Very User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Sage is very user friendly. The dimension offer better insight into reporting. It is easy to naviagte between sections. Secured transaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not necessarily easy to drill down on transactions through the GL. You also, cannot filter on columns in the GL or customize reports on all fields. Fields in certain sections such as Bills do not appear on the gL reports. Have to combine reports from deifferent areas to get all the data for in depth reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure business transactions and books leave less room for error than small business software.
Highly customizable accounting system - perfect fit for our needs
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how customizable and buildable the system is; we have been able to add all different types of coding (classes, customers, departments, customizable fields) to create different reports that fill different needs for our business. Additionally, the dashboards are a quick and easy way for us to pull "status" reports of our business with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is a blank canvas when you first start using it; there is so much you can do to build it out that it can be overwelming at first. It took me about a year to feel fully comfortable in it, coming from Quickbooks. Once I got comfortable though, it was really great to build it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us solve our issue with customized reporting, as well as consolidated dashboard reporting. The ability to add so many different fields onto one entry has been hugely beneficial for us across multiple areas of our businesses. Additionally, having multiple entities with one login system is so much easier to navigate.

Currently helpful to run custom reports to assist the reporting functions.
Short, Sweet and to the Point!
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily search for past transactions, fields are easily identified, etc. Program is extremely user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
If wrong attachment is accidentally uploaded, instructions are not clear on how to delete it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All past/present transactions are much more easy to access on Sage than on any other system I've used.
Organized and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
A platform that is both organized and easy to use. The system has clear cut categories to navigate through, and can be manipulated to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Manipulating the system can be tricky at times, but overall isn't burdensome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation; Higher efficency.
I love Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
I think that the most helpful attribute of Sage Intacct is the ease of navigation within the system. It is very user friendly and easy to learn.
I also think that the help/support functionality is great. I have been able to get all of my questions answered very quickly with this feature

What do you dislike about the product?
This not really a downside, but it would be very helpful to have customer support have the ability to just log into your system and solve a difficult issue. Getting emails and articles is nice but sometimes the issue is more technical in nature and requires a more hands on approach

Provides a more robust accounting system that allows us to have better insight into our business helping us achieve greater profits

What do you like best about the product?
It's a good system for the price, easy to use, intuitive.

Too much functionality comes as extras or ugrades

Able to assign project to every AP invoice allowing much in depth reporting

What do you like best about the product?
Support has improved. Overall the system is pretty robust compared to competing platforms. The Sage Community boards help quite a bit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improve by way of a human-forward approach. Consider a more intuitive customer facing design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial reports, transaction importing. We use intacct as the source of truth for all of our financial information due to it's sync capabilities with other systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Full turn key functionality. It covers all bases for running the organization
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes difficult to customize. There are challenges surrounding integration with other softwares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving to much robust system.
Great product for accounting for multiple entities/locations.
What do you like best about the product?
The approval processes within Sage are great. It is user friendly and many places to go for help on items within the software. The many different applications are great and the processes within the software flow nicely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some issues with reclassing items would be my only issue. It would seem you should be able to reclass an AP item that has been paid by credit card as long as it is within the same month, but that is not the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage allows us to create multi-entity financial statements to run the various business lines within our organization. It also interacts with other softwares that allow direct API connections.
