appreciate the extensive selection of views it provides. This tool enables you to manage even fairly complex tasks, all within a low-code environment! I love using the automations to ensure my team are checking the board frequently. Customer support has been responsive when I've reached out for help, and the resources online are super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are certain system limitations, especially when it comes to working with formulas, I don't have many other complaints. Overall, my experience has been quite positive aside from that issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I oversee multiple complex, time-sensitive projects in addition to ongoing workstreams. My role requires me to coordinate a range of tasks, making sure that each project remains on track while also maintaining steady progress on continuous work. Monday makes it really easy for me to do all of this, and some of the features (even the beta ones) allow me to speed up the amount of time spent tracking things

What do you like best about the product?
I love that monday Work Management provides the ability to have every project at hand, making it simple to access and monitor with a quick click on the board. I can easily check subtasks, and everything is transparent and visible, which greatly aids in my role as a marketer who frequently delegates tasks within my team. The transparency and accountability it fosters are invaluable, as it obliges everyone to follow deadlines and allows for monitoring everyone's work effectively. The notification system is particularly helpful; it clearly outlines daily tasks and offers guidance on how to achieve goals, ensuring the successful conclusion of projects. It's also integrated with Slack and Gmail, so I never miss any updates. These features, combined together, enhance my capability to oversee tasks in the event industry, allowing me to refer to specific progress during meetings, thus improving workflow and deadline adherence overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that monday Work Management sometimes takes ages to load, which can be frustrating. It seems like this might be an issue for the developers to solve, as it involves handling bugs and finding ways to speed up performance. Additionally, the initial setup of the platform was challenging for my team, requiring training and time to integrate it into our daily workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to delegate tasks, streamline workflow, and maintain transparency. It provides a detailed overview, meeting deadlines, and overseeing team progress. Notifications integrate with Slack and Gmail, enhancing task management and ensuring collaboration and accountability.

Seamless Collaboration and Streamlined Project Management

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com work management allows our team of 16 to collaborate considering more than half of our team works remotely. We are able to prioritize items, schedule, automate and update along the duration of a project. Within our organization, 24 other employees use as well allowing us cross-function abilities that we get nowhere else. It is important for communication and scheduling, the cross-functionability of Monday.com offers this. My favorite part of Monday.com is the streamline processes it allows between projects, tasks and deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Monday.com should offer more robust training to the typical user. I am an admin on the work management system and have completed the various paid trainings but feel that I am constantly training others who are just system users on the basics. With the cost of licenses, our bill is upwards of $9,000 and to have to pay for additional trainings does not fit into the budget for our nonprofit business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our team, Monday.com solves the problem of obtaining lanes amongst the team. Our programs are so varied and so collaborative that this allows one project to be maintained by several individuals at the same time. We are able to keep tasks at hand updated for the whole team, work in our own lanes but together at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tracking functions in monday Work Management because they are valuable to me in helping me stay organized with the work I need to do. The ability to keep my to-do list, different clients, and work for those clients separate and organized is essential. Additionally, the initial setup of monday Work Management was fairly easy and straightforward, which is a notable advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the survey software to be a bit more customizable.

I use monday Work Management to keep my to-do list and work for different clients organized and separate.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great way for me to stay organized on tasks that need to be done. As a small business owner, is it the pefredct way for me to assign tasks to employees and stay on track of everything. I appreciate the different color coding to highlight work in progress, pending, and completed tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reminder notifications could be more regular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps me organized with what needs to be done and making sure things are happening in a timely manner.

Effortless Automation and Collaboration with monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to color code the dashboards and coordinate automatizations in order to reduce the manual input. It also allows resources to be aligned in the right place without needing to send several emails with attachments. It is very easy to implement across departments. We use monday.com daily and it saves us every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unsure if we can link the calendar of different people within monday.com and update this accordingly, since the only account i could link was showing the incorrect dates. It would also be nice to have AI working by populating some fields with a summary of the study
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can allocate the team members easier and manage their workload correctly so that nobody has a 100% workload and someone else has 10%

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate monday Work Management for its intuitive, user-friendly interface that makes staying organized and managing team tasks easy. The platform allows me to effortlessly show team members where we are in a project, promoting transparency and effective collaboration. The interface is visually appealing and simple to use, making both navigation and interaction with the software straightforward. I find transitioning from Asana to monday Work Management worthwhile due to its superior interface. Additionally, the setup was very easy, which facilitated a smooth transition for my team. Overall, I am quite satisfied with how the software enhances our productivity by ensuring we stay on track with task deadlines without forgetting any assignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be improvements in the way AI is utilized to reschedule tasks, especially when we're stuck. It would be beneficial to have more advanced AI features to assist in task management and rescheduling, which currently seems lacking.

I use monday Work Management to keep our team organized, assign tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and prevent missing tasks, enhancing our workflow and productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform streamlines my team's daily communication, helping us stay organized. As part of a marketing team, we're involved in many different projects and day-to-day tasks that require tracking and reporting. Monday helps us stay on track, ensuring deadlines are met on time and all of our information is conveniently stored in one common place. It's easy for anyone to use, and we have teams across the company realizing how it can save them time and hassle. My company also has dedicated Monday support, which allows us to ask questions directly to a rep when we hit a roadblock.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit difficult to navigate at times, especially when building a new board or experimenting with automations. My team has also had issues with notifications not functioning the way we intended. I recently attempted to utilize some of the new AI features to generate competitive reporting, but I was disappointed by the accuracy of the information it provided when compared to my manual research.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One specific problem it has helped us with is event planning. We host large events three times a year, and before we had this platform, we felt very unorganized and rushed before every event. We now have board structures built into Monday that enable cross-functional teams, such as Events and Marketing, to communicate and collaborate with ease. More effective planning has enabled us to enhance our events and continually raise the bar. On another note, I appreciate how I can track PR-related data in one location, including online reviews, complaints, award applications, philanthropic events, and more. My team also relies on it heavily to track social media growth. We use the calendar to plan social media months in advance, allowing us to work ahead and have a quick glance at what's to come. Lastly, the forms are amazing. They are so easy to build and use, and we lean on them for various needs in the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization within Work Management is the most useful quality. Throughout my agency, there are hundreds of documents and notes we need to log. Work Management makes it extremely seamless and easy for anyone to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform often lags or takes a while to load, no matter how strong my wifi is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work Management allows my agency and client to work out of the same platform and dashboards. It is extremely helpful to communicate with each through the same pages and leave feedback seamlessly.
