Great tool for all kinds of teams
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has many different tools that help to improve our team's daily work. We keep track of different clients, jobs, team members, stages of work, and time in a simple, easy to use and visually pleasant dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat limited personalization. Sometimes some dashboards change into a new format and we don't get a choice to change it back to the old layout, which we were used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can keep track of different clients, jobs, team members, stages of work and time, helping us keep track of our KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and keeping our work organised so that we can improve productivity and keep clients and team members happy!

I really like the platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the platform which meets all your projects requirement. As a graphic designer & web developer I realise that Monday.com is very important for any development company to streamline all its projects & tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't see anything do dislike. Everything is good & perfectly managed by Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage all my projects very easily related to graphics & development. It's very good that I can manage anywhere.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Monday.com for every organization to make their projects & task well managed
Excellent project management tool, both for team and personal projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the interface is straightforward to navigate and can be customized to fit the needs of any project. I also like the ability to work on, and track, projects with coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there were a simpler way to have a stripped-down board for daily notes / simple tasks, I would use that a lot. I'm sure it exists, but most of my boards are rather complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than projects just living in Gmails/paper notes, I like that the collaborative projects send everyone notifications and the ability to upload files. As a Graphic Designer, this is helpful for review purposes.
Good Alternative to Google Sheets/ToDoist + More Secure
What do you like best about the product?
The feature I like best about Monday.com is all the direct integration options it has – especially with Slack and Outlook. It makes everything so much easier for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. For our small team of about 9-12 people, it works great. It was an adjustment, in the beginning, moving from Google Sheets - which is where we tracked projects and ad sheets before signing up for Monday.com, but at this point, we all rely on it pretty heavily and have no issues with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem we're solving with monday.com is automated alerts to different team members, as well as our clients. Integrating our account with our Outlook accounts and company Slack account has saved us HOURS of work every week. Being able to customize the copy within the alerts and how frequently they go out (i.e., reminder emails) has been a game-changer. Aside from that, another big problem we've solved is storing secure information. We were previously keeping info in google sheets, which was not secure, so we feel much better now being on a more secure platform
Monday Helps My Business Succeed!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps keeps my organization on task and tracking the thigns that we need to do. It's great for helping me and my team input orders, work orders, production numbers all in an easy to manage, organized format.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I don't like about Monday, to be honest. Sometimes it will sort things into the wrong area but otherwise pretty good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management and organization
Great for team collaboration and task reminders.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy automation setup, email reminders would be nice to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some automation adds could be nice, maybe if there was an easy way to make feature requests on automation add-ons that are not already exisiting?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy platform to get our team on and keep them organized.
Love this product
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it gives me a lot of flexibility in using the tool. I tend to prefer seeing my tasks in a list format, but other team members use the card format, and I love that we can use both options while remaining a cohesive team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a more robust integration with Toggl. My team uses Toggl to track time used on client projects, and it would be easier if we could track it directly in the tasks like the built-in time tracker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I hated using Trello for my task management because it was too busy and challenging to read for me, so I was looking for a better solution that could be customized to my personal needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product is easy to use and completely customizable. You can use it for many departments and in many different ways across your team. I definitely would recommend this platform to everyone.
Monday.com Is Awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very easy to use, much like using spreadsheets. The Automations make it easy to create functions that carry between Boards and between departments within a Company. The internal capabilities of providing updates allows for communication throughout the company among all employees and the Integration with Google Mail and the Calendar streamline communications for our employees. The ability to integrate various Apps expands one's ability to access the info they need. The Calculations functions provide immediate data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would like is the ability to change Font colors and highlight individual fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has organized and centralized many of our functions into one platform and has given transparency and accountability within the company. We have the ability to manage client services through identified steps and completion status, determine number of days for service completion, track and review number of client assignments by employee, track number of Prospects, keep client database, track and review invoicing of clients and dollars invoiced monthly.

Try it, you'll like it. A great tool to consolidate all operations within your business into one transparent data source
Great Tool for Geographically Spead-Out and Remote Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest value Monday provides is a single centralized space to track all workstreams. It's great for my team that is located across two states and that adheres to a hybrid work setup. I especially like the ability to track all workstream correspondence in a single place as opposed to it being spread across multiple emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are lots of features we are not taking advantage of and I'm not sure where to start in understanding what would be beneficial for us. The dashboard setup looks great, but daunting to get setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overseeing multiple contractors and an inhouse team, I can use one tool to track all project progress in a single, organized space. The alerts and reminder function is helpful in remembering follow-up tasks.
Great Organization
What do you like best about the product?
The most beneficial aspect of monday.com is using both boards and groups and the ability to collapse the groups to clean up the board. Also, board integration and automation help when multiple panels are in use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is honestly no real downside to Monday. If there were to be anything mindful to know about Monday before starting is inputting data and information needs to be consistent to achieve the full scope of Mondays abilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving our company's analytical data tracking by having Monday compile data from multiple boards to have a brief, accessible summary of analytical information. I have realized the benefit of the Monday app and how to use it properly for mobile inputting.
