Highly Recommend
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has many different options for tables, graphs, and other project planning needs. It has been most helpful for capacity planning within our business, allowing us to combine multiple projects, clients, and employees all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are limited, but we have encountered issues with the number of boards that can pull into a dashboard. We are currently reviewing our upgrade options with monday.com at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capacity management is the most valuable output from Monday.com. It is also beneficial to increase visibility on employees' individual and client-based to-do lists.

Super easy and also fun to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It is super easy to use. And love the way it helps visualize the progress of my projects.
The best things is the integration with other software. Like adobe premiere pro!

What do you dislike about the product?
I work by myself and use it mainly to organize my workflow. But I need a subscription for at least three people. It is such a great tool even for single users, but then you still need to pay for 3 people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my administration. I can easily see when I need to finish projects and which projects require extra attention.
I am not super structured. So working on multiple projects sometimes causes chaos. But now I know what projects are running.

Ease of use. This program is very easy to use.

Task management is organized and efficient. Very beneficial as it organizes the whole team's tasks. Whether long or short term

I love Monday.com, it is one of the best management platform!
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use! Whatever the size of your team, you have so many functionalities that communicate with everyone is really easy to do on Monday.com! We couldn't work without Monday.com now, it is part of the team!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that there are some glitches sometimes, so we need to have a kind of backup in case, but I think it is for every platform. But otherwise, I don't see anything else I could say!

Time consuming and communication! Since we started using Monday.com, it is so easy for everyone to have access to all the information simultaneously. Organisation and communication are the keys, and Monday.com helps us with that!
Really smooths out corporate communications and teamwork

It makes everyone's work and role in projects very transparent. you can see all the bottlenecks and address them.I think everyone's productivity went up sicne we started using Mondaycom two years ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Can't think of anything missing -- except I'd like for it to be easier to search from updates dating back to a few weeks ago, as it's easy to lsoe things in a sea of notifications

Solving the problems that arise from communication issues. The benefit is that you see exactly waht everyone is working on, how long they've been sitting on a project, and what issues they're having with it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DOn't overthink it. Give yourself a few days to get the hang of it, very intuitive.

The Deadline mode. So you can create deadline dates for you and your work colleagues. Then oversee these in one central area.

When exporting to Excel, the format is not reader-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
flexible project planning for each client when we plan compliance work. easy to delegate people and communicate within the tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
it can be a bit complex, easy to over plan and but with moderation, it can be controlled

virtual office, most of the team members are not even in the same counrty
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As it gives you lots of free hand to set up your workflow, my advise is to keep it simple as you can create unnecessary complex systems for yourserlf
