Absolutely recommend for keeping your team on track
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can add in all the details and my to-do list for everyone to keep on schedule and not forget any task.

After many searching trying to find software that could fulfill my needs, I came across Monday, and I consider this is an excellent tool for several reasons such as managing workload, multiple teams, and solving plenty issues related to work. When it comes to managing workload, Monday not only has an option in which you can create several boards with helpful information to share with your teammates
Monday also has a feature that allows you to subscribe to multiple boards if you want to keep updated with the valuable information some of your coworkers might share which is one of the reasons why I like this product. Aaprt from it Monday also allows you to import excel files directly in their software annd I ind this very convenient as it saves you a lot of time with attaching several files to an email.
Above all I like the fact that monday has cleared my mailbox a lot because the team members now are able to directly send me updates to the board and there is no need to create multiple group to discuss topics as Monday has it all handed and doesn´t let you to waste your time at all.
Monday´s features that has made the most productive at work its based on their color coded bar statuts as allows me to set my priorities with color and as the visual person I am.
I also like the quick features, links, recent and saved searches option all of them resulting in less time consumption and more output. The option of creating filters for better searches is quite useful as you have the possibility to make them to suit your needs.

Among all of the thing Monday.com has been helpful for a regular user, there is one that is more standing it´s based on my role in the company I work for because I have to manage so many things sometimes I tend to get distracted; it has occasioned me some issues because I deleted some relevant files but this what entirely solved because of Monday as now with their recycle bin I can recover a lot of files within 30 days which makes you not worry a lot to commit those mistakes.
When I´m looking for tools to help me with my job Monday has so many of them and to be able to add comments and @ mentions in everyboard I consider them being a huge plus that can make every collaboration with yoour coworker more effective and fluent.

I would recommend to all new users to try monday.com within the free trial first if the software could not be what they need, and also some features are a bit more tricky once you start using this software. Still, if it´s what you need, I would see that people should begin to implement this tool more around their work because it´s a very diverse software that people can use for so many things without making you get tired of it.

I would love it if each user could customize their view of the board, so column order, width etc. could be according to the needs of each individual user. At the moment we have to compromise on it
