Amazing Organization Platform for Work!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the different boards I can create to maintain my department organized. I also assign tasks to my coworkers and add due date, that way we don't miss anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything from Monday so far. Everything has been working well. It has also improved my workflow and my coworkers since we first joined the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Monday has helped with has been organization. Before joining, it was hard to keep track of jobs and their corresponding tasks. But now, we never miss a deadline!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are first joining Monday, I recommend using the templates they provide, so you don't feel overwhelmed starting from scratch. From there, you can adjust as you'd like to fit your needs. One of the things I want to add for most of my boards is due dates, so I get reminders on my email.

Very easy to use!! It makes coordinating schedules very easy and great to use.

Nothing at all. It's simple and easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it helps me break down my tasks in so many ways, from an overview board with subitems, to whole boards dedicated to more complex projects. Its super flexible, meaning that I can view all of these in multiple ways depending on what I need to see. Its fun status change animations make it more satisfying to complete tasks, and its Llama Farm is a fun and unique way to see your progress!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if they had a solo tier for if you only need one seat (removing collaboration features) as I know this app would also be great for freelancers I work with to use for personal project management.

I got Monday to help organise my business tasks as I'm looking to expand my team this year and want strong workflow foundations.
Before Monday I was having trouble keeping track of project progress, which slowed down workflow. Monday means I can keep track of projects of all sizes in the same place, adding notes to track developments, reducing my reliance on long email chains for feedback and info, as well as making sure no task – no matter how small – gets forgotten!

What do you like best about the product?
There are quite a few things that make Monday unique and helpful. For starters with setting up rules, I can now have payroll, timesheets and actions for ease of use. On top of I can get emails when changes happen on the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides of Monday, while few there are some bugs. Even with a rule set up, When I change the status of something sometimes it will not follow to a specific new section.

Benefits- we can put any pdf, excel, or document into Monday for easy sorting. Game changer!
Always keeping up with the Joneses
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps to keep tasks accountable for each team member. We find that smaller jobs often time end up being forgotten. Monday allows all jobs to be on each person's radar. By adding the due dates, we can make sure all jobs are completed on time. Monday is constantly improving the program and has monthly training for all the new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side is learning how all the options work. There are many different ways to desgin your boards and many different ways to track the jobs on your board. There is a small learning curve when you first begin using Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that we are solving by using Monday.com is holding each team member accountable for all job tasks. Along with making sure that no job tasks are missed.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how user-friendly this is. We can share it within our company with a minimal amount of instruction. We also greatly appreciate the number of colors, which is extremely pleasing to the eye.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few downsides we have noticed. We have found bugs when we try to do various activities. One I've recently found is when I'm trying to move items across boards, it will glitch and not move the item. I will often have to close my browser or refresh the page before attempting to move the item again. There was also an ongoing bug where I couldn't move items across boards at all. This seems to have been fixed which I am very happy about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the main project coordinator for our team, I have found that I can track our 50-100 active projects quite easily. We have also been able to connect our board with our social media board so we can quickly upload final files to one place to save time.

What do you like best about the product?
The user layout is straightforward to follow, and the dashboards have many valuable options for transparently outlining the team's data. I particularly like the workload options for quick capacity management.

The system can be very slow at times, and sometimes, the dashboards do not load (they need to be refreshed again).
The most significant improvement would be the option to create multiple items at a set frequency (for example, creating a daily task that can be duplicated to every workday for a year). Currently, the best workaround for this is to duplicate the task, but then we have to update the date which wastes time manually.

Better capacity management insights, making internal projects transparent and easy to collaborate on, and keeping track of the team's day-to-day tasks.
We've also begun to explore moving more internal process data into Monday.com as opposed to having multiple, isolated Excel sheets.

Monday is our Agency's Brain
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Monday.com is the central location for all tasks that can be assigned but also collaborated on by multiple team members. We always say it's our brain, before monday.com we relied on our memory, our whiteboard or our old school to-do lists and it has totally changed the way we organize tasks and do business.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have issues occasionally when we are trying to share things with our clients via monday.com if the client doesn't have monday.com. But, we are finding it's getting more and more compatible and easier to share with outsiders as time goes on. That's just been our biggest headache.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing tasks, having a place to put details for assignments, completion dates, collaboration with multiple staff members. We have realized that by using monday.com for all of our tasks within our agency, we are not only more efficient but we are able to give our clients a better experience with our extreme organization. It is highly unlikely something gets missed if it's on monday.com.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you think you need monday.com, you do. We keep finding ways to move existing systems into the monday.com platform. Even if the only thing you need is a to-do list, it's worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the dynamic way I can drag the tasks to wherever I want and know what my team is doing and precisely what is holding them down.
Also, it's great to have a full view of all my tasks in one place, creating groups for each type of project.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I dislike. One of them is that it is hard for me to synchronize google calendar with my tasks, but maybe it is my mistake. Overall, I think some power-ups could be available for short teams. Like Gantt and calendar visual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can solve time management like never before. Also, I feel everything is in one place, so I don't miss tasks like before. Another benefit is knowing what my team is doing to solve the miscommunication problem.

Maybe you should allow the basic plan to have a calendar view

monday.com is an easy-to-use, straightforward, user-friendly project management tool. By using monday.com we have stayed on track for our projects, whereas before struggled to complete tasks effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen any feature for tracking items like budgets for particular tasks. It would be great to have an easy-to-use feature to create a budget estimate and then compare the actual amounts vs. the estimated amount. (Plus, if we needed approval for amounts above the estimate).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best thing that monday.com has done for our company is providing us with a tool that helps us stay on track, which in turn saves us time by never needing to back-track on projects to see where we are.

monday.com is an excellent platform if you do not know what to use to organize your projects. It is flexible and easy to use, great for many projects and situations.
