Review after one year use.
What do you like best about the product?
Its pretty user friendly. It's not too difficult to learn. It's not as bad as I was told it would be. But there are a few things that I would change to make more better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you cannot edit certain deposits or transactions after saved. If it's like a penny off you have to do a negative and then re-do. Then that messes up my deposit amount and the total deposits on the dash board is then incorrect. Even when i reverse the deposit. .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our leaders see the reporting better. Which is why they were looking for a system that would work for them. But in order to have something, you have to give something.
A very good accounting tool with ease in features
What do you like best about the product?
Reviewing the trend and financials, easy access to all the reports help to analyze the Balance sheet effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GL Posting date cannot be edited once the payment is completed for an invoice which might cause issues during the close of books
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The option of reclassifying any given transaction which is already posted. This will help in doing the correction of any given entry to change the GL account or Department or Class as per the client's requirement which in turn help during the Financial review to make an adjustment.
Helpful for accounting professionals.

For trend analysis and posting bulk entry through templates.

We are not supposed to edit once entry is posted.

What I like best about Sage Intacct is that it is suitable for small to midsize accounting firms and can provide financial reporting and operational insights as well as the ability to automate critical financial processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Intacct has not aat any point displayed any element that I have disliked as the team is driven by values that makes it strong, resourceful and always moves forward, staying focused on a client's success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacctis helping businesses increase operational efficiency, manage IT costs and gain valuable real-time insight into their financials to improve productivity and profitability.
a bit of a struggle getting used to after so long with another program but is easy to navagate!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything seems to be a bit easier to find then in our previous accounting program, the search areas make it way easier to find anything you may need help on! ty!
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't like when you invoice more then one line at a time/ product. Being able to alt down more effiecently when invoicing would be more time effiecent as it seems to only work when on quantity and descriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally it makes the invoicing more difficult but on the other end of things much easier! closing book/ balancing/ running reports are all way more effiecent than past programs

While most of the complex capabilities of the software are easy to use, mastering them has taken some effort.For busy professionals who must access financial data on the go, expanding the features of the mobile app would be advantageous.It might be advantageous to offer more adaptable price structures or packages that are designed for various business sizes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having real-time access to financial data has given us the ability to act quickly on data-driven decisions, improving financial results. Our finance operations have changed substantially as a result of Sage Intacct. Our financial processes' manual and time-consuming nature is one of the key issues it has resolved. We have significantly decreased the time spent on data input and reconciliations because of Sage Intacct's automation capabilities, allowing us to concentrate on more critical financial responsibilities.
Great for accounting needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to upload items for submission. I also like that there are tutorial videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do have a lot of cons, however, i wish when you upload an excell it will figure out the error instead of rejecting the upload.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a simple and straightforward learning curve. It has good and reliable reporting features. The dashboard is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. I have not yet encountered anything that would raise eyebrows about this product.
