In our organization, we use Sage Intacct as an accounting software, we use Intacct for bill processing, PO creation, PO conversion, download reports, vendor creations, and modifications and we use it to maintain travel expenses, maintain accounts in the multilevel entity, and other apps like Expensify and BILL are integrated with Intacct and during closure periods we use Intacct to get reports for reconciliation purpose.

Automation in financial processes has transformed the way we work. Tasks that take hours now just take minutes. This helps us handle clients with lots of transactions better, making them happier. It also boosts our reputation in the market and brings in more business. Automation makes our services better and make us more trusted. It's a win-win for both clients and the firm.

There are no short comings in Sage intacct

Intacct is very user friendly and navigations are butter smooth. We can fetch the details easily

Very user friendly features and no need to go here and there to search something as everything can be navigated easily

For recurring templates, we can have the feature of changing the month in the description

Having revenue management module is very helpful as it is saving my time in preparing big excel workbooks to maintain deferred revenue waterfall

Intacct is self-explanatory and easy to implement.
This software has excellent reporting tools and customizable features that help in simplifying accounting.
One other feature that I love is the data connectivity it provides with flawless integration with other software systems like Avalara/ Nexonia.
The recent release notes have helped in simplifying the cash application process.
Different modules like projects, contracts, and order entry help in the proper organizing of data based on nature.
This software has excellent reporting tools and customizable features that help in simplifying accounting.

I have been using Intacct daily for 2 years now and have not faced any specific issues, in the case of a few technical issues, the same was resolved by the customer support services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The help section and courses launched by Sage Intacct have helped me in deep diving into the functionalities of the platform. The work can be completed more quickly and seamlessly as compared to other ERPs I have used till date like Quickbooks.

Sage is very user friendly software it is complete package for any kind of business from small to big enterprises, sage is kind of a software you will your MIS reports with atmost customisation and all the glitch we face in day to day acitivity we have a great backend team who can help us quickly.

Nothing i dont like about this beautiful software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any kind of sync irrestive of the final product we can have our billing done very smoothly with less glicthes, Billing revenue managment accounting GJ's its all user friendly interface where with less training any one can understand and do it properly.

Sage Intacct is user friendly. A beginner can understand and use it on his/her own.
What do you like best about the product?
A little exploration goes a long way in Sage Intacct. The previews are user friendly and easy to understand. The modules can be used based upon the requirement i.e., multiple options are available to suit the requirement of the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports are not always customisable accorsing to the requirement. 2 different sources of data cannot be picked up to create a new report.

Sage Intacct is helping to manage billing, payments and revenue with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is one of the best accounting software on which we can easily process and download files in different formats from anywhere in the world. Further, we can view the audit trails for each activity at the transactional level for audit purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Intacct is very useful software for accounting people. However, it should be faster processing because accounting persons use the learning curve while continuously working with the software. Then the software needs to be faster in processing.

Sage Intacct helps us to manage our huge amount of accounting data and present the report accordingly.

Tracking the deferred and unbilled revenue is a very big challenge as per ASC 606. Intacct automates that process completely
