Awesome tool for project management!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has a friendly and easy interface, and it helps me manage my projects with visual aid. Besides that, it has a lot of integrations with other apps. I see that Monday is easier to set up and use than the previous tools I used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday's dashboards are too limited to project management KPIs, therefore it lacks of customized metrics and analysis. It could be better if we could create more complex metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management (waterfall and agile) is the main problem I solve using Monday. Its friendly and welcoming interface makes it a pleasant and easy tool to use.

Professional Organizer
What do you like best about the product?
How easily you can create tasks, schedule them and assign roles. It helps you stay on top of your assignments and encourages Teamwork in the workplace. Also, Monday is user friendly making it very easy for anyone to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific. Perhaps I haven't used all of the features Monday has to offer, but if you could add attachments to the tasks, sometimes it could be helpful. Other than that, I don't dislike the website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I add my tasks, and while I am working on them, I tag them as such, when I am done, I check them as done and it even gives me a sense of control and achievement on my daily goals.

Boards are easy to use.

Prices for Latam users are expensive due to exchange rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday for everything, sales, purchases, customer services, and logistics.
We have also created boards for quality control, production and maintenance (TPM).
Our team efficiency is performing much better with Monday and is a complement of our ERP (SAP B1)

Excellent for organization
What do you like best about the product?
It is seamless to start working on Monday and keep track of things. I like how effective communication can be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I believe not everything is organized the same way, but it works most of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with the marketing team and following up on projects.

It is easy to use and teach to your team. I like how it allows you to create updates along the process.

The ease of functionality and display of organization of the application is user friendly and captures what is needed

This application helps provide timelines for structured PM projects and allows easy transfer of notes to the application
All My Hopes and Dreams
What do you like best about the product?
I have loved Monday from day 1! Everything I've ever wished excel could do I've found in Monday! It's wonderful. I looove the automations, status colors, column options. I use it to coordinate training, new leads, and track data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only possible downside would be the cost. It's expensive but I think it's worth it so I'm not sure that's even a real downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made tracking so many different things in our office more feasible. Before, we were comparing highlighted printouts. Now we can search and save and categorize :)
Love the Interface, Great Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the interface is and that you can build any time of project management or pipelines you need on it. I also like how everything can be customized and adapted for specific projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing each person's to-do on multiple boards can be challenging. They've improved the "my work" space -- but it still misses sub-items sometimes. Once you build a workspace - training the team on how to use it and keep it updated can take time. My biggest challenge has been team adoption, but that is a challenge with any tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration and assigning tasks, and keeping track of details for each item to be done. We also started to review data (applications) through the platform, which improved our process.

What do you like best about the product?
The robustness of the platform and the ability to do so many things. The customization is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could use some work as it looks like an Excel sheet on steroids. I feel it the look is a bit outdated and could use a facelift.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing projects from a range of clients and each of their needs. Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with my team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a bit intimidating at first but once you give it a chance and get used to it you'll end up loving it!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how robust the system is. We can collaborate, edit data, and link all sorts of data streams to our boards to make our business more efficient. I love the fact that everyone can see everything on the boards we want and workspaces can be separated with different projects. This has been an absolute game-changer for us by helping us eliminate our paper spreadsheets and antiquated systems. We house all of our important files and have even created customer boards to share so that important links and data can be accessed by our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will be honest; there is not much that I don't like. We have seen Monday.com grow exponentially over the last year and a half and I love the fact that they do care about their customer base. The only downside would have to be the price, but for the features and benefits, it is well worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a number of communication breakdowns within our small company and able to track messages. I can set up automatic emails, movements from groups, and pretty much anything needed. It integrates well with other programs, especially zapier and integromat. This helps with the webhooks and other information to land directly into monday and totoally eliminates the human aspect of it.

If you are looking for a powerful platform that can help transform your business with robust features, workflows, and automation to track, manage, and see where you entire business is, Monday.com is the way to go!
Best Project Management app for our Property Investment Corporation
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Monday since 2020 for my sales team leads, for collections, and for company customers to follow up. And I will say it is amazing, very organized and extremely easy to use. I recommended this to my colleagues and they are using it. It is a little bit expensive I think worth every penny. The colors, the suggestions, the customer service reply within minutes. So far so good!

Since I am Hispanic maybe improve some tips or descriptions in Spanish?
