Great utility for project tracking

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and includes a wide array of templates that can be used for a range of different purposes...everything from GANNT charts to time tables, product lists, tracking sales leads, etc. It can also integrate with many 3rd party systems quite easily. Literally at the click of a button. The system as a whole seems really easy to get started, though has a fair bit of depth if you want to take the time to master it.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found an easy way to build one schedule that pulls in the timelines and dates from multiple projects. So instructions could be a bit better. I suspect that's just a matter of locating the right tutorial videos though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it to manage project timelines and help keep projects on track. One thing I've realized is that it does far more than I initially suspected when we first decided to try using it.

What do you like best about the product?
Group task is easier. Monitoring team and back tracking of task is faster.I like the reminders and automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
They still need to improve the export of file. It's good to have it in excel but the placement of colomun is still messed up

What do you like best about the product?
It serves as a hub for communication and project management, allowing you to create new boards, assign individuals to tasks, and track progress in real time. It is incredibly simple to use, which is beneficial to our personnel who are not computer literate. It's ideal for maintaining transparency at the forefront if you're searching for an easy approach to remain on top of what everyone is doing while working remotely. I've used numerous tools like Monday throughout my profession, and it's head and shoulders above the others.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has so many features that I'm sure I'm not making the most of it; they have a wonderful LMS, but it's difficult to devote time to it. Some of the automated features require revision. The integrations are a little challenging for me to work with, but once you get over the learning curve, updating projects and boards becomes lot easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We received multiple emails asking for updates before to implementing this software, and many times the updates were delayed because we had to wait for other individuals to react, yet Monday.com and the mobile application were not affected. It helps to keep everyone up to date on the newest changes and difficulties, making it simple to remain on top of updates without having to contact the project manager. As we relocated remotely, it was critical that we could see what each other was working on as a team, and notably that the newest and youngest members of the team could assign tasks to them and prioritize each one. It's also great for enhancing cooperation with teams from various departments inside the firm.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It appears to offer everything you could possible need, as well as a good plan for the future. It is a fantastically simple application that even individuals who are not particularly computer knowledgeable can learn how to utilize. The mobile app is great for on-the-go meeting notes, project completions, and updates. It has really aided our communication and kept everyone up to speed and on the same page.

Solves unique problems in a surprisingly easy and intuitive system--a pleasure to use

What do you like best about the product?
The layout of the interface makes sense visually, personally mimicking how my brain works; the customization capacity makes it even more so. The experience is the same for other members of my team--mimicking how their brains work. This is a remarkable quality considering all of us have such different personalities and styles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing and seats. So far the only downside is how many users we can designate as "members" who have editor's rights/permissions. Because we are a non-profit, we cannot afford to pay for a ton of seats. However, because we are a marketing department and deal with all other teams in the organization, we naturally need more seats in order to have a proper work flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow and communication are the most obvious. Version control used to be a big problem (leading to errors and inefficiencies). We have customized the automations to fit our flow of design/deliverable editing rounds and approvals. It has also completely changed and standardized our project intake process, which used to be a large source of inefficiency and error. We are a complex membership organization (15 departments) performing wide ranging services and providing a wide range of products for our members. Monday has vastly improved our workflow across all departments--meeting each team's specific unique marketing and communication needs--in one seamless, easy-to-use system for our team. It's everything we wanted (and more) when we first set out to find a work/project management software.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is perfect for a virtual company to collaborate and stay up to date with projects. Useful for all aspects of the business, especially for storing documents, keeping track of project status' and team calendar. Also excellent integration with Google.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be useful if Monday was more easily integrated with G-Mail. The integration with Dropbox and G-Drive is great. But we would like to be able to create a contact list on Monday using G-Mail contacts. It would also be useful to be able to easily provide a link to an email thread that can be accessed by the whole team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is the central hub which allows the organisation of projects, storing of documents, contact lists, team calendar, and daily scheduling all in one place.

Monday is the best platform! It's like you're on social media, you won't even know you're working.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everyone can communicate through Monday and leave comments on boards or groups. You can see who has seen your comment and tag people in it to make sure that they saw your comment or to direct it to that particular person. I also like how you can customize the notifications you get in your emails, like if you want to get notified on everything posted or only want to be informed on what you are tagged in or assigned. I also like how you can create checklists or to-do lists inside a comment or thread and have others check them off once they are completed. It's sort of like a social media app for work but better. It offers so much more. It is easy to use and straightforward; you can learn everything it offers by watching a few simple tutorials. There are so many cool and neat things about this app that I am sure anyone who uses it will love it and find it extremely useful and helpful for their business.
It is like social media (mostly FB), and almost everyone is on social media during the day, so I feel like they thought of the consumers and built a design around how our society engages with one another in modern times, and they made the excellent business app Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation area can sometimes be hard to understand or to make. For instance, there are some occasions where I want something to happen but can not find the correct wording for it in the system or, I do find what I think is the right wording for it, but it does not function the way I want it to or the way it is supposed to. . They don't have all of the options I would like and they are worded a little weird
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving communication mishaps and tracking our projects that are currently ongoing. Someone can post something, and everyone on the team can see it, and you can tag someone specifically; that's my favorite part. It also keeps us updated with all our leads regarding who has been called back and who has not. It is beneficial in that aspect, which is only one great benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com helps us keep on track with various projects and to-do lists around our business. It is how we keep track of voicemail messages, and with directly tagging someone they instantly get a notification. Not everyone is in our office at the same time, so it helps with communication a lot!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, no complaints! Everything is organized, yet you can customize different features to make it work for you personally. The ability to link to Google Drive is very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our staff is never in office at the same time. monday.com has helped tremendously with communication. Nothing is getting lost in emails. We can see when someone has finished a task or is stuck and can see who can jump in and help all from either the office or at home.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in need of streamlining communication, this is the tool for you!

Great way to collaborate with a team on multiple projects

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to assign to-dos, have realtime availability to updates on any given project and any given task. Our team personally has also linked our google drive and add our files under the "files" tab for many tasks (example: create guest list) I can then even see the real-time updates to the documents this way and attaching documents from our google drive now that these accounts are connected is incredibly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it was a little difficult to get in the habit of using it and for our entire team to use it constantly. I dont know that this is really Monday.com's fault or if its just a part of onboarding a project management system. It was a learning curve, but Monday provided a lot of resources to be able to make the transition as easy as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have much fewer tasks get missed now that we can have a bird's eye view on all projects and know where we are at on all tasks. I work in public relations at a firm, so we have a lot of clients with a lot going on at all times.

What do you like best about the product?
It's shareability and its very friendly-looking interface. It is easy to quickly grasp where you stand in terms of projects and highlight areas that need focus. You simply just update or comment on the board and your supervisor can know where you're at
What do you dislike about the product?
That you cannot have different headings for different groups on the same board. Even though I understand why the feature is programmed the way it is, it is still a limitation sometimes that you want different heading for different groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently working on a systems' migration that involves various departments. We have made a Monday board where everyone updates their work status and the manager can assign/change workload more conveniently. I don't like taking alot of meetings which means that I can simply update the Monday board and carry on working
