UI Designer
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very easy for me to track projects. I study monday.com So very easy to track projects, collaborate with my team and clients. I suggest this software to our team and client. So we are starting to use this software in jan2022. And this software UI is very clean so nice. The extraordinary adaptability for utilization across multiple fronts (HR, Planning, Project management, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
It is excellent software, and I don't see anything so far that I don't like. In my opinion, it is a perfect platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my side don't see any problem. Our team start working on this software in jan2022.

Monday.com is a game changer!!
What do you like best about the product?
I find most helpful the ability to automate workflow, share information among team members around the world, and collaborate with team members on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is not as great as the website, but steadily improving!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration, communication is centralized, we are able to share information with business partners, and document SOPs for all business processes
Organization project management
What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration benefits of the software l. The ability to use it for any programs and departments. The project tracker is very useful. It has a great editing feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. The functionality is there, but it can be expensive. It works on a cloud so you can share across multiple devices with multiple users which is great for a team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No issues were found with the software. The software has an ability to track all projects that you design and set up in the system. It allows for multiple collaborations which keeps everyone informed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a project management share point system this software is definitely worth looking into.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to figuring out best practices with Monday.
The provided tutorials are a bit long. Had to seek outside partners for guidance.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full project management while working remotely has been difficult. Monday has made a little easier

Inexpensive, functional, but not for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
Monday does a great job of creating an integrated platform that allows your whole team to collaborate on projects, comment on files, and run basic reports. The price point is affordable and the software is pretty intuitive to use, so there isn't a huge ramp-up time like you'll find with Salesforce, SmartSheet, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has limited functionality and the message chains aren't intuitive. The uploaded files aren't sequenced well, so it can be challenging to see which file is the most recent version. There are also limits to sharing outside of Monday users, so if you have someone who isn't within the design/art/marketing team that needs to review a file, you have to share it with them via another platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the challenge of project management, file management, and task management. We've built check-lists and task tracking as well as file management systems to ensure everyone is singing off the same sheet of music, knows what key we are in, etc.
Monday is a Great Resource for Project Planning
What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes collaborating on projects extremely easy. I love being able to look at my own personal projects from both my board and the project board and how easily I can set up tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is not as easy to use as the online platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday made it much easier for coordinating efforts across all of our projects and ensure alignment between each team and department. The color-coding is a great quick visual for ensuring status. The ability to message each other and collaborate is simple yet effective and has ensured everyone is on the right page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is worth trying it out, the free version is amazing for small projects. This is one tool that is worth the money. Very low cost yet effective.
Monday.com is the best! An incredibly fleixble project management and collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
The quick setup and ease of onboarding makes Monday the best PM tool we've used in an agency setting. Very versitile for managing media, projects and other intangables in the creative world.
What do you dislike about the product?
It. Is. Slow. This is my major gripe with the web interface AND the app version of Monday. With large boards and projects, you will need patience on less than brand-new machines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tried Asana. We tried Wrike. We tried Airtable. None of them let us "hit the ground running" with templates and an easy-to-understand structure like Monday.com did. It manages both our day-to-day agile project management needs, but also acts as a fantastic media archive / wiki tool for our org.
Complicated
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see the dashboard of all the areas associated to the app. It does give a lot of options to keep track of your tasks and offers notifications also.
What do you dislike about the product?
This program is more complex than what I was looking for. This may be a better option for someone trying to keep track of their team or company, not just individual tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was trying to find a simple calendar/task feature to keep track of all my work and deadlines. This program offers ways to keep track but seems like more work to learn how to use it than actually using it.
Helpful but could have improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can easily tag teammembers to join the board and that it includes their pictures to make it a more personalized experience. I also like the email updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The boards tend to get very wide, and you can't see everything without zooming super out or scrolling constantly from one side to the other. On the forms, they should add capability for the person filling it out to get a copy of what they completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and task tracking amongst team members so that everyone can see everything on one page and also for prioritization of different tasks amongst the team
Get Ready to get productive!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can track all my tasks, add status updates, note and tag other users. You are also emailed when a new task is add to your workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything really. I haven't found an issue yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage several websites and Monday helps me stay on track of website edits and requests and let's me see which ones have the highest priority. Requests can include links as well as attachments to make communication clear. Love it!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! I loved Asana as well, but Monday took the cake!
