Sage is not very user friendly. It seems a little more complicated than it needs to be.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can communicate with others when submitting or approving a PR. I can view history of previous PR's submitted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage doesn't always allow me to search for previous PR's. The PR is there, but it's difficult to find. Sage Intacct is not user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows other departments to submit PR's and discuss issues with other users.
Pretty good accounting software
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use and create views/invoices/downloads that we need with a smooth UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that we come across that are hard to find or not available easily on Intacct that requires us to go to the rep sometimes

Internal bookkeeping, revenue management

Very user friendly, easy to learn, would recommend.

It's a little slow and it doesn't automatically fill in the Previous Changes for Change Orders.

Decent Accounting Software
What do you like best about the product?
The accounts payable features are very easy and allow much detail to be entered in each transation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to pull up checks when looking in G/L's or vendor ledgers. I can view which bills were paid on the check but if I want to look up the check copy I cannot click the check number to pull up the copy. I can only view the check copy under print payment copies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am unaware of issues being resolved by Sage.
Great Tool! I use it for expenses and timesheets.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, gentle learning curve. It helps me and my team report accurately & effeciently

No mobile app for timesheets and expenses. This will help for quick on-the-go capturing

sage intacct is very good accounting application.
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is a very useful accounting application for coding invoices. it will save our time. while coding the invoices. we can easily do all the cross-checks of the invoice once processed.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing much to say about the sage Intacct dislikes. there is only one thing i felt is there is no option to change the GL date once the payment is made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is a very useful application to process bills quickly and we can easily verify all processed invoices once synced to Intacct. it will reduce our time while coding the bills because of all the coding details available.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like its easy to use. Was not hard to jump in and learn the process. I use it to order product from multiple venders. I like all your order history is all there to be reviewed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see when looking for product it pull up by any key word without having to go in to the find menu and adding the % key everytime to search the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy ordering. We have all our vendors all in one page not having to jump page to page to order different items. All the ordering history is all in the same page also.
My Experience has been good with SAGE Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of finding information and the transparency with the audit trail. It is also great to be able to customize and build almost any report you can think of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Inntact can sometimes be combersome when we are tring to do transactions in AP and AR. For instance if we have a customer balance that is going to be wiped out with an AP bill, we have to do several steps to make this happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are allowing us to run multiple companies in one accounting software. We are able to consolidate and run reports for all of our business units without having to manually put them together.

KEEPING UP WITHTHE INVOICES AND THE NUMBERS. I CAN FIND ANYTHING I NEED. ANYTHING I HAVE TRANSFERRED AND ENTERED IN THE SYSTEM
Great Accounting Software!
What do you like best about the product?
The software allows myself, and our team, to easily track our expenses and projected forecast for our marketing budget. Plus, we can all access it from our remote offices/workspaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike most about Sage Intacct is that the software often takes a few minutes to open reports such as the Profit and Loss Statement. I wish reports loaded a little more quickly.

Sage Intacct allows us to manage marketing budgets for multiple brands across our organization. Users from across the country are able to upload expenses and we can see them in one concise report.
