Intacct is as easy as it can get
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct provides guides and resources for any question. The interface is easy to navigate and I never had any complications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes when the reports take a little long to download but this occurs when there is a lot of data to populate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use Sage Intacct to perform all my job functions (accountant).

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface of Sage Intacct makes navigating through financial data and generating reports a breeze. It provides comprehensive financial management solutions that streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a synchronizing issue while importing the file as it takes only the CSV format. The bill.com and Intacct sync error is more. When the data is huge it gets stuck while exporting the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct provides the data in a detailed way which helps the user to understand the process effectively.
Not as intuitive as some of it's competitors
What do you like best about the product?
It's thorough and comprehensive. Anything can be found.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as intuitive as QuickBooks. Have difficulty looking up vendor history.

Project budgeting vs actuals. Customized reports

What do you like best about the product?
The abitlity to pull reports needed to get our company numbers currently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lag in data and having to wait a month to pull numbers as opposed to it being real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost per manhour, Notice to Proceed numbers and tracking, material management

User friendly, contant updates are made to add additional features/functionality, partnership with other softwares for functions that they cannot offer

Additional subscriptions resulting in additional costs

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interactive nature of Sage Intacct. You can click through to dig into details easily, and the main ribbon at the top makes it easy to navigate through the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding where system settings are located can be difficult (i.e. how to update a sales contacts information and have it correctly flow through reports, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording complex intercompany receivables with corresponding revenue accruals, as well as easily record receipt of revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily being to pull the data I need to review and go over with the teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Pulling large data sets takes quite a while to pull and takes lots of time to get that.

being able to pull reports and review data sets

What do you like best about the product?
In my role as a CSM, it allows me insights into additional ways to support my customers. I'm able to get quick answers to them without having to rely on anyone else in my company to provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were aliases for customer names, as ours can be identified so many different ways.

Ability to respond quickly to my customers invoicing and aging questions.
