There are not many dislikes to monday.com- some features could still be added into their charts. continue to add in features

Game-changer for our company's project management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes it really easy for us to keep track of all ongoing projects, their due dates and who is responsible for them. The automations are excellent and have allowed us to reduce our communications via other channels (Slack, Email). We used Trello in the past, and definitely prefer the ease at which we can keep different components organized and tracked in Monday. And, then new Doc feature is excellent -- we honestly were considering switching to Notion until this became available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Doc feature isn't quite as advanced as Notion, so that is a bit of a downside. I think the biggest issue we have is trying to create a content calendar in an actual calendar because everything has to have one assigned date and cannot have a date range associated with it. Other than that, it's excellent, and since the launch of the "My Work" section it's become incredibly easy to track all of my projects and due dates in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a place to easily track assignments and due dates across different areas of our business. We're a small team and we all wear a lot of hats, with overlap across different departments. Monday helps me keep organized.

User friendly [desktop and app], Color-coordinated sub-items on projects, many integrations making it easier to share work with team members, and love their on-demand training videos

Not anything I can think of at the moment

Better project status meetings with supervisors and improving team collaboration

Worth it! It's made a huge difference in the department I work in.
Keeps me engaged and makes completing projects more of an accomplishment and less of a chore.

- Larger projects with comments containing lots of files seem to lag more
- I wish you could grab individual column boundaries to manipulate them so they take up less horizontal space.

Great product, navigation is a struggle

But the with a structure set for multiple projects I find the navigation is elusive.
The structure makes sense for individual projects.
Maybe the problem is I can't figure out how to layer my individual projects with a calendar timeline.

I like being able to set a timeline for a project but again, the navigation of setting the paramiters for the reminders is elusive.
Monday.com has helped with annual projects and could be helpful with all my daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly projects
except I can not navigate how to organize my projects together so they flow together and not as individual projects.

The big picture of everything
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps me get the big picture of everything my team is doing at the moment.
I think the filters are amazing, and they increase productivity and save time for those who have many tasks to do simultaneously.

I think the notifications could be more smart and well developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday.com, I know precisely the status of each task my team or I are responsible for.
Helped me organize a mess.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. Doesn't require any week long training and even people with basic computer skills can figure it out. Everyone stays on the same page and I can look at whats happening on my phone!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how a lot of the best features are unavailable to me, and I wish you could link boards a bit better. Sometimes it sends way to many emails in a row that it overwhelms my email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving communication issues, making sure my whole team is on the same page so we arent crossing paths on leads. Making sure I don't forget any follow ups.
Monday.com - The Ultimate Team Organizer
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and interface are quite helpful in learning how to efficiently collaborate in a work-from-home environment
What do you dislike about the product?
Something in Monday.com I am not particularly fond of is the layout of the different teams and projects on the left sidebar. There might be a more intuitive place to put it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Monday.com helps alleviate is the disconnect between workers working from home. Monday.com helps us feel as though we are in the same office building again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you invest in Monday.com, make sure you jump all-in. Do it with a purpose, not willy-nilly.
Project Management at its Best!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to have multiple dashboards to keep track of the many projects we have going on in the company. We are a team of remote workers and we use Monday consistently to provide updated to other departments of what is going on
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little confusing to cycle through different boards of other departments and takes many clicks to get there. Also, would like to have the ability to add more sub items or a following tier to sub items
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started a big project last year regarding OKRs (objectives and key results), along with redacting Main Problem statements. Monday.com is helping us keep track of the projects that derive from these Objectives and Key Results
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an excellent project management platform. There are others out there, but for our use case, it works perfectly.

Je n'aime qu'on doive refaire un folder au complet afin de l'utiliser une seconde fois. Plutôt que de simplement le copier.

On fait le suivi dfe notre clientèle, ça nous permet de centraliser nos datas afin d'éviter de les perdre avec 14 classeurs excel.
