What do you like best about the product?
I use it for contracts on a day to day basis and it’s extremely easy to use and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly it’s pretty solid all the way around, maybe if there were an easier way to export files but that’s really no big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filling out contracts, financial forms, NDA’s - really anything associated with my business. It saves me a ton of time.

Easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
We like PDFfiller because our patients don't want to have to waste precious minutes of their appointment time completing a health history update in the office. It's much simpler, not to mention faster, to have them do it at home and submit it when they're done!
What do you dislike about the product?
The log-in process for the patient who has never used this service. We have a few patients who value their privacy and would rather not have to create an account in order to complete a form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PDFfiller is wonderful for our new patients! We send them to our website and have them navigate to where we have the clickable button to either complete the forms online or to print and bring them with to their appointment.

What do you like best about the product?
The hosted forms and e-signatures are an awesome add-on
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me get contracts signed much quicker
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

What do you like best about the product?
PDFfiller manages to provide any type of companies no matter how small or large the administration and send documents and forms in PDF online. Your low cost subscription plans offer an appeal to anyone who is interested in software like this. It has a very well organized graphical interface which consists of various types of options such as writing, highlighting, signing digitally, editing any type of document no matter its format. It has a trial period for a month which is more than enough to fully test the software before opting for the paid version.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it also offers advanced functionalities these require a longer learning time for the user. Conversion of a document from pdf to word format presents formatting problems. There is room to improve the workflow of any of the tools present in the application, thus saving the user time to complete tasks that are usually repetitive. The function of changing the font in the text option can look a little mismatched. Of the rest there are not many things that I did not like about this tool, it delivers a greater amount of things than I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the company where I work its document management platform is cloud based so having a document management tool like this is vital to maintain a very high work rate without presenting any kind of complications for our team. Using PDFfiller improved our collaborative environment among colleagues with the functionalities of sharing the documents you want for further review and evaluation by other team members. Tracking functions are very useful to know the number of times the document was accessed so it saves this type of information carried out by users within the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recommend for document management, with easy to use functionalities but with a high level of efficiency, delivery a business workflow with a very complete number of integrations such as Slack, Saleforce and many others that will further drive significantly the productivity of your team. Pricing plans are really attractive, those will adapt to your requirements as well as the number of users who will use the account. I recommend using the free version to be able to understand how the tool works and workflow, after using it you will not have more option to opt for a paid plan since you will be fully facinated.

I have not found anything I dislike, I find ease of use to be excellent..

Government filings required endless documentation. PDFfiller makes that easy and documents are professional in appearance.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can pull internet forms down into the software and then sign them electronically is a life saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven’t found anything I dislike about PDFfiller. It’s quick, efficient and super convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having to print out forms sign them, and the rescan them to send them where they need to go.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to take a pdf file and change to a jpeg very easily. This allows me to change pdf file so it can be put on FaceBook. I also use it to make corrections instantly when it will take a day or two to get someone else to send it. I simply erase the incorrect data and type in the correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that the program is not intuitive and there is a fairly large learning curve. I still don't know all the functionality, but what I know it will do make it worth it to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Changing pdf to jpeg to put on Facebook and correcting documents instantly

Good program and a great price. Well worth it!!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the pricing is really good and that they keep improving the functionality of the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think user interface can be improved but so far I've gotten used to it so it's not so bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to sign and fill out pdfs faster than ever. I've been able to have my real estate contracts signed quickly and effortlessly from my clients.

It really is a great tool, and well priced compared to the other competitors in the field

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, the options are perfect for our use, and I can email directly out of the program. I like the entire program - it's just perfect and it's very professionally designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then, I have difficulty aligning the text in the exact part of the open field area that I'm working on in the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned; the PDFfiller accommodates our needs with precision.

I highly recommend attaining a subscription; I'm very pleased with this online program.

Pros, Cons & Maybes

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to create templates and generate new document sets from existing templates for forms that we use regularly. We can also customize and include branded communication or instructions for our clients that uses company logos, etc. It's also nice that we can require and/or authenticate signer identification via several different methods with PDFfiller--a must-have in our line of work in case we ever have to present digitally signed documents in court as evidence or in civil court matters. It's also nice to be able to search for a particular document using the search bar feature, and the fact that users can have multiple documents uploaded or in use without experiencing too much lagging, slowness, or crashes like some web-based software programs are prone to.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not the most user-friendly or intuitive PDF or e-Document signing platform, as we've learned from feedback received from employees and clients alike. For starters, our employees initially tended to edit existing documents rather than creating each document specifically for each client from the templates. Also, after years of using PDFfiller, I'm still not sure if users are able to enter their info into fillable fields AND digitally sign their paperwork using Send-To-Sign because of the client questions/issues that frequently arise when we send them paperwork via PDFfiller. Confusing things even more is that there's now some sort of SignNow integration, which seems to take users to an entirely different site/platform instead of being seamlessly integrated with PDFfiller as we long-time users know it. Finally, it doesn't permit use of our existing fax number if clients want to fax or e-fax their paperwork back to us. Instead, users must purchase a PDFfiller-specific fax number at additional cost, which is ridiculous given PDFfiller's pricing and plans for paid users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to send and obtain signatures on mandatory legal contracts and documents to clients that aren't able to physically come into our office to fill out paperwork. This is especially important when dealing with out-of-state clients and is much easier than having to print out, fill out by hand, then either scan or fax completed documents back to us.
