What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Monday is the 'Status' feature you can use, which allows you to keep track of your tasks accurately by setting a custom status. I love this feature as it gives a quick and easy read on exactly where the task you've created is at in terms of progress, you can view a total from your status's under your tasks to get an overview of progress, this works really well within the boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm yet to dig into this side of Monday yet, however, more in-depth analytics would be good, more charts that display easy-to-read information and can be emailed to team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, I love being able to tick a box on my tasks, Monday does this perfectly for me, I can set custom status's on my tasks, date them and add notes, this ticks all the boxes for me. Monday has allowed me to streamline my task setting, this in turn, allows me to effectively move the business forward and keep a clear mind on all areas of work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it everyday!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of monday.com that our company utilizes is creating and tracking a production schedule. All of our team members can see what the plan for the week is in real-time daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature that I dislike would be the pop-up when you first open the application that your inbox is empty. I think this feature is unnecessary, and for our business, it would be more beneficial to open up straight to the workspaces tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that monday.com has solved for us include; all of our team members being on the same page, keeping to a production timeline, and quickly changing dates and jobs if the schedule permits.

A robust and customizable platform for team communications and project management.

What do you like best about the product?
Communication is key for our team, and over the last five years, we've used this service to do just that. Monday.com has been an incredible service that is more robust and easier to use than all other platforms out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the coding does seem to be superb, there are times when you post updates, but it doesn't show the update unless you reload the webpage. Also, when I click on a Monday.com link in my email, it will ask me to re-sign in (cookies are enabled).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used Monday.com for practically every process in our business use; we produce videos for internal company use and for all of our clients. From client communications to form submissions and excel spreadsheets - Monday.com is used in some way for all of it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive, and user friendly Monday.com is! Everything works exactly how you would expect it to - no steep learning curve or extensive training needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Monday.com is that you can't customize groups. For example, adding a column to one group automatically adds the column to another group on the board. It would be extremely helpful if there were better customization tools for groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows my company to organize and manage all of our contacts, marketing, sales, and customer support efforts in one place. Our efficiency and time management has spiked since using Monday.com!

What do you like best about the product?
Monyda.com's versatility is to me it's key strength, being able to tailor the boards to your organizations demands and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside would be that for new users it can be a little challenging, especially for the more complicated boards. But great improvements have been made
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team allocations, Timeline management, Agency-wide deliverables. While working from home during the pandemic we have been able to track users and their tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really make use of the support and training sessions offered. Also the team at monday.com will help you to set-up the right boards for you and your business

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has made my Project Management a breeze. Automations and Outlook Integration make simple or daunting tasks feel effortless. From setting daily notifications to forms or intricate sub-boards and sub-columns. Automating most of my workflow gives me ample free time to take on other tasks throughout my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't too much to dislike about Monday.com. The automation features can sometimes be a little complicated to set up exactly how you want them, but a little trial and error, and you can get everything to work as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management is a big problem all businesses and professionals struggle to utilize. Being able to save time through Monday.com and its helpful features has allowed me to grow and focus on other aspects of my business.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday as a marketing freelancer to track progress on projects with clients. The ability to write subtasks allows me to go into detail, and the notifications feature keeps the team informed about updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Monday.com. I've used it for multiple teams and have been impressed with its adaptability. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be integrating Sprout Social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a freelancer, it can be challenging to keep track of everything that needs to be done. Monday.com is a detailed and aesthetically pleasing way to realy information to clients and fellow freelancers or agencies without clogging up thier email inbox.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the most of the features by reading articles and watching videos about how to utilize integrations, make boards, and automate.

What do you like best about the product?
The Ability to organize and categorize certain aspects of your business needs in order to keep things simple and easy to pull up for future use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the mobile app. It doesnt seem to sync sometimes with the desktop platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and timekeeping for employees and ensuring they get paid the correct amount.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Organized and straightforward to set up, I only use a fraction of it but looking through all the options, I can say there is a lot of potential use for graphs and charts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how well Monday integrates with other software. Also, it is much cleaner in aesthetic which seems to boost productivity. So much of the app is self-explanatory and even my boss uses it efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is too expensive for what it provides. Automations should be available at the lower tier, and the free plan should be more robust. Additionally, there should be an option for individuals who want to manage tasks but aren't on a team. Software such as Notion offers these benefits and their free plan is incredibly robust. I use Notion for my personal projects-- it is the only task management software I would recommend more than Monday.com, simply because of the price, the friendliness towards individual users, and the integrations and automation allowed even on the free plan.

Also, the document editing feature is terrible. :\ We stick to Google Docs and simply link in the docs because we have had several issues with editing text within Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all tasks in one place. Reducing overlap of information between different apps. Monday.com can do it all (if you pay for the higher tiers).

Hoje minha empresa utiliza o monday para a organização e programação de demandas. O fato do calendário ser limitado a apenas 5 quadros, acaba por fazer com que deixemos essa aplicação de lado, quando ela seria se grande utilidade caso pudessemos incluir diversos quadros.

Falta de organização e prazo para as demandas, é o principal problema resolvido pelo monday. Hoje temos uma visão geral de todas as informações que precisamos, economizamos tempo, otimizamos a divisão de tarefas e temos clientes mais satisfeitos.
