Monday makes working from home a dream
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so incredibly user friendly! The interface is perfect, with everything being in one place and so easy to find, for me and all my colleagues. I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about Monday.com. Any issues with the it, is down to how colleagues use it. Sometimes messages get lost, so perhaps a reminder would br helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com puts everything that I have to do for work all in one place, making it super easy to track. While also making it easy to communicate in a professional manner!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great for managing a small team of designers, making it easy to collaborate and share updates amongst ourselves and other teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that inputting things within the columns was a little easier. Sometimes When I am flipping through statuses, my browser cuts them off and I am unable to scroll. Also, the same thing can happen when uploading assets (such as images and videos) into the columns; it can be glitchy and a little un-user-friendly. The company I am at recently pivoted from using Frame.io, a tool for reviewing video assets, and I wish Monday had a similar markup system. If we were able to comment/draw/provide feedback on videos directly, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at a small start-up and my team is constantly balancing several projects among different departments. Monday makes it easy to keep track of these things.
Keeps me in check and working efficiently!
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps my projects in one place and allows me to sort them by the deadline. Help me stay on task and not let any projects fall through the crack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the weird scrolling glitch has been fixed.

Increase In Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature about monday.com is being able to tag coworkers and flag them when the "ball is in their court". This helps improve overall flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes projects can get lost when there are a lot of things going on at once. A flag notification when a project hasn't been modified recently could be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is helping us solve the issue of knowing when the project is being passed along through internal departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday provides a flexible framework that supports many different workflows for our Product team. It makes it easy to create filtered roadmap views which are helpful for stakeholder alignment and prioritization.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that would be nice is more integrations with other systems such as notion etc. It would be convenient to have our roadmaps embedded in documents for faster access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is currently home to our product roadmap. It allows us to categorize each feature, list statuses, and link to relevant Jira tickets. This is also used to align our stakeholders on our current roadmap.
Task management made simple
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a very and intuitive tool to manage tasks and projects. It has a very eye-catching interface making easy to get a quick snap shot of what needs to be done
What do you dislike about the product?
The more basic plans didn't have all the functionality as the higher-cost subscription. At first glance, it seems like a fair price for what you get but when directly compared to other software it is a bit pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Monday for mainly task management and it defiantly excels at that. It quite easy to enter tasks, due dates and assign them to whoever. At a glance you can get full snapshots of the entire workflows and is simple to change the status upon completion.

What do you dislike about the product?
No basic access functionality using my personal account. It severely lacks a free basic account!!! The only reason why I didn't give it a 9 or 10.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to communicate and sync with my team to perform my business functions in a more efficient manner. It makes me more productive as it allows me to have a holistic view on whole projects and their long term planning.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part about Monday.com is the team aspect of the software, being able to connect different departments to one task and see live updates rather than waiting for weekly meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you first show someone Monday.com, it looks like a well design excel sheet; from my knowledge, people don’t do so well with excel sheets, so trying to get people to look past the excel component and focus on how to update projects has been a slight challenge at first. Additionally, pricing has been an issue due to being unable to add one seat or only paying for a specific number of seats. The pricing is group based.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped reshape our business streamline process by connecting cross functional departments to one system that tracks all projects. I can look at Monday.com to see the timeline of any project and leave notes or comments.
Useful project management/ERP software
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is great, works for small and scaling businesses. The apps and integrations are superb and work well, and the team find the platform enjoyable to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model is a little unfavourable, especially for smaller businesses, but the tier system makes sense. There are some missing integrations and plugins that I'd like to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allowing our business to stay connected and plan in one location. It keeps any task and project management boards in one location and works seamlessly with multi-staff access.
