Friendly and Informative software
What do you like best about the product?
As i am using for all accounting porpose and the software is very friendly and easy to understand and access and feeling good whien am using and I can get all the data how ever i want.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such dislike about sage intact since am ussing from 1 year, Some time i faced slowness i hope that is from my internet issue and there is support team if any problem accured
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Am using sage intact for 4 clients and all entire process depending on the Sage intact software, it helps me from the basic process to End process in accounting.

The application is user-friendly, there is no dislike as such.

It helps to record the data and we can extract the AP aging to check the outstanding balance of the vendor

Navigastion system looks quite difficult understood.
auto logout frequently
backup documents unable to see when its interface with other system.
ex: from AP module if any bill moved to intact its not comes with document only can be visible

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The consolidatation of data is the biggest plus in sage intact , it allow us to download the date of entire enity in top level than down loading in multple sub entities and merging it later. it save lot of time

nothing all are good the we can work easily

if we make any mistake while adding expanse GL later we come to know that that is wrong we have the option called reclassify we can modify .

User freandly and very fast to use. Good application

User interface is very user friendly. All the respective modules are separately divided.

Some times it will become difficult to find a particular module. We need to search as a trial and error basis.

Sage Intacct is helping us to solve any issues relating to Accounts Payable and Vendor aging related queries.
Intacct is a beautiful ERP, which enables you to choose the modules at your cost and ease

Releases that are not mostly compatible with other third party integrations. Needs tweaks

Sage Intacct is exactly planned accounting software that greatly enhances business workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct modules are well-organized and advanced modules superb. They have established to helpful in efficiently accessing the data needed for reporting. This streamlined approach has made our tasks considerably more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be very helpful if we could have more inbuilt reports and if possibly some sample dashboards designed specifically for management reporting purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have truly simplified data capturing and reporting. One of the features I particularly like is the ability to customize user permissions, allowing us to restrict access to critical data to only those who need it. This level of control enhances customer data security and ensures that sensitive information remains protected.

The software extensive feature and customization can be little hard for the new users the learning curve might be steep and it require significant time and effort to learn the whole software

Advanced reporting and analytics capabilities offers deeper insights into financial performance and it automate routine task such as invoicing and expense management which reduces manual work and chance of error
