The best and most versatile platform used to manage our growing business
What do you like best about the product?
Live updates, can invite guests from different companies, can upload different files - plans, documents and photos for everyone's viewing, basic spreadsheet capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
App is not as useable as the web interface, Tier pricing - we prefer the ability to add one person at a time, not by 5's
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordination with different stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, clients, design-professionals. Transparency is very important in our line of business, as well as up to the minute updates on task assignement and work progress

Project Management At Its Finest
What do you like best about the product?
The ease at which you can create forms and/or boards to suit a variety of purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't noticed any downsides to the experience yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management is the biggest. Knowing what to dedicate time to and for how long is great, and Monday lets me do that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it before your competition does!

The fact that each member has other privileges, and the interoperability

Sometimes may be a little chaotic, but is better once you get used to it

Time tracking for construction, supplies management etc.

This is tools very good on time the work

The tool is suitable for working with automation, integrations with other tools external to what it proposes, having greater flexibility to work with teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked value very high. Is tools could have a more affordable price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently working on teamwork, task management, and group activities.

The tool is perfect on its own. congratulations to the whole team
Extremely easy and customisable
What do you like best about the product?
I think the constant updates that come through from monday.com is always good whilst additionally the flexibility to control different boards and projects with assigning it to different team members is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the data is limited and can require a lot of manual work to get the fields and information you'd like but overall I don't see a massive dislike to monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and ensuring projects are owned with regularly updates - it has been great in ensuring the projects we have in place are continuously monitored and updated with automation to ensure they continue going
The Most Comprehensive productivity tool
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is terrific, it is very easy to see what you need to see by quickly checking. To order or change anything is also super fast, and the options of columns make it very easy to customize the boards precisely as you need them!
What do you dislike about the product?
I did have a few problems with the initial windows app - I prefer the app sometimes as it is easier to load and get notifications. However through the updates the problems have been solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Monday.com as a full planning and communication/collaboration tool. Our work is in one central place, and we even plan our social calendars and content on this tool. Our dev team can log bugs this way by simply sending emails.
Good Alt Project Management Plateform
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of monday.com but yet there are canned templates that would fit most ppl's need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too Flexible sometimes. Subitems dependency/triggering still not all flushed out and working yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small Projects/Tasks oriented to give business folks visibility into project timeline and what areas might be behind and need additional resources. Small repetitive tasks managements for operation folks.
Organized and useful
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to organize my week and show others what I have to do. I also like the flexibility it allows to switch or add last-minute projects. The different colo selection also helps a lot too.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't really have anything I dislike just that there is a learning curve but once it is understood it works just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Letting others know my schedule and my priorities have been difficult, monday.com has helped me and others in the company keep everyone up to date on what we are doing along with letting others outside of the company know as well.

Easy to use, powerful, updates are easy to do, and its obvious what tasks/projects have been updated.

Not a lot really. i think sometimes the ability to add custom columns can be improved,

Monday, Monday...what fun it is to use
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is intuitive and very easy to use and navigate. Tutorials are available but not necessary to get started or to enter your projects. If you're proficient on Social Media platforms, Monday should be a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. From the minute our team signed on to your platform, it was well received and utilized. I'm really not sure what I'd do to improve monday.com...maybe add more characters for the Project Description. In Environmental, Health & Safety, brevity is the norm, and some titles or descriptions need additional characters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a bit "long in the tooth," and my memory is not what it was in my 20s, 30s, and 40s. mondays.com helps jar my gray matter to remember what projects I am working on, what I have accomplished, and what I can't seem to achieve. I find mondays.com invaluable at cataloging my workload and projects.
