Monday makes getting to Friday easy!
What do you like best about the product?
As a project management consultancy, Monday has uniformly organized our teams, clients, and external resources into cohesive work groups with common objectives. By enabling guests - clients and external parties - to be active in the digital transformation projects we conduct, we experience minimal scope creep. When we do, change requests become easier to accept, and pay for, on the client's part.
Monday also organizes all of the project data, creating "one source of truth" for all documentation, team communications, and schedule management. Our team and our clients spend much less time hunting and pecking for that email or file they need. Time is money!
The ROI for implementing Monday can be measured in days. It is well worth the investment.

What do you dislike about the product?
The left hand navigation can be confusing when you are running hundreds of projects concurrently. The organization is based on date of inititation and it would be better if the listing was alpha.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing project processes and documentation across multi-disciplinary teams. Improving project transparency with the clients. Helping engage the clients throughout the processes. Controlling project resource consumption. Enhances resource planning. Creates a common project management process across all disciplines and depatments.
Good to start with CRM, even better when it is on track!
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of usage. Even if you have nearly no experience with CRM tools, Monday helps you to set up your own environment. The basic offer grants a lot of options especially when you compare that to other offerings in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real complaints about the usage. In the beginning, you compare Monday with the tool you have had experience with, but that is solved soon. The calendar option is OK but could add some more features (minor issue).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the majority of the company is located in different cities and sharing information, input and progress are mandatory, Monday supports. Easy to use with your pc, same as with mobile devices!

What do you like best about the product?
- The user interface it's easy to understand and use (it's also really beatifull which is a plus when you work with designers)
- In the pro plan you can share boards with unlimited members from other organizations without increasing your membership costs, this creates an extremely collaborative environment where everyone can edit, create and access information in real-time
- Dashboards help you interpret all the data that you're generating, keeping track of my KPIs has never been easier
- Design, Product Owners, HR and Communications, are all the areas that use on a daily-basis boards inside monday, each one with a different purpose and use
- Automations save you a lot of time, I have more than 100 and they get executed 15000 times each month. Alerts, e-mails, status updates, formulas, meetings, etc... are some of the things we accomplish through them.
- Public forms allow easy data transfer between teams and organizations
- In the pro plan you can share boards with unlimited members from other organizations without increasing your membership costs, this creates an extremely collaborative environment where everyone can edit, create and access information in real-time

- Time columns are not useful, in services where you charge by the hour it's hard to create a board that reflects when was the work done and creates the respective invoices for your client.

Monday is good in managing your projects and sharing with your coworkers.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has helped our team become more process driven and helps create actionable items for our day-to-day operations. The simplistic use and initial build-out were easy to get our organization rolling. We are constantly making changes to our platform that are the best use for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a few features that are lacking. Some of the essential customization options could be updated. For example, we would love the ability to rearrange the different tabs on each board. As of right now, once you create a new tab view on a board that is the order it is stuck in. The last feature we would love to see is the ability to not automatically open all the folders when you go to a workspace. We have folders to keep boards organized and when you scale workspaces sometimes it gets messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is creating a process that is making our business smarter day by day. We are creating objectable data on our business. We are constantly adding new tasks to monday.com. We are always exploring new board types to implement that make us smarter.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. The best tool we have used, to take control and we customize it to our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is that there is no support to call and ask questions about the platform's operation. it can be tiring to navigate to inquire about certain concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best solution we obtained was controlled, eliminating duplication of information sent, having the data line, and being able to control the data flow.

What do you like best about the product?
We have had excellent success managing our workflow and custom orders with Monday.com. The ability to customize the platform to your needs, excellent customer support and community help have been nothing but excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we have experienced is due to it being cloud-based, the servers going down. Which has been resolved quickly in our experience.

Monday has helped our company get organized and create better workflow through board automation and notifications for each specific job role or order.
Great tool to stay on track and collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a great tool to stay organized and on track. I love that you can color code your progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you archive a project it's very hard to find it. Sometimes you can't even access your archive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday I can keep my work with my team separate from my emails. No email overflow

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can have dashboards that integrate with multiple boards and can create your board to track whatever you want. The mobile app is also very easy to use and helps keep you up to date while on the move.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app could be easier to use as you aren't allowed to filter anything or make any real changes to any boards or dashboards. I wish it was more like excel where you could tab over to the next cell just to make life easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using monday to track our sales orders and their status. We are also tracking our inventory through monday as well as our marketing campaigns over social media and through email.

What do you like best about the product?
I tend to have massive goals that go hand-in-hand with a multitude of projects and to-do lists. I used to have post-its or random paper everywhere in my office so I wouldn't forget an idea to implement. Monday.com creates a way for me to visualize my projects, and brain dump all my to-dos. I'm able to set more realistic timelines and action plans for projects, events, etc. Also, I love the templates. It makes it MUCH easier to create a board when I select a template that best fits my vision and can customize from there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can get too much into detail and it's a bit much to look at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project lists and event planning. Plus helps with team collaboration and delegation. Everyone knows where we are and what still needs to be done.
