New user to Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Sage Intacct is that all information is on the Cloud. No more worries about server crashing issues or need to upgrade a server every few years. You can also have multiple users on the same Application which was not true on Sage 300
What do you dislike about the product?
You are not able to use a feature from Sage 300 - Report Designer. All custom reports need to be created by a third party on a T&M basis which is very costly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We never had a purchasing system in place. Now we can track all pending PO's and have a better system to collect packing slips from our projects

What do you like best about the product?
Intacct has streamlined the accounting process, offering a unified platform where I can easily access all necessary information. One of its standout features is the robust reporting functionality. Intacct not only handles the intricate design aspects of reports but also delivers clear, comprehensible reports that can be effortlessly shared with stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intacct stands out as an exceptionally user-friendly software with impeccable design across its features. However, it's worth noting that there is one aspect that lacks user-friendliness: the inability to reverse a credit memo once it has been applied. This restriction remains unchanged in all instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data flow within Intacct is remarkably straightforward. I seamlessly integrate Bill.com for vendor invoice processing, ensuring effortless synchronization with Intacct. Similarly, Nexonia simplifies the submission of expense reports, which seamlessly sync with Intacct, resulting in successful entries. When it comes to checking the balance in any account, I can easily access specific balances under the General Ledger tab. Moreover, I rely on Intacct for creating various reports shared with stakeholders, consolidating all reporting tasks into one platform, and significantly reducing the time previously spent on using multiple software applications to prepare reports.

What do you like best about the product?
This application is easy to use suitable for all types of business and easy to access. Easy to get the reports. Able to handle close accounting without many dependencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the sync issue is the problem that takes more time, the changes need to be transferred to other application simultaneously without any manual intervention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used for accounting purposes and it gives very easy reporting.

It's User friendly and has nice interface

Modification and one-time adjustments can be challenging sometimes

What do you like best about the product?
After all setups are done, there is quite a bit that can be done within the software to make life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all reports can be duplicated and that is sometimes an issue.

We are able to have a more robust system to handle our growing business.
Works fine for AR rep uses
What do you like best about the product?
Easily able to pull up client payment information, and all the information you could really need is right there and easy to find. Alot of useful reports and reviews also.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a couple techinical issues but nothing too bad, I was not a big fan of the CC processer when we used to use this program for payments from clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage seems to help solve alot of issues with manual reports and makes everything automatic. It helps prevent alot of mistakes and keeps me from incorrectly telling my clients things that might not be true.
Great Top-to-Bottom Accounting Software
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct builds out reporting in a way that can show off so many different things for clients to understand their financials.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of Sage Intacct is that the system can seem a bit threating to new users. There is a lot of information readily available which can stress out new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Sage Intacct has solved most of all is reporting for Grants. The software easily allows to track condensed financials - along with grant-by-grant.
A Great Upgrade
What do you like best about the product?
Sage's ease of use is the best feature. Coming from the Oracle/NS environment, I could not believe how easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not find anything. We are just beginning to implement it at our job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous ERP caused multiple issues with the subscription revenue management and caused multiple issues with our deferred revenue. The way it is record in Sage is easier and makes it understandable in a user friendly format.
I had a very wonderful experience with the Sage Intacct.

The most helpful thing about Sage Intacct is the feature to extract customized reports. One does not need to worry about extracting a particular report for a particular period
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't have any dislike about Sage Intacct. I'm able to extract the reports whatever I want during the course of using the Sage Intacct. Overall I have had a very good experience with Sage Intacct
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helped me solve business problems such as incorrect financial position and statement of profit or loss and also the statement of cash flow for the period.
