Awesome project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Over the past few months, I've been using Monday.com more than before and I'm thrilled to try out various features like the automations. I understand it is a bit technical; however, once you get a hang of it, Monday is better than the other project management tools out there!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the tool can be really overwhelming, however, with spending enough time, you'll get a hang of it. With sufficient guides, I think this issue is resolved, because if you're spending more time, the issue automatically resolves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get an understanding of how each project is progressing, whether there is any blocker and take preventive measures. This has helped me streamline our overall productivity. We're also using the tool to monitor rest of the team members, monitor the leads pipeline etc as well.
Essential for keeping your team on track
What do you like best about the product?
Especially for a remote team, Monday helps keep us on track and makes our workflow much more organized. Whether it's one large project or multiple small recurring tasks, the different templates helped us create a way to stay updated and avoid unnecessary update emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that each Item Group needs to follow the same format when on the same board. For example, we do social media marketing for multiple clients who all have different needs but it would be too complex and unorganized to use a separate board for that many clients. The new update also messed up the ability to create lists. It used to be that you could type a new Item or Subitem and once you hit enter it would automatically move your cursor into the next new Item box, now you have to manually click on it or else it will start typing in the notes section of the item you just created. I suppose that would create a better workflow for some but I've personally found it annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Monday has cut down on follow-up emails, and the number of emails in general, since we can see where each team member is at or at what stage each project has reached, which helps keep us all informed and on track.
Very Well organized software
What do you like best about the product?
we use it in our work to keep ourselves updated, and well organized, we get notifications on every status, no matter how busy we are but we don't miss out on anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
how don't think there is anything which we don't like so far. if you want to be organized and updated just sign up for this software, you won't regret it. its definitely amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we all have a very busy schedule, so what we do we create the folders and update our work there with files pictures or whatever we have. really like the automation part in monday.com there we can do automation as we want.
perfect for managing projects
What do you like best about the product?
Its very functional, from creating projects to adding team members. The day to day with monday.com is so much easier.
What I like the best is its kanban function which allows me to add tasks and move around between "to do, doing, done, review".

What do you dislike about the product?
I can`t see yet any downsides related to monday.com to be honest. Maybe its pricing conditions could be better shaped for not going from monthly to yearly, and adding some discounts for fidelity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a small business in 3 people and we`ve been working to organize different clients with a unique workspace where we share each activity and assign an owner for them to make easier the management. also there`s a possibility to breakdown by area/subject
Monday.com improved our ability to coordinate the entire business!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Monday is the seamless coordination that it allows my entire team to have. We went from constant email chains and disorganization or extremely easy communication where we can have full conversations, tag each other, and work more effectively in one cohesive way. The amount of time on email chains was reduced within my team by probably 50% by using Monday. We also enjoy the way the platform is laid out, simplistic and beautiful to look at. It really helps to keep things organized and flowing positively. Additionally, it is nice that when you need support, Monday is quite fast to respond, I think the one or two times we have really needed help setting something up, or creating something special, Monday has been happy and eager to assist. Last, it is really nice to be able to invite people outside of your organization into the platform. For example, we work with a third part marketing company that handles much of our content design and development, by creating a board and sharing it with this third party we were able to cut down email communications by almost 90%.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are great ways to create automation, but not very good ways to customize things. You are kind of stuck in their layout/way of doing things. It would be nice to see a bit more openness down the road. It would be nice to see additional features built into Monday.com down the road, I think there are more integrations that could take place in a way that makes it more appealing to combine with a CRM system. Right now it seems many integrations are somewhat half-baked or nonexistent.

Inter team communication, Monday frees up a lot of time to communicate more effectively. It benefits my team by giving us more time to focus on other tasks. It made everyone quite happy!

Perfect way to stay on (many) tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to manage multiple boards in just a few clicks and drags. I manage a lot of projects, and being able to not only track my status, but also keep notes and files attached to each item has been a huge game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alerts tend to proliferate across the site -- I get emails when a coworker tags me in a project, and I see those. But I also get in-app notifications that just pile up somewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a creative, disorganized person. Monday makes the act of staying organized feel creative and fun. I love building new boards and using it to really think through my projects.

I like how it is extremely easy to costumize.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly, highly integrated with other platforms we use, and there are many features that help us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the app on my iphone. I feel like it's hard to view and a lot of the info on the screen seems jumbled.

Helping me to get organized w/ tasks as well as get on the same page w/ co-workers and delegate tasks properly and clearly
The single best thing to happen to me as a social media manager
What do you like best about the product?
The daily emails that let me know what is on the docket every day first thing has been invaluable. Being able to have boards for each of my clients, the ability to drop in emails, share boards and keep everything in one location instead of trying to manage with a paper planner or just a lot of prayer and hope to keep things in order. I have used A LOT of different CRMs and this is by far the most user friendly, easy to learn and with endless features for every situation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version isn't as easy to manage but I spend 95% of my time using it at my desktop so this hasn't been much of an issue for me personally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have an entire client roster and being able to map out months of content in groups, drag and drop rearranging, and ease of updating and attaching emails directly to boards has been fabulous. The reminder emails of what is due each day has helped me out more often than not.
Game changer!

As a team, we are more organized and more efficient than ever before! The system is easy to use and keeps everyone in the know of what is going on.

Nothing, we love the product and have nothing to list that we do not like.

As a company, we all work remotely. Monday gives us a look at what needs to be done and who is doing the tasks.
