What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct now offers AI-powered insights, continuous close, and smarter bank reconciliation to streamline finance operations. Enhanced multi-entity reporting and dynamic dashboards make real-time decision-making faster and easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
We should have the ability to attach documents directly to individual entries. For instance, invoice copies should be viewable alongside their corresponding bills in Sage Intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All different entities' GL codes and other details are easily available in a one place, we can download the different reports for specific dimensions for deriving the conclusions. Also, we can close the different period books so that no one can change the details.
A lot of promise but not always intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Its integration with Salesforce is pretty good. If you want to keep track of aging then you have to use order entry. The downside is you have to manually entry payments when you use order entry. We use order entry for checks/cash/ach and Journal entries for credit card payments
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very intuitive to use. I find reports and entering bills easier to do in Quickbooks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
moving donations data from Salesforce to our accounting system. AP, AR . There is an approval system built in but it seems kinda clunky.
A strong invoice system that is easy to use, easy to digest, and efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing would be the different entity levels allowing for me to keep my work separated, but also easily accessable and attainable. The color coding is huge for me as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that Sage Intacct that frustrates me is the lockout time. I would prefer to be able to stay logged in for a day since I constantly move around and log off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is solving the problem of Invoicing. This program allows us to smoothly create an invoice and move it into our IMS system with no issues in the perfect format.

What do you like best about the product?
Gives you lots of good information to understand the health of your business. Dashboard gives you good info and can be customized to show you pertinant info quickly.

report names are not alway the most intuitive. Could give a better description of what report is giving you

Accurately showing revenue monthly and vs our budget. Keeps up with all AR and AP
Sage Intacct has increased our transparency and productivity.

I like the drill-down capability and the dashboards.

I think the process of converting purchasing transactions is a bit cumbersome and inefficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can allow non-financial users to access the report to view dashboards, run reports, and research transactions independently. It allows the finance team to be more efficient and to focus on value-added activities.
New to SAGE but enjoying it's capabilities and ease of use so far.

Easy to navigate but still learning the system to figure out all of the benefits.

NA - haven't worked on it long enough to have an opinion here.

We have come across some wonderful features about Sage Intacct -
- Data gets updated without much manual interference and most of the time data will be accurate
- We can generate some reports which help us analyse the data and come to necessary conclusion

What do you dislike about the product?
There are very minute things we think can be improved -
- Once the invoice status turns to "Paid" - we cant make any changes. In case the payment/credit memo is applied incorrectly, we cant edit the same. All we have to do is VOID the payment, which will again generate multiple entries.
- If we can make it more user friendly, it would be great. Many times, we would have a report which is very useful, but we would not know by its name.

Efficient, TONS of info at your fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
SO MANY options for billing and reporting. VERY efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time to process ...since its web based. Some things (like Order Entry/Email Log details) take a bit of time to process, especally when you have A LOT of lines of data that you are working with .But I guess that is normal and to be expected, right?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer invoicing, AR reporting, Month End AR Reporting.
Sage is the best accounting software I have ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
It is so user firendly. Being able to drag and drop attachment is wonderful, and duplicate tabs is super easy.

The prepaid module is a little discombobulated.
