I use to have a bad gestion of my time
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the best part is when I conplete a task and it does a small animation. I don't know why but I absolutely love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are some bug and the platform freeze and we cannot acces it for arround 30 minutes. It can cause problems in the organisation of the team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have notice that it happens less often in the last 2-3 months si I guess they are working on it :)
The Most Powerful Task Management Tool We've Used
What do you like best about the product?
The customization aspect of the boards and folders is unparalleled. We can do literally any kind of task or project organization, set up automation and rules to make the system effectively run itself. It's quite good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly the price. There are higher tier options that would be useful for our team, but since we are not that large of a company, we can't justify the price. We regularly run out of automation quotas, and the inability to add more than 5 boards to a bashboard or a similar tool is very limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management and agency/client progression. We can move efficiently through the production and approval process much better than say, Asana or Slack. That has increased our communication, quality, and output vastly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation and the color schemes that help me and my team know what the next steps are for a project and if that project is completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Monday can not act the way we would prefer and we have noticed that when we upload some files, they don't get uploaded correctly or if we archive something, we have had issues getting all of the board to restore. This has only happened on occasion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is able to hold our teammates accountable and keep everyone in line with tasks while we are searching for a project mananger

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com features an intuitive, user-friendly interface in a fresh and appealing way that stands out from the typical formats of other task management tools. Given my team's diverse backgrounds and varying degrees of technical proficiency, it's notable that everyone embraced and started using Monday.com within the first week.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have not identified any significant downsides to our adoption of Monday.com. It checks-off the boxes for all my team's organizational needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com aids in our organization by providing a centralized space to track repetitive tasks and customer inquiries. It ensures that we are always aligned and enables the team to evenly distribute tasks and support each other. Moreover, our team meetings have become more efficient as Monday.com offers a visual reference to guide our discussions.
Great tool, excellent service and awesome UI
What do you like best about the product?
It is really simple to understand the platform, there are great video tutorials that make easy to become a power user and the customer service is awesome, they always help you and try to give you a quick answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automations take some time to begin. I wish some integrations had more options to make them more useful, like obtaining data directly from an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I know which member of my team is working on some assignment, and the status of all my projects and main processes. Now I can react faster when there is a delay in any process.
A Great Tool for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly it is, the organization it brings to my team and the ability to set up our accounts in a variety of ways that best makes sense for the differences in needs that each of our clients bring.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really arent too many downsides. I think its a learning process to begin using Monday.com daily. It takes consistency to make updating and inputting everything daily. But that's the only downside. Once it is integrated with your team, it becomes an essential member of your team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us more time to work as the team isnt constantly asking each other for updates on where we are on certain projects. We can check at any time the status of any task or any project and use it to communicate with one another directly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the visuals, the different colors available, and how easy it is to integrate with other apps, such as Google Drive. Dragging and dropping documents also makes the workflow smooth. My team is happy with how Monday helps them stay on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar view won't let us scroll down when we have more than three items. It would be helpful if we could see all the items listed for that day when viewing the entire month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping us stay organized with the many tasks in different departments that we have. Our team works remotely most of the time, so being able to stay on track and organized.
Easy as Monday
What do you like best about the product?
As a former professional project manager, I have years of experience using complex project management tools. I was hesitant in deploying Monday for our company to use. Since its implementation at my current company, we have all found it to be easy to use without the need to get a lot of training or run into glitches. The platform has improved communications greatly, especially with the geographical dispersity in our teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem is in the integrations with Microsoft teams and Outlook calendars. It is a bit cumbersome

Communication between teams for the coordination of project tasks and deliverables. Our company runs smoother using Monday

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity and layout of the website. I think creating the automations are pretty cool as well. I like to be able to write custom automations, for example when I complete a Task, that task gets moved to a separate section titled "completed Tasks". Things like that are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating some of the automations, I would like to have a little more flexibility. I noticed some things weren't open for automation. Also, I wish there were more in depth training modules to learn the software instead of having to set up a 1 on 1 or pay someone to walk through the software with me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am mostly using Monday.com as a task list that all of my coworkers and I have access to simultaneously. I use Salesforce, so that solves alot of my needs but the tasks section in Salesforce is not great. I like using Monday to create a Task list system.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I really like everything about Monday.com — it’s intuitive, flexible, and keeps my projects on track. If I had to mention one small thing, it would be that sometimes it takes a bit of time for new team members to get used to all the features, especially if they’re not very tech-savvy. But once they get the hang of it, they love it too! So it’s more of a learning curve than a real drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Monday, it was challenging to keep everyone on the same page — tasks would get lost, deadlines were unclear, and communication was scattered across emails and chats. Now, Monday solves all of that by giving my team a central place to plan, assign, and track every project. Everyone knows what they’re responsible for, when it’s due, and how it connects to the bigger picture. It has improved accountability, collaboration, and clarity across all departments in the school.
