Very secure easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that duo is easy to set up and easy to use. I like that if you have a problem using it the support team is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. It keeps information locked and secure. Using it multiple times a day if problems verifying with one method there's anyways another feature to help verify you. The integration of this program is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually I don't have any dislikes about the program.

It solves login security and identity verification.

Sometimes the notifications are slow due to network or slow smartphone

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to configure on any mobile device with a QR. Supports passcodes and push notifications for multi factor authentication.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the mobile device doesn't has an active internet when the push is sent, even if the mobile device gets the internet after 10 secs of sending the push. You won't recieve that push notification or will be able to see it.

Easy and faster multi factor authentication with Duo to access internal infrastructure.

What do you dislike about the product?
One potential disadvantage of Duo Security could be the need for internet connectivity to complete the authentication process, which might pose challenges in situations with limited or no internet access.

Mostly not requiring to save and manage the passwords

It's a very efficient way of trusted two factor authentication process, user friendly,quick and easy to access

Sometimes it does not sync up with the timer

It's a very easy way of two factor authentication process . It is solving the problem of forgetting the passwords and also it's a secure way of authentication process
Experinced smooth access with full proof security!
What do you like best about the product?
Using our organizations system through VDI was very tough for us due to data leakage issue and other security reasons, After getting DUO app implemented it became easy to get the Authentication done with this system and now we use it on daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been always useful using this app and all are requirements get fulfilled, however it can have more advanced UI for better experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While working remote, it has make the access to VDI smooth and now we can easily use company's virtual desktop without any hesitatation and tension of Data security issues. Its features are very good.
2 factor authentication related usage
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the solution and the ease of the implementation. It also has very useful log reports which helps us to investigate potential suspicious events.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface may be improved in the application.

It helps us with MFA feature.
Also it is very useful when it comes to logging all the events as this helps us in our security investigations.

It's a decent 2FA app
What do you like best about the product?
Duo Security is a simple and easy to use 2FA app with a nice UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most places that offer 2FA these days don't seem to support Duo, which is a shame as it's a great app. I guess Google rules all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duo allows me extra security for accounts without having to use less secure methods such as SMS verification.
Easy to use two-factor authentication
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to set up and connect with other accounts that use it for two-factor. It also gives you the option to remember the device for 30 days, which makes logging in to sites requiring it a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you get a new device (phone, computer, etc.) then you have to call your IT department to get the push notifications, otherwise you have to enter a code each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was implemented by my workplace for MFA and I think it's a great solution to this problem.
