Various formats for watching videos, reading, trying out with tools directly, quick tests...

Bad estimate of time required - rather inaccurate.

Most Udacity aren't just video tutorials. Instead you have the opportunity to practice your skills right away in embedded Jupyter Notebooks

A few of the coding environments you work in are several versions behind the current versions, so sometimes you have to use old versions of functions in a package

I am going through the Udacity program as part of my online college courses. They are honestly some of the best courses I've taken in my current studies

What do you like best about the product?
Udacity provides practical and targetted hands-on courses on various skills, with project-based learning. This really helps to practice the skills. Built in AI features for questions was a nice add-on in the latest course as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's entirely online, you don't get the collaborative learning experience you would when taking an in-person class, but this is the nature of online coursework. They still do a good job of having resources available - FAQs, a chat question box, mentors, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Udacity has helped me level up skills in Data Science and Python. I use these regularly in my work on data management, automation, etc.

I like the pace and frequent certifications. It was easy to use.

My college told me that the 5 courses I took were a Data Analyst Nanodegree, but I never actually got a certificate for that nanodegree.

I was able to do everything from home and still feel like I was learning thoroughly.

Bridging the digital divide. As an older IT person, I get to use the courses offered to ensure my skills are still relevant in this world.
