Great for businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is so easy to use for our business. It allows you to make boards/groups and keep everything organised and in one place. We love using it to check things at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It mentions that it links with Trello but we couldn't get it towork. Other than that, its been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
by being able to share updates with projects and everyone can go in and view them in one place. It has also let us get more organised with our projects and how we run things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
would 100% recommend this to anyone for a project management platform. It's so simple and it's capabilities are limitless!

Easy way of tracking / sharing tasks and setting automations, not ideal for projectmanagement
What do you like best about the product?
Recurring items / automisation of to-do items for personal use. Tracking / sharing progress with others. I mainly use it for prioritizing work for my colleagues, whereafter I can see how they are faring or what they are struggling with. If I see they are stuck with an item, I can dive deeper into this specific issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using Monday for long-term planning can get a bit messy. That's why I don't think it's ideal for project management. My marketing colleague made a calendar using Monday, resulting in many layers with comments and statusses which makes it almost unreadable. Maybe there's a better way to use it / use a template but we haven't found it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While working from home, Monday made it easy to share to-do's and track progress with colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
Project Management was not so easier before Monday.com. The integrations, automations and the beautiful UI are my favorite in Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would suggest adding more templates for marketing, and the only downside is the pricing. Rest I am happy with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I, as a business owner of multiple businesses, was having the problem of tracking and managing the tasks. But now I think switching to Monday.com was my best decision. I can easily manage all the jobs and projects and communicate with my team from just one place.
BEST APPS FOR SMALL MEDIUM BUSINESS
What do you like best about the product?
This program is super easy to make and use. For those who are not computer program background, this program is very user friendly and easy to understand

What do you dislike about the product?
There is upgrade that im expecting from Monday is how to make automation to change status in other boards from the current board. We have to link and change manually till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With monday we can simplify process from one department and other department. before use monday we have to manually with paper the production process

What do you like best about the product?
flexibility, ability to pull in both my team as well as clients, and how it's replaced sharing spreadsheets on dropbox and google docs. intuitive and quick for creating new ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
it does tend to lag when you have a lot of items. the best way around this is setting views with default filters; lack of "undo" feature on a "cell" level; could use more robust automation options, some of which have been removed, some of which are available in buggy third-party add-ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
everything. tracking workflows, deadlines, approvals, file updates; keeping track of birthdays, chasing payments, assigning work; to-do lists, process checklists. when we bring on a new employee or client, first thing everyone gets is an invite to monday and to be assigned to role-specific boards. without monday, i honestly have no idea how i'd run this business. emails and google sheets were fine when there were just a few of us, but at scale, it'd be impossible without monday.

Highly recommended. I haven't found anything else that even competes with Monday.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy Automation, delegation of work streams, centralized notes peer review and process transparancy.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I have observed so far. Tool has been a great help in channelizing processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lot of project work was distributed. Help provide a single pane of visibility to the entire team delegation of tasks and task visibility with the ability of adding notes to individual work items with help of Integration with other internal tool sets has siplified what was otherwise chaotic process set, prone to errors.

What do you like best about the product?
The way Monday works, it's super easy, and it has almost all the tools required for project management. Moreover, the support team on Monday is the best; they always reply on time, and they are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like about Monday; everything is working correctly. It can be better if there is a live chat that connects me to the support team immediately for urgent inquiries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management, it's very easy to keep track and be updated about all tasks that the team members are working on; also, we can invite clients to our boards on Monday, which makes everything easier.

It keeps me organized daily. The ease of use is a huge bonus. It is the dream!

It is easy to get your deleted and archived logs lost in Monday, or maybe I have not figured that part yet.

We have solved the problem of losing files and associating it with a particular project. It has made us organized and in turn helps us with productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite things about Monday.com are that it's really easy to use, it's customizable in almost every way to make it suitable for the most simple to the most complex project management. It also looks great and is fun to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most about Monday.com is that it uses a significant amount of energy on my computer and sometimes it reloads itself. I feel like it could run a bit smoother and load a bit faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com as a task management platform for two real estate teams. It allows us to easily track important deadlines and milestones in a real estate transaction, and also allows us to easily delegate tasks to team members. All team members can use Monday.com to check the status of a particular transaction. We also track new client prospects, upcoming business, vacation calendars, and meeting agendas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used other task management software and Monday.com is my hands-down favorite. It's more customizable, easy & fun to use, and the mobile app works great.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how seamless the experience of using it is--and it makes it easy to stay connected with all the people I work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a minute to get the hang of transitioning projects from one status to another, but it was relativeley easy to pick up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't know that I've really had any problems. The benefits are having all my tasks laid out in an organized manner so I can keep track of where I am in the process of finishing them
