Accounting Solutions for Multi-Entity Clients
What do you like best about the product?
The drilldown functionality and the multi-entity reporting ability

We cannot manage our multiple clients from the console for reporting and COA management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-entity reporting within each client instance.
Sage Intacct Has Been Great.
What do you like best about the product?
We have multiple entities and the ability to manage all of them within a single system is great. We have been able to build integrations with our CRM, payroll system, and expense reporting tool that have cut down on manual work. The reporting is also much easier than our previous system. Having the accounting system in the cloud also makes it much easier to support for our IT team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see enhancements in the accounts receivable/invoicing module within Sage Intacct. There are some limitations that we haven't been able to solve for regarding sending invoices and sending follow-up collections notices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have given managers throughout the organization access to Sage Intacct and provided them with Dashboards that enable them to track their spending and compare it to the approved budget. We have built Board reports that have cut down on the time is requires to prepare for Board meetings.
Simple, Faster and Easy Accounting application
What do you like best about the product?
Quick login, easy navigation, insightful reports, well organized accounting features. This helps the small and medium sized Clients to keep their accounting transactions in a more accurate way with affordable price and it also helps to ramp up their business as they Progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes more time during the multi currency transaction which could be improved in a better way to ease the transaction.
During the vendor setup process the default currency is considered as USD and this needs to change for Multi currency transaction for each currency.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The application is very easy to record the business transaction and this will benefit in manipulating the transaction whenever it is required to achieve the perfect books in accounting perspective.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see almost everything you need in one screen. Also that you can save attachments into Intacct instead of having to go multiple places to see the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the payment viewing section could be more streamlined. Just searched a single check with minimal information required if you have the check number and a list generating of all the invoices paid via that check.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's solving the time spent inputing invoices and also the time spent running all payments. its significally faster processing compared to other erp systems i have used in the past
Intaact is a great accounting system!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Sage Intaact is very easy to use. i love that you can switch between clients so you will never get confused and it lowers risk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that I can't open multiple windows of Intaact. If I try to it'll close the 1st window. It would be nice to be open multiple windows to look at different areas of Intaact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problems of missing reports that another system we use for financial reporting "qlik" doesnt provide. Since we provide a manual and automated Workpapers to our client, intaact provides alot of the missing reports that Qlik doesn't.

I like the seach function and the fact you can sign in from the web and have multiple tabs open.

The active window is only 1 hour before this shuts you off. It would be better if it could be longer

Sage is very simple and intuitive to use. It is a powerful tool, but very approachable.

Nothing that I can recall to mind. I am satisfied thus far.

We are able to pull financial information in a clear format that is beneficial for financial reporting.
