Accounts Receivable
What do you like best about the product?
Favorites and ability to have multiple tabs opened at once
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports and lack of shortcuts.
I don't feel like the reports are very specfic or easy to filter to my needs

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synching issues. When things sync instantly it helps a ton. When I have to wait for hours on end for invoices and payments to sync, it doesn't help.
Simple and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sage Intacct is the easy to access use of Help Center, which provides instructions in utilizing the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Sage Intacct is the amount of time it takes for a consultant to solve an issue - I understand that other teams (e.g. development/engineers) would need to be taken into account, but still it would be useful if users could have update(s) every 2-3 days of how things are progressing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual processes are being automated and information are being consolidated into reports that can be easily pulled.
The application is very user friendly and ease to access.

The application has a very good technical setup which helps in adjusting the entries through GJ
What do you dislike about the product?
The application is not having the dashboard facility in the basic plan which is not good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned earlier it is user-friendly and able to understand faster and fix the transaction very faster and this will help in publishing the financials after the month's close.
Great for Accounting
What do you like best about the product?
This web based accounting software has everything. From Fixed Assets modules to keep you fixed assets accounting, to Global Consolidation module to manage a multi currency company. User firendly too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing Intacct could be better is on the Help Center section. Sometimes it is tought to find help when you have a specific problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits the company to make the audit processes easier. Data is easily accessible and reports are informative.

The application is user friendly and the report generation is too good.

The dashboard is not available in the basic version which is need to be implemented

Overall Sage Intacct is a great software that continually updates to meet clients needs

The platform is very intuitive to use, flexible and user-friendly.

There are some basic features that seem to be 'in the pipeline' that should be readily available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our accounts receivable tracking and billing issues are mostly solved using Intacct. We used to track these in excel, but Intacct allows us to automatically capture and track all in the system.
Intacct - The very best mid-market accounting system on the market truly designed by accountants
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct has many amazing features, but what I like most about Intacct, is that it is obvious that accountants were very involved in its creation as it handles real life debit and credit transactions the way they should be handled, and you never have to worry about intercompany being out of balance. It uses what Intacct calls demensional accounting, and with these dimensions properly thought out and set up, you can slice and dice the information anyway that you can think. If you are especially in a service industry, it is the very best. I have over 5,000 hours invested in this product working for 2 different organizations and was an administrator of this product for 3 years. Love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have a ways to go to be competitive in the warehouse distribution/inventory organizations. I feel they have improved this module and functionality over the years, but still need more improvements to truly compete with some of the other mid-market solutions that have been servicing that industry for a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my current position there are many different locations and entities in the organization, and the main benefit is the ease of keeping intercompany reconciled very easily across a very large organization with many different people involved in the process. Wthout Intacct, Intercompany reconciliation would be very difficult to keep balanced.
Sage Intacct Review - Love it!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the menu has different options for what you want to go into. In some other systems you have to search for what you want and that can be hard if you're not familiar with using the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like my homepage to show my dashboard for my business: top key business metrics. Right now my homepage shows a bunch of Intacct information/advertisements. I'd like to modify that in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use an external accounting firm to process all of our accounting. This system makes it much easier to do everything in house. Our business performance has increased significantly because of that.
Dynamic Software and concept
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize transactions in a way where you can produce various reports. The concept of dimensions is genius. Other software's are very limiting compared to Sage Intacct. Old school vs new school.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. Getting started, just have someone who is very comfortable with Excel - it's a good mindframe to have when setting the account up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking business transactions, providing financial statements and it's benefiting the company by having accurate financial information on our fingertips
Very intuitive, easy to navigate, and powerful reporting capabilities.
What do you like best about the product?
Easier to manage accounting with a condensed chart of accounts, A/P seems more straight-forward, and reporting very powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
WOuld be nice for Sage Intacct to have credit card and employee reimbursement processing as part of it's platform (not the same as uiploading templates).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None which I am aware of.
