Monday has helped our company to manage several projects efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
Its versatility! We can use it for internal projects such as staffing, budgets and recruitment. But we can also use it to follow up projects with our clients, use notifications and use it for task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like is that on the same board, we have to keep the same columns for each group. It would be better to be able to change the columns instead of creating different boards when it's the same topic, I think, different columns are needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following staffing, recruitment, and general management of the company more efficiently on one single and easy-to-use tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a tool that is highly versatile and very user-friendly!

Monday.com is the hub for all of my company's projects!
What do you like best about the product?
The automations make it extremely easy to transfer tasks between departments. I also like how you can completely customize your board with tags, colors, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company heavily relies on Monday.com, and the site crashes and experiences issues more than I thought it would which completely disrupts our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have tasks (files, links, who worked on the assignment, etc.) all in one place where the entire company can access it makes things much easier long-term.
MONDAY.com A.K.A the best business tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to use the different types of boards depending on the certain application it is being used for. MONDAY.com helps me stay on top of all projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there were more features that are specific for certain applications that could help make tracking tasks easy and efficient. Eg. more column choices for each task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of time-sensitive projects we do are tracked on MONDAY.com. It helps me stay on task and notifies me when something is coming due which helps emmensely when you are on a time crunch.
Easy Organization for Busy Schedules
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite things about monday.com are the category colors as well as being able to assign people to help you with tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like for monday.com to text me notifications when someone adds me to a task or adds something to my list of things to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication issues across the company, as well as missed deadlines, are becoming less of a problem than before we began using monday.com.

It's easy to use, friendly interface and keeps your organization on track for projects, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so helpful to ensure myself and my team keep up to date on all our external and internal projects. The automation side of it is so beneficial for us as it eliminates some of the manual work so we can focus on the important things for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about monday.com is that it does lag sometimes, and I do find myself having to check with the rest of our team as my monday.com server is down.

Monday.com removes some of the manual tasks within our company which is great. One of the main benefits is that it ensures our whole team is always up to date with the statuses of different projects.

Keeping tabs on multiple strands of a project.
Easy international communication - people have alerts set up so they dont miss messages which could happen with e-mail.

I went from no knowledge or skill at all to a pretty decent user in about 2 weeks. Give yourself time to get used to it
Great way to manage projects!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great way to organize all of your projects, deadlines and actions in one place for your team to view. I like the due dates and that it sends you daily reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that you can't move the bar on the left to make seeing all of your projects (some names are too long). It would be nice to have that movable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track with all of our meetings and events, and all of the actions that go into planning them. Helps with productivity and organization of lots of moving parts.

I like the visual overview of the program. It really helps the team visually recognize order status and stay organized with due dates.

There isn't much to dislike. It works well.

The Best Way to Stay Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is like that great personal assistant that is always reminding you of things that need to get done. There are various ways to track your projects and keep ahead of your tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing really to dislike about Monday.com. I guess you could say its so efficient at reminding you of things that you might get annoyed with all the ways to get notified. But you can change those settings to your preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Monday.com to keep tabs on the various tasks and projects that come to me from various people. I also use Monday.com to keep track of my own tasks so I'm ahead of the game.
Great Project Management tool but needs some improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple the system is to use. It is intuitive and offers many ways to customize your view and workflow. Automations nearly eliminate the set-up process for many projects since it does it automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some key features that other project management systems have that Monday.com still lacks. If you have more than one due date under a project or subitem, there is no way to get a complete list. You would need to pick one due date or the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a lot more organized since beginning to use Monday. Team Members know what is assigned to them and when it is due. We can also work out priority projects which is helpful to make sure the most important things are being completed first.
