Great time-saving software to improve efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
Pdffiller saves me a lot of time as we frequently have to fill out the same pdf forms for our business. I get to save these forms and already include a lot of generic information that is the same each time. A lot of local government agencies require a lot of different forms for each client and it's less cumbersome to prepare these with pdffiller.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the organization of documents was a bit quicker and easier within the software. It isn't very quick to organize all the forms. move them to different folders. I also wish it would remember my preferred location to save the docs outside the program. That would save me even more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have saved time, thus money by using pdffiller. I have reduced the time it takes to fill out all the forms for a new client, so I can send them out for a signature quicker, this makes my business look good. My forms look more professional than handwritten ones.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to upload documents as templates, to work on completed documents, whether changing page order or add/modify information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to change fonts and text color. I'm not even sure it's possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplification of creating clear, typed forms that elevate the professionalism of everythign we do.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to replace text, add images, send for signatures, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization of "my documents" is not very intuitive. Also wish there was an option to open the document without downloading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to complete team documents with multiple signers who are all in remote locations. I am able to rearrange and create valuable reports each month.

I like the fillable forms which make billing much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like having to pay extra for faxing several documents a month.

I have benefited by not needing a separate billing company.

Best pdf Editing at reasonable cost

What do you like best about the product?
Very great experience with editing pdf files. Helps to create a digital signature, no need to print the documents to sign them. PDFfiller does it all for you. What best is to save the paper save the environment.
Best website during such a pandemic situation, while working at home.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is just one problem that it just provides limited font styles. Please provide more font options and some more features like double spacing etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the transportation business, so we have to send the documents for the Border clearance.
Earlier, we used to print the documents and then put a border sticker and write notes with a pen on it.
But, with the help of this, we are saving a lot of paper. Just upload the docs to pdffiller and copy, paste border sticker, and write notes with edit text icon. Everything is easy now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is the best website if you are working from home if you are an environment lover and want to save the earth by not printing paper and also save money.

Business Forms for Client Services

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create templates of commonly used forms for client completion. Also being able to access legal forms (IRS, etc.) to complete through the system for commonly used forms for our Small Business Solutions. The notifications via email and the ability to save the completed forms to Google Drive for easy access. Being about to have a link to send to clients for specific forms based on their needs is extremely helpful. Being able to take the links and post on our website for easy accessibility for our clients. I love that we can embed the links throughout all of our communications for ease of use for client interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to locate the signed documents in a central location, but rather having to access from the notifications for each document. The navigation of the system is systems challenging to locate documents that had been completed through Link to Fill process. I also do not like that we cannot edit information on the PDF, unless this is a service we are currently not utilizing with our subscription. I have to go into another program, such as Word or another PDF Editor software to make updates an then reupload the form to PDF Filler. The ability to make corrections within the PDF once uploaded would save me time and increase efficiency. The transition of the link from the published link to fill page and when posting in our practice management system requires an extra step to post into a web browser to get the full URL that works for clients to copy and paste.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to create customized forms for each client. Saves time during client communication to easily share a link via email, client portal or text message. Streamlines our processes and increases efficiency for team with access to completed documents. Great benefit for routine business operations with forms that we use daily for multiple lines of service.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how much time you spend creating forms, money you spend on postage, and storage for paper filing. If you're looking for ways to improve your workflow related to form completion for client interaction, you have to give PDF Filler a try. You will not be disappointed and will free up time to interact with more clients.

I haven't been able to find any cons yet!

I have clients that need medical claim forms sent to insurance companies (they keep their own books). I can enter in the info and go!

What do you like best about the product?
I use the pdf merge feature constantly. It's great for compiling packets, assorted documents, expense reports etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not cheap, limited to uploading 5 docs

Great tool when you cannot print or use a template on a regular basis

What do you like best about the product?
I use pdfFiller every day.
It makes it easy to fill out documents I use every day with the template feature.
I also use it to sign my documents, so I don't have to print them and then re-scan them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still trying to understand how to send documents out for signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use less paper as everything can be done electronically, and I don't have the mess of all the paperwork on my desk.
It is all in my documents through pdfFiller.
