Monday excellent CRM
What do you like best about the product?
it is very user friendly and easily to understand. Also give my organisation an overview of work done by each employees.

sometimes it takes time to refresh which makes my work bit tough as i completely depend on Monday CRM apart from that this is really good, i just love using it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a project manager, it helps me to understand the pipeline of upcoming projects. It also helps me to show my management the work done by me and my team.
Great to manage all types of projects across all departments. Love the versatility automations.

What do you dislike about the product?
It allows me to add users and automation over the amount accepted by my plan and then tells me that my monthly invoice will increase for that reason. It would be better if it wouldn't allow users to add more than our plan accepts and let them know the reason, so they can request a plan upgrade to upper management rather than just go ahead and then upper management find out when the invoice arrives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For departments and projects that interact with each other, it gives visibility of progress to each member without having to call, email, or meet the other group. Communication between departments and project managers is o longer a problem for us. Now everybody knows what is needed from them, and when, and we all get notifications every time a task has been completed. All the information we need at any given time is available through the app, so our teams can update and get updates on the go.
Monday is perfect for strategy & content planning
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easily customisable & perfect for collaboration across hybrid and remote teams. I can plan all my content on Monday and get it reviewed without sending multiple emails.
Also really great for a team task list - we have a clear idea of workload and what everyone is working on.
They also have a really helpful resource guide on how we can use the product further - That's how i learnt to do automation, so I can notify the whole team once something is 'done' without having to actually do anything

What do you dislike about the product?
The sort feature could be better, it always seems to reset when I'm using it for a content calendar, which is a bit annoying. However, this is the only issue I've experienced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can collaborate with my team and create an in-depth soical calendar, so everyone has a clear idea of our content focus. We've cut down on emails and the formality for quick fixes with Monday.
It is an amazing task management platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and allows to use multiple board for task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there is no undo feature. That would help me a lot as sometimes I mistakenly may displace the column and have to rearrange everything time by time again.

It helps me to organize the tasks not only for myself but for my team in general. Moreover, it is useful to manage tasks and make sure that everyone fulfills their responsibilities.
Easy Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great platform for managing complex projects. It allows me to set up and create templates that can be used for new projects as they happen without having to build from Scratch. The Monday.com support team are quick to respond to questions and queries. The Monday.com community are fantastic at answering complex questions and providing formula insights. The Automations are also great tool to ensure consitancy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit time consuming buidling the boards from scratch, but once you have it the way you want it its great. I have experienced fustrations with getting boards to talk to eachother and 'mirror' information.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us to manage the full project lifecycle from proposal to project completion. We are 1 year in and still building wiht a few stop and starts/ trials and errors. We have now setteld on a specific format the works for us. It is great to have easy to access dashboards of key informations.
A perfect tool for business management
What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday as a CRM gave me the ability to create and send quotes to clients quickly and efficiently. I was able to create customer accounts and contacts and link them to quotes with no hassle. I could even send emails with quotes attached directly from Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside was having to use a separate tool to create invoices once the quote had been accepted by the client. If Monday could create invoices linked directly to my financial accounts then this would have saved the need for having two tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quicker responses to customer requests allows me to spend more time focusing on building our product and offering better customer service to our clients.
An Extremely Helpful Platform that Grows with You
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has surprised me at how well it has helped me to organize the many things I need to tackle as a small business operator. There's a lot to keep track of, and Monday.com has proven to be a flexible platform that allows me to structure my thoughts as I collect them in an organized way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price, it's no secret, Monday.com is not a cheap platform. There are many platforms out there, and this one is by far one of the most expensive platforms that I currently utilize for my business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small business owner, I wear many hats and have to keep track of a lot of moving parts. Because there is so many areas that constantly need my attention, it's incredibly easy for things to slide off the radar. Monday.com has been helping me to organize useful information in logical places and has served as a constant reminder of things that need my attention.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy for anyone to use but at the same time highly powerful in terms of the number of features, views automations and integrations provided. Migrated from Asana which just wasn't as flexible. In the past I've used Monday as a fully integrated part of a stack to run ops processes for hundreds of people in a global company.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides, it does the job well. A lot of the useful features are in the standard plan which can become a bit pricey for a startup company though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently in use to manage roadmaps, funnels, tasks lists, experimentation tracking and reporting across functions. But Monday scales really well and I've used it to automate operational processes involving hundreds of people

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can easily build CRMs, create automated E-Mailing boards and work on shared documents and build your own To-Do Lists and it's all very simple to use. If there is a problem you can't solve the support team is very nice and will help you! Also the Implemantation is very easy. I use Monday.com on a regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions like invoices are not fully customizable yet and are only available in English language. We as a German Company don't want to create all our invoices in English so we can't use that function yet. They are working on it though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us keep our contacts together, update everyone on the team on the current status of each contact. Also, we use it to send some E-Mails that will automatically update in Monday.com so everyone is able to update themselves on certain Information they are searching for.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to utilize a checklist in the conversation section. It enables me to keep track of all the jobs I must complete for a single customer without needing to write several lines. Everything is centralized and straightforward to use. I particularly appreciate the opportunity to establish a deadline, which allows me to prioritize my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I assign a task to another member of staff, it remains on my list since I generated it. If the position is filled by someone else, I would like not to be considered for it. Thus, I am able to focus on the tasks at hand.

We are determining how to manage and allocate hundreds of weekly jobs. It aids in keeping our production team on schedule and allows our sales representatives to monitor the progress of the projects and ensure that we are on track.
