Accounting made easy
Not pleased. It's not ready for prime time.

I like the idea of it, but it falls short of delivering a functional system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deployment cycle is overly complicated, in part due to extent of customization available. Easy to get delayed, set back, or completely stopped due to excessive customizations that aren't well supported.
Lack of onsite deployment support is a significant drawback.
Requires significant time allocation by staff for at least 6 months prior to Go Live date. Our process took over 12 months and produced dissapointing results.
Reports are terrible, shockingly bad.

Allows for a chart of account with more depth and drill down capabilities.

As of now I did not come accross any issues or difficulties.The software is working smooth for me.We have not come accross any maintainace issue or the work interuption.

User Friendly and Informative Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and reports are very informative, we can easily build reports by ourselves.
We can import JE for huge line in Excel and Nexonia Sync for Exp is also automated

There is nothing to dislike about Sage Intacct as it has all reporting things along with Payroll requirements and consolidation for large enterprises. Reporting building and reporting editing is also very easy

sometimes it is difficult to track the right Invoice or credit memo

It is user-friendly and provides all the required reports and doesn't give any sort of issues like maintenance or any other problem while doing our job and provides the data with accurate information

Till now i didn't face any issues with Intacct so I don't have any problems and the small thing which is the receive a payment page is very sensitive when we enter any wrong data in the field it will not take it. we have to begin from starting.

I am getting required reports with appropriate data and no other software is that accurate and we can also manage the fields and take necessary fields and modify the report as per our requirement

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not faced any major problems to date with Intacct. In my experience, I have seen it is much more advanced than Quickbooks too.
There are some minor issues that come sometimes which get resolved easily through the support team.

I use the Order Entry Module, Contract Module and Project module for my client. Sage Intacct helps in easy assimilation of the various modules.

1. I did not face any issues as of now. i did not find anything while using Intacct for daily needs.

1. User-friendly surface, we can generate variety of reports that are easy to understand.

New user to Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Sage Intacct is that all information is on the Cloud. No more worries about server crashing issues or need to upgrade a server every few years. You can also have multiple users on the same Application which was not true on Sage 300
What do you dislike about the product?
You are not able to use a feature from Sage 300 - Report Designer. All custom reports need to be created by a third party on a T&M basis which is very costly

We never had a purchasing system in place. Now we can track all pending PO's and have a better system to collect packing slips from our projects

Intacct stands out as an exceptionally user-friendly software with impeccable design across its features. However, it's worth noting that there is one aspect that lacks user-friendliness: the inability to reverse a credit memo once it has been applied. This restriction remains unchanged in all instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data flow within Intacct is remarkably straightforward. I seamlessly integrate Bill.com for vendor invoice processing, ensuring effortless synchronization with Intacct. Similarly, Nexonia simplifies the submission of expense reports, which seamlessly sync with Intacct, resulting in successful entries. When it comes to checking the balance in any account, I can easily access specific balances under the General Ledger tab. Moreover, I rely on Intacct for creating various reports shared with stakeholders, consolidating all reporting tasks into one platform, and significantly reducing the time previously spent on using multiple software applications to prepare reports.
