A very good tool for manage the task and flexible as excel.

The option to include rows of many different types.
What do you dislike about the product?
The place to see all my tasks is not good. My work should have more options to put rows and filters. Recurrence task is not good.

I manage all tasks of my company and team.

Fast, intuitive and easy.
What do you like best about the product?
The organization of the layout, the functions of the platform are easy to understand and to use. The most important thing for me is the connection between Monday and other platforms like Google Drive or Wipster, which I use a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is hard to say something that doesn't work on Monday. I would only say that, as long as you keep evolving your current tools, you don't have to worry about issues. I'm totally satisfied
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the organization issues inside the company, we are also getting agility between the multiple processes, seeing other areas' delivers and we are getting a better communication.
A revelation for creative projects
What do you like best about the product?
It's constantly being updated, which means our usage can evolve at a natural pace. The integrations are super handy for the other platforms and software we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing immediately springs to mind...I think I'd really be reaching to try and find a major negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping creative projects relevant and productive whilst working remotely - also it's improved individual team members' engagment with their projects as they can visualise the scope in a way that suits them
Best Project Management Tool for Any Department
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create different dashboards, and the fact that there are so many templates for different areas/departments and that you can create your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not anything that I majorly dislike, I think I'm just still learning to use the available tools and features of Monday.com

So much easier than a spreadsheet!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is so easy to use. It's clean and puts everything in one place instead of many, many Google sheets. As one of my co-workers just said, "It's so much easier on the eyes that the Google sheet" ;) Some of my favorite features include: automations (for repetitive tasks) and tagging co-workers to advise them that something is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have some more abilities for linking boards. There are some tasks that we currently have on two boards and we have not been able to come up with a way to link them so it only has to be entered in one place and will go everywhere it needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has really improved our team's communication and facilitation of our workflow. Everything is in one place instead of scattered over multiple different Google sheets. We can invite vendors from outside of our company as guests and they can update their own workflows, saving us time and money.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a look at it, watch the videos and give it a try! It has made our collaborative environment so much better!!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday to organize the motion design video production flow. It is there that we have control over deliveries, what was done, what was not and what is still pending. We only use it with the internal team and we still don't know how to include the customer in this process.
Monday.com gives you the flexibility to create simple processes for your business.
What do you like best about the product?
Full customisation of workflows which enables us to create processes which align directly with our use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to see some templates which are targeted at specific use cases / areas of business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has enabled us to create simplified checklist processes to enable junior staff to nail their activation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be objective with your approach to setup. Think about the specific use cases and how it will support better decisions/activation rather than a checkbox exercise.
Very helpful for people with ADHD
What do you like best about the product?
I like the table options and rows, they allow you to see the work that you are completing and they give plenty of room to input files in a cloud network format.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tables take up too much screen space and it tends to compress too small, this makes it harder to understand where you are clicking as well as blurring the screen. When you scroll in the tables compress more and then you are stuck with sliding bars that are very annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have become more organised from the monday platform, and feel that the tagging in the comments helps make the other team members aware of the work I am doing.
The Perfect Software
What do you like best about the product?
The organizational feature on Monday allows me to keep track of m tasks and deliver them in the perfect time. It allows for a seamless handover, and I will consistently utilize it in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
The screen can be com very cluttered, and when I want to work on two spaces at once, it can be hard to manage. A more responsive model may be practical to managing this better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for more organization within my company, and the handover process is becoming easier and easier as we utilize the software. It has solved a lot of issues.
A great tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly and, with the different boards, spaces and visual representations, as well as the "my work", people, can better manage teamwork and workflow through a shared tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess not much. It is a great tool with a lot of potential, especially if you use the different applications (Teams, Zoom).

People get to see excatly the same information regarding the different steps and who does what by when, including all the modifications to any of these variables
