Intacct is easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sage Intacct is that it is easy to navigate, has great help/support and has amazing functionality options.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that it has a big learning curve for those who are new to the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the accounting and reporting problems that are not available in other platform/softwares.
Sage Intacct - An Amazing upgrade from Quickbooks
What do you like best about the product?
The accessability of maintaining accounts, various locations, payroll,and journal entries is very helpful. Quickbooks is considered the stone age compared to what Sage can accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to comprehend in terms of types of entries, and it can be confusing. Thankfully there are many resources and websites that are available to help you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of various sites in terms of revenue, cost, and various other components. Also the integrations with Bill.com and Brex are very useful in loading in data to help streamline the month end process.
Easy to maneuver around and customize views
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize views, and how easy it is to maneuver around within modules. I also appreciate that we are able to archive document copies within the accounting system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reviewing accounts receivable history is still a little awkward...but I'm learning!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incorporating more accounting modules within one system.
Amazing Software!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can easily reclass entries. Everything is very intuitive if you are just learning how to use the software. I also like that they take your ideas and do quarterly updates and are continuously improving the software. It is very easy to use dimensions in order to categorize expenses. Reports can then be ran on the dimensions. Sage Intacct is so much better than our previous software!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some fields that are too short and don't display the entire description in reconciliations and it is not adjustable. Hopefully this is something that they will fix in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to now reclass expenses easily. Reporting is now extremely easy and not so many clicks to run a report compared to our previous software. I can reclass an expense directly from the report which is extremely efficient.
Clunky, Cumbersome, Inconsistent
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with banks, payment platforms and other system configurations are relatively straightforward
What do you dislike about the product?
So many clicks to get the informaton you want (e.g. match a bill and invoice), no way to reallocate credit card payments, every module allows different levels of customization of tables, reversing payments done in error is a huge pain, so many clicks to get anywhere and tie two records together

Not many, lots of clicks, clunky
Easy Breezy
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact if anything is wrong the website will tell you what to look for to fix it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's well organized but for first time users figuring it out is kind of diffcult? Once you get the hang of it though. Its a breeze.

Sage helps me stay in balance and helps find issues very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is scaleable and keeps track of intercompany really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report writer has too many constraints.

It allows us to deliver financial statements for our multi entity clients.
A great cloud based ERP for medium sized corporation
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud-based, fairly easy to customize and adopt to company's needs

Some features are too complex to implement

Consolidation between a number of entities and currencies
Pleasant experience thus far with Intacct. Easy report building and user interface.

Reporting functionality along with the ability to creat custom rollup accounts.

I haven't encountered any downside for Intacct

Easy user interface. Once you get used to how to pull reports, it's fairly straight forward to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Pulling multiple period reports appears to be generally complicated, i.e. pulling 24 or 36 month reporting.
