Intuitive Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I've used teamwork and asana before, but hands-down Monday is the easiest and most collaborative. I like how you can create a board template and replicate it for all projects. Plus the change from My Week to My Work improves my personal productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of add-ons I'm not familiar with, so a better introduction to them would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everyone on the same page without a designated project manager has been a challenge, but Monday's capabilities make it manageable for a team of 10.

Intuitive Project Management
What do you like best about the product?

Monday makes it easy to not only customize your workspaces and automation but their templates are very powerful in themselves. Most useful, I have found, is the ability to write your own formulas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found some additional capabilities around mirroring that would be worth exploring. Also the ability to nest deeper tasks would be very helpful. An OKR template would be great, I've had to make a few from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We originally just used it with a small site ops team to track web changes. Once we showed it to other departments we realized the power of project management it could unlock for them. Another learning was how easy it was to build a ticket system for intake.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Every department I have shared monday.com with has immediately adopted it. The program speaks for itself.

monday.com rocks
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and set up for anyone at the company. It's so user-friendly and makes onboarding/setting up team processes flexible for any need. Generally, it's very easy to build boards for any need very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is when processes already exist that I am trying to port over to monday and there aren't options to do so. Often times the result is duplicating processes or efforts in two places and that can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems with overlapping communications; for example there was a lot of asking others for information that should have already been accessible to everyone, so having everything exist in one place has been a huge help.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend using monday.com as a support tool to Google or Microsoft products that allow you to work in docs/sheets/slides in more detail or specifications

What do you like best about the product?
It's the most visually-helpful platform we've used. The layout, use of color, and tons of small design choices make it easy to navigate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you can't have a task live in more than one board! (Dashboards don't cut it)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're keeping our various teams and projects organized with Monday.com. Fewer tasks are falling through cracks, more deadlines are being met on time.
Amazingly organized and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
After using the platform for a week i was able to create a ton of tasks and able to assign them to my team properly. I have enjoyed using it so far

i didn't find anything that I disliked it worked well and as intended

keeping track of multiple tasks for multiple clients we are now able to manage them more effectively
Monday keeps your team on task! Working remotely is more common in the workplace, Monday is a must.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday keeps our team on task. We are able to quickly see assignments, tasks, and the progress of our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything at this point that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team we work remotely. Monday has provided us with a platform to stay on task, follow through with projects and plan ahead.
Really good task app...
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use - I think the simplicity of it is one of the best parts of using the app! it is very cool to be able to view not only your personal tasks but company tasks as a whole. Also - seeing the done items make me feel accomplished haha!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing I have an issue with is that there are times when it does take a while to load tasks - especially when moving them from one person's task list to another's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest issues I have with my job is keeping my time organized. I have a long list of things I have to do and Monday helps me line them up according to importance or due date! And the reminders really help keep me on task!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would always recommend new users take some time to get familiar with the app before jumping right into it.

How easy it is to duplicate boards quickly and how organized the boards can be for projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not getting updates for subitems and the app doesn't have same options to edit comments.

All contact with every client! It's helped me streamline everything going in and out.
