Too much customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all locations are under one login. It was not as easy to access with Quickbooks Desktop
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that there isnt as much included with Sage. You have to purchase other companies to handle tax calculcations, AP, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a cloud based accounting software. Quickbooks desktop was expensive and was cumbersome with 16 locations
Accounts Payable
What do you like best about the product?
The whole program is so easy to use. In accounting you have alot of in's and out's and this system makes it all so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have nothing bad to say. The program is great!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire program for accounting that I use it for makes it great
I used the Intacct application in my day to day activities and it has a very good feature for AP
What do you like best about the product?
It will us to find out the duplicate payments
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is we cant delete vendor credits and it won't to allow us to edit paid bills

It is very easy to reclassify the entries.
Intacct for small to medium size business
What do you like best about the product?
Pre-configured reporting options for a wide variety of financial statements. This makes it easy to pull monthly, YTD, quarterly, or annual financial statements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuration can take a bit of expertise. Sometimes it can be difficult to find the right information without having higher level accounting knowlege. Even when that happens our accounting team can assist and get us the right information out of th system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of accesing financial statements, ledgers, journal entries etc. Basically it serves as the engine for all of our book keeping. Instead of asking our accountants for specific reports, we can generate them right out of the system
Perfect for small businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
Sage has been easy to setup and use. The product is always being updated to try and address user needs. There are also various systems/softwares which easily integrate with Intacct which assists with real time reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tool within Intacct could be easier and more intuitive to use. At times it can be cumbersome to create various reports, especially larger custom reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are a small team of three and Sage is helping us in ensureing proper controls around our financial processes exist by setting up proper workflows. Intacct also allows us to easily enter and process AP, as that is a large part of our operations. Sage has also implemeted an AP automation tool to make this even easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The orginzation of intact is unmatched! Accounting teams know the need for everything to be easily searched.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to learn the navigations of intact.

Helping with accounting organization.
Very powerful tool and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
General Ledger reports are extremely useful. .csv file imports work very well. Duplicate feature is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fixed Asset module isn't very good, depreciation can only be done one "location" at a time. Search function could be better.

We use Sage Intacct for all our accounting needs.

Excellent for a Large Business
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is very Simple and cut and dry. I like that sage keeps our books very clean and allows processing to flow smoothly. Convenient reports for overview and The Dashboard Provides an overview of revenue and cash flow thats easy to look at for quick answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i would say is least helpful about Sage Intacct is that we receive a lot of payments that sometimes do not have the correct reference numbers on it. We then have to do research to figure out where that payment should go so it can be invoiced, if we cannot find the customer the payment cannot be posted as a negative balance/ over payment and that causes some delays in receiving payments.

We used to scramble at month end to get a good forecast of what our local revenue would be, but with Sage Intacct we can see an overview on the dashboard live for better goal performance and review.
Versatile Accounting Program
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use while having robust options. The program can be as simple or complex as you want it to be. It is user friendly for accountants. The reports are customizable and clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
The help options aren't always specific enough for certain problems, they can be a bit too generic. Recieving help can cost money, which isn't ideal. Also there are sometimes too many layers to get to the entity you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I first started using Intacct in 2020, there have been many updates to the bank reconciliations. These have been beneficial upgrades for large bank account reconciliations.
