The software extensive feature and customization can be little hard for the new users the learning curve might be steep and it require significant time and effort to learn the whole software

Advanced reporting and analytics capabilities offers deeper insights into financial performance and it automate routine task such as invoicing and expense management which reduces manual work and chance of error

A user-friendly accounting software with various options.

Nothing as such to dislike. However, at times we do get slowness issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is very helpful in automating the workflow of invoices in the Order entry module from sales order to sales invoice to sales credit memo which makes it easier to generate transactions.

The Out put of excel report will get downloaded in differnt formats. Intacct need to work with third parties Integration.

This makes the administrator's job easy as the Help center stores information in once place.

What do you dislike about the product?
The time taken by the engineering team to fix issues which are at the back end, is too long. This really needs to be looked at. Because most of the time, looking at the issue itself will take weeks together.

Book Keeping which is very outdated and not recommended
Automation of most of the cumbersome activities like Vendor upload, Master data upload, JE upload.
Processing Multi-Currency invoices & creation of varied invoice templates as per Client's requirement, Revenue management.
Reporting is also a very good feature.

It has a very gentle and user-friendly interface without any difficulties finding what you need.
