Great way to keep organized! Lots of neat features.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how there are so many ways to be creative while having a great platform to keep organized. It's easy to use and there is a variety of things you can do. From animations, automations, charts, sorting mechanisms, and more, Monday.com is a fun and engaging program for all users!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside is trying to print the board - it usually doesn't show most of the board. There may be a way to combat this, however, I don't know how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the problems we had recently was moving closed client info into its own tab. We decided to build out an automation that will move the closed files automatically so we won't get bogged down on our main board with them. We realized how beneficial using automations are because they really can lighten your work load by moving items on their own.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped me keep track of all of my projects, and I have visibility of where I am at all times. It is very user-friendly, and I love that people of all abilities have found it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say anything specific that I don't like. Maybe if there were other configurations I could choose from, but I can't answer what that would be at this time. I wish that the mobile version was a bit easier to see everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving productivity problems with Monday.com; there is excellent visibility of everyone's workload. This has helped even out the load; not one person is overwhelmed where we aren't aware. This allows for us to split up work if needed and meet deadlines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
User-friendly excellent for project management.
Great project tracking system
What do you like best about the product?
This program is great for tracking projects I have bid and won/lost. The analytics are great. Highly recommend. I just started using this and can't wait to see the full capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find anything that I disliked about Monday.

Being able to track the win/loss percetanges and the reasons for not getting a project.

Easy to Use
Excellent tool for organization
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, easy to read, and to set all your goals for your project. You can really see in a few clicks all the thinks you have to do and organize your work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is something that I dislike in this tool: sometimes i don't receive the email for the end of a project, but i's minor issues that you resolve when you log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve the problem with communication with other people in my team. I'm a freelancer, and i need to give all the information I've about my work to other people: Monday helps me a lot to schedule all my works with other collaborators.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for and easy tool to organize your work, in my opinion for web marketing project. Monday is perfect for giving all the information to all the people involved in the project with an easy view or all you need to do, the deadlines are clear, and it's easy to find everything if the setting is correct.
Outstanding Platform for Team Work
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to work remotely and keep 100% up to date across all tasks. Communication is greatly improved between team members. Better than any other product we have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support from monday.com can be delayed as we are in South Africa and the support is not local. A local contact support base would be awesome and even better if that support could be included in our pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is vastly improved between members of the team. Participation from all team members has also been improved. Productivity has increased. Task tracking and plannning for future events have become easier.
Versatile and varied!
What do you like best about the product?
The creation of databases is convenient and valuable to observe items or tasks quickly. It serves as a robust database where items and tasks can be stored for quick access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited in its integration - I would like to integrate Google Docs/Sheets but have been unable so far. Guidance has been helpful though solutions have not yet worked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Database functionality. In particular, the ability to view tasks and organise them into specific categories for reference at later dates.
Awesome tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I can manage all my different workspaces in the same tool. I love I can view my data in the default table but also in timeline format or kanban, which is really useful for me. Its integration between databases is amazing avoiding the possibility to have duplicated data but a synced one.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features in beta mode like Monday docs which sometimes crashes and not every type of data is able to sync with another database (images for example).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I organize there all the planning with different pieces of content my team have to produce every month, but also we manage there the communication with other teams as a true source.
A game-changer
What do you like best about the product?
I love having all of my tasks in one organized place so nothing slips through the cracks. I also love that I can easily view/change their statuses and deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything! I'm sure there are still features I need to learn how to use, but so far, it's been really intuitive and user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of my assignments, collaborating with colleagues on tasks, updating the statuses of all of my tasks. I am definitely more organized.

Having all my files in one place and providing the customer with a quick update on the file instead of opening the file from the software. It's is a great time saver
