User Friendly and quite customizable
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface and allowing us to create the reports as per our requirement. We are able to implement it very easily for our clients and the customer support is also very helpful. I use Intacct everyday and I have a lovely experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few bugs in the advanced module but I am sure those will all be fixed ASAP

They are solving the bugs with bank integration and this will help us in expediating the cash application process

User Friendly Application for the purpose of Financial Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
It is more useful for processing bills and PO's and user friendly for the new users also. It is more easy to access and working with Sage Intacct for the new users.

What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes in Sage Intacct Application. Payment setup process needs to be updated for Sage Intacct so that we can schedule the payments right away from the application,

It is benefiting for us to record entries and AP bills.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is very helpful and this is first application that I have used when I started my work. It is very easy to learn and understand the features and makes the work simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it slows down other than that everything is good

We can easily maintain our accounts, post JEs and create Invoices and the audit trial option is actually the best benefit I got.

The ease of navigation and the fact that we can expand it with the business growing.

nothing currently, we are new to the system and would love the learn the fuctionality better so that we can make the most of it and improce process efficiencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of scale, smooth processes/functionality, more options, lack of automation. It is benefiting us but saving us time from doing the tasks manually, it also has inbuilt safeguards as expected. Document templates and formats are highly customisable. So are reports.

Intacct - The User Friendly ERP Software
What do you like best about the product?
To begin with my review, I would firstly like to tell that this one amongst the most user friendly ERP software that i have come across. The interface, the navigation and quick access to required modules makes it more easier even for the newest users to the system and helps them to use the application very frequently without any hazard.
The features such as Projects/Contracts helps the business to track the progress and also to review their results in a much deeper way.
Also the integration of Intacct between various other applications such as BILL, Nexonia makes it more convenient for business users to perform their activities in their preferred application but still to review the financials in Intacct.
The option to track the audit trail and also to view the history of any page makes it safer for businesses as it indirectly warns any unauthorized user to make an inappropriate change.

What do you dislike about the product?
In few areas, though the features are inbuilt in Intacct, it requires the help of support/implementation team to enable them for each client account. There could be a possibility that the new user/client is unaware of this inbuilt feature and end up following some different routes to perform the activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When there are bills processed in different applications and synced to Intacct, it gives us a link to navigate to the source page in the different application which is really a time saver as we need not to do the researches in different applications.
Sage Intact Review after 3 months use.
What do you like best about the product?
Coming to the pros of Intact, it is very user-friendly for order to cash process as I am assigned to order from the cash department. We can reverse the transactions that are uploaded wrongly, which can be revealed after the audit if an employer wants to review them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes intact shows some errors while searching any invoice or customer name we need to search with exact data. So if it could show suggestions nearby it would be better.

Day to day accounting can be done easily and can be track every transaction with ease
