Monday helps me get through the day
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can visually see how much of my day is left with the colors of the board. Also is very exiting to push de "Done" button. It gives me the necessary adrenaline to keep me going.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a calendar view where I can see my tasks but in the day they will be or should be done. I would like a calendar matrix to see my week in tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have many different things to do in my day about many topics. If I don't write somewhere what I have to do I would totally forget it. Monday helps me exel at my job every day.
My Favorite Management Program + Collaboration Platform w/ Coworkers
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is customizable with color coding and each person on our team has their personal view that they utilize. It's very user-friendly and easy to integrate with other programs. There is also an app that can be used on a smartphone so I can access this info from anywhere. It's one of my favorite software time management programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that I can get immersed in it and that is not a Monday.com issue that is a personal problem. I love all the graphs and have a hard time sticking to my first choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me to have an active calendar, as well as different charts to see what clients I need my attention to. My supervisor can always log in to my workspace and see where I'm at and what I am working on.
Good layout that is easy to use and the automations work well.
What do you like best about the product?
The automations are the main reason I chose Monday.com so I can be notified when it's been a certain amount of time since we've reached out to someone. I also like being able to add personalized columns to my worksheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could add more personalized columns. I wish there was a date stamp that could be added to the "conversation" button. I've had to come up with a work around which is fine but this would be an improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tracking the different marketing referral sources for our PT clinic. We are tracking who we've reached out to so our team can communicate more easily about the conversations we've had and so I (as the marketing manager) can see who has been marketing and where.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the best part is when I conplete a task and it does a small animation. I don't know why but I absolutely love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are some bug and the platform freeze and we cannot acces it for arround 30 minutes. It can cause problems in the organisation of the team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have notice that it happens less often in the last 2-3 months si I guess they are working on it :)
The Most Powerful Task Management Tool We've Used
What do you like best about the product?
The customization aspect of the boards and folders is unparalleled. We can do literally any kind of task or project organization, set up automation and rules to make the system effectively run itself. It's quite good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly the price. There are higher tier options that would be useful for our team, but since we are not that large of a company, we can't justify the price. We regularly run out of automation quotas, and the inability to add more than 5 boards to a bashboard or a similar tool is very limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management and agency/client progression. We can move efficiently through the production and approval process much better than say, Asana or Slack. That has increased our communication, quality, and output vastly.
Automation for Grandmas!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm in my 20's but I feel like a tech grandma! I never can figure programs out and I was able to do hundreds of thousands of dollars of custom development with monday.com in just a few months.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't fill autofill on automations using mirrored columns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to cut down 2 staff members by the automation Monday.com has created for me. I never imagined that better automation could make such a time, consistency and cost difference.
Great for managing a remote team!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to assign tasks, and pick up on mobile or the iPad if I am on the go. I can see what is delegated, and how we are progressing on each item at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to create repeatable tasks for items that I need to do every monday, once each month, and once per quarter.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation and the color schemes that help me and my team know what the next steps are for a project and if that project is completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Monday can not act the way we would prefer and we have noticed that when we upload some files, they don't get uploaded correctly or if we archive something, we have had issues getting all of the board to restore. This has only happened on occasion

It is able to hold our teammates accountable and keep everyone in line with tasks while we are searching for a project mananger

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com features an intuitive, user-friendly interface in a fresh and appealing way that stands out from the typical formats of other task management tools. Given my team's diverse backgrounds and varying degrees of technical proficiency, it's notable that everyone embraced and started using Monday.com within the first week.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have not identified any significant downsides to our adoption of Monday.com. It checks-off the boxes for all my team's organizational needs.

Monday.com aids in our organization by providing a centralized space to track repetitive tasks and customer inquiries. It ensures that we are always aligned and enables the team to evenly distribute tasks and support each other. Moreover, our team meetings have become more efficient as Monday.com offers a visual reference to guide our discussions.
Substantially Better & More Straightforward Than Other Management Systems
What do you like best about the product?
Straight-forward & easy to organize a lot of tasks in a simplified view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, honestly. It is far better than almost all management systems I've used before. It does what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me accountable & well-organized. It helps me to not stress about projects that aren't due for a long time. It keeps me focused on what needs to be done now & tomorrow. And it does all of that without complicated bells & whistles.
