Gives us the freedom to customize our process management to fit our complicated workflows.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect is the custom automations. We are able to take care of necessary correspondence with the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the automations are delayed, which can cause duplicates or other redundancies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating white space from our workflows. There are many things that used to fall through the cracks that are now either automated or built into our system.

White background and the fact that users are able to adopt to this system quickly.

Monday is perfect for my business to keep everything in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
The wide range of things I can use it for, for example I manage my day to day tasks here, hire staff, store important information, add guests to my workplace. Also the customer support is amazing and very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me there isn't too much to complain about, as a guy who's not super techy the platform is fairly straightforward to use but better training videos or for them to be more easily accessible would be an improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was really struggling to find a suitable affiliate program for my business but with Monday.com I figured a way to create forms and imbed them to my website so people could apply directly from there which saved me a lot of money on purchasing an affiliate program from an offshore company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com is a no brainier if you are after a system which helps keep your business really well organised.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the several customization tools available, the colour scheme, font, and the various ways to collaborate with team members. I appreciate how Monday generally manifests a positive attitude towards work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to set notifications on posts or logs for a longer period of time. Right now I can only set a reminder for max until the next day. Also, I would like to set deadlines and reminders for the deadlines on specific tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the following problems: forgetting what work was done on a file or losing track of my previous communications with clients. Benefits: being able to visualize and categorize the cases I have.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to experiment with all the tools before setting up your logs, workspace, pages etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration of course, and it's ability to handle complex projects. We have a team of three that is able to work together on multiple different actions and steps needed for hundreds of incoming client requests for design. I really don't know how I would handle all this without the organization that Monday provides and the automation that we can do through it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve to get started. And I am a bit worried that I'm heavily invested in a system that is solely internet-based. From time to time there is a lag for automations that is pretty frustrating. Still more than worth it though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has become our database for client projects in a way that I would not be able to accomplish in other tools or in a spreadsheet. Being able to keep from losing conversations is awesome. Everything stays attached to the task or project that it was started with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just get it. It has a learning curve so give yourself a few hours/days to sort it out. But after that it's incredible. Use the "deadline" feature and keep up with your dates and assigned people!

What do you like best about the product?
The organizational capacity you can achieve with a large work team, I like that you can see the progress of each team member's tasks, as well as assign a priority level to the tasks, so your colleagues know which tasks are more urgent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes boards can be a bit confusing, especially when you have large work teams. Perhaps a bit more work is needed on the organization of the sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization with a large work team, since we are all in home office mode and task assignment is quite easy with this tool, there is no need to hold recurring meetings.

It is an excellent tool for organizing tasks and activities for both small and large teams.

I love how easily I can assign different people on the team to different projects, we all now love seeing how tasks can be done so easilly

I really wish there was a place to integrate inventory and more options for a quickbooks integration

The versatility and how easy to use it os. We use it both to control sales flow and new product launch projects and to organize and schedule content for our channel. Indispensable.

The integration with Google Drive, sometimes doesn't work as fluidly as it should, but nothing that impedes use.

Monday solves my content management problem on different social networks and YouTube channels.

The Best App for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part about Mondays is that everything is completely customizable. They offer templates if need be, but they also have every option imaginable for your needs. My personal favorite is the color-coding statuses that you can customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I dislike anything about Mondays if I'm being completely honest. This has been my favorite work app that I use so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits I've realized are that you can set automations to make things work more smoothly. For example, I can set notifications to be sent out to my team when a certain status changes. It can be slightly confusing to learn how to set all the automations at first but they are so helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend customizing it rather than using the templates. There's so much you can do if you explore all of the options yourself. I found exactly what would help my company and built it up from our processes.
Almost Perfect
What do you like best about the product?
It's efficient, real-time, and, believe it or not much, much faster than a large spreadsheet in Excel or Open Office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I have found that the server response is a little slow, and once the whole automation system was down for a few hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a stock sheet, to-do list and customer sales record all in one. Instead of manually updating a spreadsheet almost daily, all our staff have access and can update whenever things change! I don't have to be involved at all! It saves me hours. Plus, we have a really large stock list and the search speed, and updates are so, so much faster than running excel to do the same job.

If you struggle with setup, persevere. It's worth it in the end.
