It's a great starting point
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and automation, being able to see data and customize the columns you need to keep track of.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a true CRM, it's great for small scale, but it wasn't working for us as we grew and had to keep track of more clients with specific projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all active clients/projects with automations attached to the projects if they're cyclical was a huge time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows you to collaborate with anyone within your organization, helping us keep lines of commuication open. This is life-changing! The tagging features and document uploads on tasks/projects are seamless and can be accessed by anyone you give permission to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new colour features make the dashboards harder to read and feel more junky when navigating.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a customer relationship manager. I use Monday.com as a utility tool to assist me in the creation of a database for all customers, their statuses on the application and employment process. Monday.com gives a holistic view of the database for the current month and the next month. The filters available effectively reduce the required details in a very swift and seamless manner. The software has enabled me to maintain an activity log for my employees. The provision Timeline is a critical tool to assist me in daily monitoring of all assigned tasks. Monday.com enables smooth integration with Gmail for a data transfer with customers/employees to the work chart. The most effective tool available on Monday.com is the automation of the complete tables. Overall a complete professional application for all Human Resource problems in business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com has been a complete software for all Human Resource requirements of the business. The provisioning and availability of all possible tools have made it into complete software. Being available on the mobile app has further enabled me to use it on the move. Nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me maintain the complete details of customers and employees in a swift and seamless manner. The software has enabled me to work in time and space by monitoring all tasks on the dashboard. The mobile app further empowered me to work on the move.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can organize all of my tasks and also be able to connect with co-workers to collaborate. It's a great application to keep track of task logs - very accessible and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides to using Monday is that it does not integrate with other applications I use. It would be cool to see reminders or notifications for pending or upcoming projects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At our company, it provides us a way to keep a log of data and activity for upcoming, current or future tasks. We also use it to collect data in a form for product requests, so it does a really good job at pulling this information and organizing it in a concise way.
quality CRM especially for a start up
What do you like best about the product?
I love the user interface because of how easy it is to add or edit contacts and users. It was easy for me to pick up as well as all of the new people we've onboarded as part of the start-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say it's almost too easy to move someone to a new stage, so there have been a lot of silly mistakes made. However, this is just a learning curve on our part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping my start-up grow the sales team and customer base. Without Monday, we would be spending more time adding and editing things to an excel sheet than actually reaching out to prospects. We also use it to track financials and manage our app development process.

The task management on monday.com is brilliant. Lots of flexibility to make it work for your team. We use this everyday for task/project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Logging in can be difficult if you don't know your team URL. I have struggled to find it in the past, preventing me from logging in.

Task management and team project collaboration. This is essential to our daty to day project managment.

There are many automatizations and integrations you can use, its very flexible

We honestly just have one little dislike and it is that we have experience 2 or 3 times that the system goes down for 1-2 hours, that could be dangerous when working in logistics or publicity like us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We´re now able to be in constant communication with the team, make deliveries of high size files, and even integrate a lot of platforms with workplaces, ever since we have Monday, we´ve been able to have more control
I recommend the use of the Monday platform for all companies, without exceptions.
What do you like best about the product?
Being a platform that allows customization, everything can be structured on Monday. From work boards, goal tracking boards, employee record boards, CRM boards, in short, everything is possible. The platform was designed to give autonomy to the user, making the use of automations and the link between different boards very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system's slowness on specific days is something that needs to improve, sometimes the automations do not occur when they should, and this ends up causing a disengagement of the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All company processes started to take place on Monday, and this greatly facilitated communication between departments, access to information that previously only some employees were aware of, productivity, since we organized Kanban boards for all departments, and various other improvements.
Monday.com has changed my life for the better.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is like excel spreadsheets on steroids. Anything you wish you could do with spreadsheets is possible on Monday.com and intuitive as well. Organize, systematize, automate, and save tons of time with Monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of using Monday.com is the steep learning curve. I've had to help some of our employees learn the ropes, which has been confusing for them. Employees who do not have English as a first language find it especially difficult. I'm also surprised that it took so long for me to learn how I could personally use Monday.com to help streamline my processes. I think it would be helpful if there were more help videos that show how to use Monday.com for first-time users and informative videos that show all the different ways it is possible to use Monday.com to its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has been exceptional at helping our nonprofit organize and categorize the different projects that we support. It's an excellent place to store all the associated articles, photos, and other documents and files related to the projects. We also use it for social media management, and more recently, I have started using it to organize and prioritize creative requests.
Like a smart phone that can't make a simple phone call...
What do you like best about the product?
I've been too busy trying to find work arounds to the bad points that I've yet to discover any good points.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software can export to pdf, but only a fraction of your gantt chart. Yes that's right, no overview option. People have been complaining about this on the monday.com forum for years but nothing's changed.
How anyone can carry on using this software without this feature I cannot begin to fathom. I need a snapshot in time of my program that can be referred back to, I live link is ever changing and therefore cannot form part of a contract.
Next thing, the software cannot add holidays like Christmas shut down. Another very basic requirement of any gantt planning software.
Another problem I've had is that I cannot link tasks from one board to another. You can only link within the same board. What use is this????!
