Project management with automation and customization.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Monday.com's dashboards, various views and filters, ease of use, and ability to adapt to my needs via automation and seamless integrations. The software saves us money on utilities and keeps our data organized and easily accessible. It allows us to send regular emails to customers and coworkers while saving time. It is visually appealing and keeps our team on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because I'm not a software engineer, I can't say with certainty whether the actions and triggers can be modified. Specific recipes for automating tasks can be overly prescriptive, and there is still room for development in areas where automation is currently ineffective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped us improve organization, checklists, task tracking, onboarding, finances, and group management, among other areas. We use automation to streamline the onboarding process, ensure that requests are handled and fulfilled on time, and keep everyone abreast of the current status of all projects. We can set up alerts and reminders for recurring tasks so that nothing is forgotten.
Excellent tool at the right price point
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an incredibly intuitive and visually appealing way to organize project activities. I like the ability to add specific columns to any project table - our team's projects are very diverse and require us to keep track of many things. Monday.com makes remote collaboration much more accessible with its time tracking feature and the ability to see which teammates are active at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several limitations to the automation that could be useful, but that doesn't take into account the powerful tools already in place to automate boards as we go along.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a problem with maintaining tasks that separate teams for a project must perform. This undeniably increased the responsibility of the teams to complete the tasks!

What do you like best about the product?
Their automations and integrations have made it so much easier for me to do lessen manual, unfulfilling work in project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really dislike -- but more because it's still a young product, so there's still some features I wish it came with. But Monday.com always works on innovations anyway!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of visibility on where projects and stakeholder requests are has been resolved because of Monday.com.
Their forms also made it so much faster for us to sync requests automatically in a database.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has allowed my team to get all our systems, projects, and regular and recurring tasks organized and in one place. I love being able to have different boards for each department in our operation and sub-boards and tasks for every step of a project. Plus the ability to assign responsibility and ownership, places for notes and files too.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be difficult to navigate to a task or a particular section of a board when clicking through links in emails. Toggling between different workspaces could be streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has saved our company from having to-do and checklists, systems and SOPS in different places all over Google Drive on different spreadsheets and documents.
Fun, visualization tool for roadmap planning
What do you like best about the product?
Monday stood out because it offered (1) a fun, interactive way to show progress, and (2) many different ways to be able to visualize roadmap progress over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the setup and learning process, there were a few times when members accidentally deleted information as they were learning to use the service. The more complicated our rows and logic got, the more difficult we found it to scale to new, infrequent users. Ultimately we kept the roadmap relatively simple and did not leverage automation and subtasks as frequently for this reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows us to have cross-team visibility into the product roadmap and also works as a task management tool to hand off projects between collaborating teams.

For us Monday is a one-step solution it helps me to organize my team through this platform.
It helps me to track my team task and the workflow. It is an extremely flexible software you can moderate it according to your needs and wants.

The templates are outdated now and even no new templates are updated for long.
Also, i cannot use all the functions of Monday as i am using the standard version so it should also some good features to the standard version as well

Monday helping me to manage my team through this platform, time tracking feature is best not only this. The platform allow you to experiment and customize your board according to your needs

Organize with the tasks of the whole team. So manage to supervise the work of each member. And im more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable, multi-purpose project and process management tool. My favorite use has been to create our our applicant-tracking system during a hiring process. It worked well for that. I also like that you can turn pieces from monday workdocs (kind of like simplified Google Docs) into checklist items or tasks on a "board."
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't do full database-like functions or customize views of "boards" in all the ways you might want to (like, say, Airtable). It's terrible if you want to translate between project management and personal task management (e.g. Todoist or something like that). Other project management tools are probably better (e.g. Asana). Monday now has these simple "workdocs" (like simplified Google Docs) but you can't edit them on your phone! Kind of useless if I want to update a meeting agenda on the fly while away from my computer.

I love that it is possible to collaborate between departments and the progress bars, the ability to pause things and assign tasks to colleagues, I love to have the whole overview for the projects

I would maybe suggest to make the ability to customize the progress bars individually so it won't affect the other's board from the team

Having an overview of all projects, having deadlines and things which are planned on the board, collaborating with other teams
The best tool I've ever used to keep track of tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com provides several tools that enable me to keep track of my work without consulting. I can make custom boards for each project and have used them to manage chores and organize files. Consequently, I can recall every detail of the project. For each project, we may utilize the included templates with the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a tool for managing tasks. Hence it may not be the most excellent option for managing projects involving members of other teams.

This program enables me to keep track of my time and energy at the appropriate times, allowing me to stay current every day and perform my best job. It helps me arrange my belongings as well.
