best in class ERP
What do you like best about the product?
dashboard functions , reports , multiple GL run , Bank Recs

Multiple account opening, facing troubleshoot

Reporting , Account handling Easy , Accounting entries , easy to use and implemnt
Decent ERP with an outdated interface
What do you like best about the product?
Intercompany/multi-entity transactions, lots of dimension reporting options, can upload journal entries from Excel files.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no learning/tutorials out there, so if you're a new user, you're at the mercy of your colleagues. There's no paid training either, only a "community" board to post questions in--no customer support. Not the most user-friendly interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched from QuickBooks to Intacct due to multi-entity and intercompany transactions, as well as consolidated financials. This was literally the only benefit of the software that I've found.
Great Program
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is. I mainly use for expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say about the program.

Keeping my expenses organized and keeping me on track.

Not fond of the Armatic/ Sage intergration but the platform is easy to navigate and process reports.
Efficient and Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sage Intacct is very easy to use for viewing your budget, and that's real-time. I also like the ease of putting in a Purchase Order and seeing if we have the actual budget when we submit it. It's very easy to use. It was also easy to learn from our previous system. It did not take a long time for our team to implement this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major thing that I dislike is that there is not option to print our Purchase Orders as a formatted Purchase Orders.

Being able to input purchase orders and see budgets for multiple departments.
This is very easy to understand and creating the customized reports for various purpose

Help Page is very helpful to understand the Intacct. and Intacct is user-friendly

The Intacct page gets logged out if left idle for some time, need to keep logging in multiple times to Intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating hundreds of invoices manually is a time-consuming activity, but creating the Recurring template helps in saving large amount of time.
Amazing application for Accounting
What do you like best about the product?
Using it since the start of the company and has worked great. Customer support is always there when we have a question and it serves our needs. The customizing of reports is so great. It is simple to use. It's easy to navigate around and the better part is it is easy to train on. The grant application process is much faster and more efficient thanks to Sage Intacct. There are many activities that we can now perform automatically that we previously had to do on paper, saving us not only time but also resources.
Aegis Project Controls has increased the frequency of budget vs. actuals reporting 3x, from quarterly to monthly, thanks to ease of use in Sage Intacct Planning. We solve data problems using pragmatic approaches and leverage a proven ecosystem including Sage Intacct for ERP. Every Sage ERP Implementation begins with the planning process. With the SAP and Sage integration, you can get combined insights from both platforms for better segmentation.
