What do you like best about the product?
The options it supports for user to do MFA tests

There is nothing much which is missing or not as per expectations

Single sign on while mantaining high security standards, which helps users to increase security while reducing complexity

a great way to use 2FA
What do you like best about the product?
We use Duo security. It's really easy to use and install and syncs pretty fast with the app (for us VPN) it's connected to. I like you can also use post notification
What do you dislike about the product?
As IT specialist, I tend to use this app a lot to connect to VPN and it is easy to use but it'll be great if the app could be synchronized with more apps and websites
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The duo security app is used as two-factor autintaction for us, which makes our resources more secure and easy to use for emoloyees

What do you like best about the product?
The interface of Duo is very easy to use and understand. It's also handy that you can do push notifications to your phone, smart watch, etc. I use it several times a day when accessing certain websites or logging into VPN, and I never have issues with the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, it can take a bit of time for your push notification to come through when verifying your identity. However, this is pretty rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duo makes it easy to make sure that our information is secure and that your systems can't be compromised.
Best tool for identify and access management we are using for multiple server.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is interface easy to understand and easy customisation.We have option to use multiple alias which help end user and admin both for better identity understanding. Used by user and admin on daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Untill now no dislike, smooth solution we are using for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving multiple problems, one of the biggest as per our current environment we have to create multiple accounts for a single user however adding alias is solving everything for us.

Ease of use, strong security , cloud based authentication.
What do you dislike about the product?
dependecny on mobile and internet access issue could be limiting factor here. Unlike the text message OTP codes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps authenticating user by MFA.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Duo ensures everything work related is safe and secure so I do not have to worry. I like that it gives me updates when I need to make updates. It is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides of Duo Security is getting locked out of applications but that is my pown fault as I need to update my tools more often.

Duo is ensuring our organization stays safe from Hackers and immitators.
Did its job until it didn't
What do you like best about the product?
It's a decently-functional two-factor authentication app, which is a neccessary component of working with sensistive information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone app has ceased to function, which means I now need to rely on automated texts or calls in order to log in via Duo. Not the worst thing in the world, but it's a minor annoyance that doesn't need to be one.

My work entails accessing confidential information, including some protected by Federal stautes, so it's a neccessity to have multi-factor authentication on login.

What do you like best about the product?
Have been using Duo for last 15 months as enterprise SSO login, the login options are simple, the response time in general is good and the ability to have multiple login options are great.

What do you dislike about the product?
Cisco secure access by Duo blocks few sites which I still want to browse.
Sometimes the login fails with something went wrong which can be super annonying
