Effortless and very functional project management
What do you like best about the product?
Customizable columns that support many external features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't 'dislike' anything in particular, but i would love to see more ways to implement automations and methods to connect Monday with other apps like photoshop
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily see if a process efficient or not and have the date to show it.

An Asset to Our Team!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and how visually pleasing it is to look at and see when things are complete!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Monday is a great tool and is an asset to our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team communication is much better and we are all able to view and see where we are on our large-scale projects. It also tracks our progress seamlessly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you make use of all of the functions that Monday can do, we learn something new all of the time!
Easy to use project management platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily track my projects for my clients on Monday.com. I also like that I can track my time. The design is fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of the features and options can make it difficult to learn. More one-on-one onboarding support would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track my time and my contractors' time on various projects, as well as easily communicate and manage my projects.
Great PM product at great prices!
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many different use cases for Monday.com - from simple task management to cross-collaborative dashboards the possibilities are endlesss.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were more automations on subitems/certain column types.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem solved was task management across various teams. It completely eradicated email requests!
Move from Excel to monday.com!

It's user friendly, has a beautiful design, and simple to use.

It's expensive, so my company limits our use.

Tracking with consistency and transparency a program with thousands of moving pieces, automating notifications for handoffs
Project Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's very customizable and can solve a lot of problems that businesses might have when it comes to project management, client communication portal etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a little steep, and there's no way to apply global changes to projects once they've been created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management for our marketing clients. It's given us a great ROI and helped us keep track of items and billable hours.

What do you like best about the product?
the sorting capabilities.being able to track and assess projects to completion it a great feature to have. also like the progress check, and that it keeps me updated on owned tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
the amount of notifications i get on one task when i am tagged in on it. it sometimes becomes very redundant, and i am having to go through each notification and alert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
project organization is the biggest problem solver. it helps me stay focused and aware of what task is next. i have realized, that i don't have to rely so heavily on notes, and can use the forum for projects
Easy team collaboration and stakeholder management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can make unique boards in specific workspaces that are tailored to the needs if each subject. The automation features are intuitive and easy to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the notifications are not always consolidated when they occur within a small period of time. I've gotten 30 straight notifications before and its annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps us organized and gives visibility to the entire team on the projects that we are all working on. With monday, we can keep our vendors and non-organization members in the loop.

Monday.com is an extremely great platform when it comes to visualizing projects & team capacity

The interface. It is excellent how you can combine tasks and define deadlines. Also, finding team members with enough capacity to handle each task.

The platform is very well designed and help us achieve our goals and utilize the right resources for each task.

I manage a marketing team usually busy working on the business as usual tasks. It helped me find team members with enough capacity to support innovation projects.
Effective Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has plenty of customization options, even at the free level. The templates allow you to get started and build a framework that you can then adapt to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with the templates, it can be pretty overwhelming to get started on your boards. I wish some of the tutorials were more in-depth, instead of high-level overviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Monday.com to organize projects and communications/marketing work across several programs. I like being able to see the the big picture across all programs as well as by individual program.

For the best success with monday.com, I would set up an idea of what organization, boards, or calendars you'd like to create. Otherwise, it can be overwhelming.
