Monday.com Work Management has been an invaluable tool for staying organized and maintaining focus. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to navigate, while the user-friendly design allows for seamless task tracking and project management. I especially appreciate how efficiently it helps me monitor progress and stay on top of deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com offers many strengths, the initial onboarding experience can be overwhelming. Being introduced to the platform without proper guidance or context makes it difficult to navigate and understand its full capabilities. Additionally, while the system is functional, there is room for improvement in terms of customization—more flexibility in tailoring views and workflows to individual or team preferences would enhance usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com effectively addresses several key workflow challenges by centralizing tasks, communications, and documentation within a single platform. The ability to collaborate with colleagues in real time enhances team productivity and transparency. I particularly value the document upload feature, which streamlines information sharing and keeps all relevant materials easily accessible.

I find monday Work Management extremely valuable due to its high degree of customizability that fits perfectly with my diverse and evolving job needs. Its ability to let me set different lists for various tasks, such as BNI network referrals or thanking clients, ensures it adapts seamlessly to my workflow. The color-coding feature particularly stands out, making it easier to differentiate between jobs and stages visually. The platform's robust functionality surpasses other CRMs I've tried because it allows me to modify columns according to my specific preferences, enhancing its usability. Additionally, it is incredibly convenient to use across multiple devices, including my iPad, Chromebook, and phone, ensuring I have access to my work wherever I go. The notes feature is particularly handy, allowing me to drag and drop documents, which helps keep all project-related thoughts and resources organized effectively. Overall, monday Work Management is a tool I highly recommend and have done so multiple times; its out-of-the-box functionality, coupled with the ability to customize significantly, benefits my business greatly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had the time to fully explore the automation features of monday Work Management as I've been very busy. My son assisted me in setting some of these up, but I wish to utilize more of these features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to track my jobs' stages, making tasks manageable. It organizes my workflow with customizable lists and color coding, facilitating efficient project tracking and documentation.
User-Friendly Interface and Continuous Feature Updates
What do you like best about the product?
I like the friendly interface and the resources to get demos and explore available features that may be relevant to my organization's needs. There are constant updates and new functions, so sometimes it can be overwhelming but there is a reason they exist since other users provide feedback constantly, so monday can be imporved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on how many users there are and whether they are a "member" or a "viewer," they do not have access to the certificate course to ensure everyone learns the same things at the same time.

Organization and notifications all in one place.
Indispensable for Business Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like using monday Work Management because it helps me organize myself in my work environment and not forget my work tasks, in addition to tracking my processes. I work on a real estate project where monday has been a perfect tool for my organization for over three years. I love the boards, the chat that each item has to place any information, and the ability to attach client documents, even signed documents. The initial setup was extremely easy for us since several projects in my company have been involved with monday. I will always recommend monday Work Management for businesses.

The system updates occur without any communication being sent to us.

I don't like that the AI function is based on credits and I run out of them quickly.

I really appreciate how easy monday Work Management is to use. After just a couple of training sessions, I felt comfortable making boards, setting product reminders, and utilizing all the filters. This ease of use helps our team get more work done quickly while keeping everything organized in one spot. The convenience of having all our setup items in one place on the monday boards is invaluable, as any team member can access them easily, eliminating the need to share emails back and forth, which significantly saves time and enhances efficiency. Furthermore, the onboarding process was exceptionally smooth and quick, aided by an account manager who helped set us up, allowing our team to be fully operational within a week. Lastly, we switched to monday Work Management because it fit all our needs the best compared to other products like Salesforce and other CRM tools, and I particularly value how it makes it easy for everyone to use, ensuring a seamless transition for the entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when we're connecting boards, there seems to be a lag. It's not clear if this is due to something we're doing wrong or an issue with the system itself. Additionally, when using tags to mention other team members, the alerts sometimes aren't always set up as expected.

I use monday Work Management to centralize our CRM tools, making team setups efficient without email exchanges. It's a time-saver, keeping everything organized in one spot and improving work efficiency.
