Accounting Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Automation. We are getting ready to start bill upload and that will relieve many weekly hours of AP bill creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be tricky. It takes awhile to make things work, but the time spent on it is worth it in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many state and federal grants. Sage allows us to use dimensions for reporting and classifying to better report back to the federal government and state government. This has been extrememly helpful considering we could not do all of this in Quickbooks without doing many manual entries and excel changes.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything, including ease of data input and tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of training around reporting without taking the expensive class at Transform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud based accounting. Now we can access our information from anywhere in the world. Also information security liability is moved from us (server basis) to the cloud provider
Great product for SMB
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very intuitive and the menus make a ton of logicial sense on where to find items.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports take a while to learn as well as understanding the user restrictions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automates a lot of mundane tasks as well as doing paperless AP.

I think credit card management could be worked on by adding aome functionality.

So many different things to learn about the system, and little time to sit down and learn/ play with the system!

I love how easy it is to use and the support to assist when things are challenging

I like the flexibility to do more than just general ledger reporting. Still learning all it can do and am excited to do more reporting from the system to get rid of manual processes

Was surprised at the large price increase at renewal. We've only been live for 6 months at renewal time and would have appreciated a credit for the time it took to implement and definitely cannot have every year increase as much as year 1 increased. We had to pull some of the licenses to be able to afford to keep Intacct.

I like the way bank reconciliaiton works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as easy as quickbooks to navigate through their system.

We are very new to the product so we havn't had much interation with the product.

What do you like best about the product?
How all encompassing it can be to fit all of our business needs. I also love the forward thinking mindset the company has to find ways to make our lives easier while providing more relevant data in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing for a smaller business that wants to utilize all of the bells and whistles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time reporting which allows us to make quicker business decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
The liist of kpi's is endless and results in dynamic reporting capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't necessarily dislike aything about Sage, I more dislike the transition time on our end.
