Intacct is better than Quickbooks & Zoho books as it more feasible to use when compared to others
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is top-notch.
Very less glitches.
A variety of reports can be generated at a click for management reporting.
I use this platform daily. As a frequent user, experience and customer care service is smooth.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are no specific downsides in Sage Intacct during my time with Intacct. So could not list down any such dislikes about Sage Intacct. I recommend it to others as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Various reports can be generated using Intaact. That helps in reducing lot of manual work and time taken to perform the tasks. This lead to increased business performance.
Great system for reporting, dashboards and navigating.
What do you like best about the product?
We have good amount of custom fields to be able to make this useful for our business. We have been able to create great reporting off the back of the basic reports. The dashboard function is great and we are currently exploring this to deploy out to non finance user
What do you dislike about the product?
We are struggling at the moment to allocate payments from one business unit to another, and more complex payments i.e. refunds and overpayments.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Statistical reporting is much better than our previous system. Customisation of reporting and creating meaningful reporting via dimensions is something we havent been able to do before.

How this client handles the Multi-entity Management, Customized Reporting, Dimensions, Attaching invoices is very easy, Integration with Concur, Purchase Orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are small things that could be improved in order to reduce the amount of clicks (such as copying dimensions from one line to another), The pricing is definitely a lot higher than you're going to be paying for most similar solutions

1. It would be more easy if we have short cut keys like F1 to F12.

1.Intacct helps in performing the reconciliation activities and also extracting various financial reports like Profit & Loss account, Balance sheet, Cash flow statement.

Editing the the new GL code currency filds is not allowed

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's simple to use. The AP section and reports are pretty straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The credits and debits section under adjustments isn't very clear. It's been a trial and error process. Also I use bill.com and the syncing between the two causes lots of problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The imports option is great to import bills and new vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
Intacct's General Ledger module is highly efficient for inputting and managing journal entries (the best I've personally used in my 20+ year accounting career).
Interface is clean and consistent across all modules (with the exception of the Collections module).

What do you dislike about the product?
Invoice management is spread across multiple modules and needs to be made more lean. The Accounts Receivable and Order Entry modules both hold the same invoice and offer different capabilities, which sounds good in theory (more options is rarely bad), but unfortunately it creates too many opportunities for information to appear in one module but not the other. A favored reporting option may only be available under one module and not the other, leading to data integrity issues.
If you're thinking of using the Contracts module for managing your SaaS customers, one word - DON'T. It does not aggregate subscription information within the UI, forcing the reader to look elsewhere for information they should be able read at the source. You also have to jump over way too many hurdles to place restrictions on date ranges for any subscription changes. The module is simply not built for the modern subscription model; it harkens back to a time when perpetual licenses and maintenance agreements were common.

We have consistent information in the general journal, bank reconciliations are clean each month, and expenses are easy to locate and track. This has given us improved insight over our spending.
While the Contracts module does not ultimately work well for our company, we do appreciate the level of detail that is available. This has put us along the path to knowing exactly what we want from a billing system.

User Friendly.

As this application is user friendly and easy to adapt the changes as per the requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are unable to make payments from intacct.

Sage Intacct is an application where we can perform easy automation and helps my organsitation in remote work and collaboration between people from different parts of the country.
