Powerful Accounting and Financial management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like Sage Intacct poerful and customizable financial reports and dashboards which provides us with insightful information on our financial perfomance.
Its easy to navigate through the tool and understand its features functionalities even with minimal accounting knowledge thats to its friendly UI
The tool provides robust security measures to ptotect our sensitive financial data

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the pricing which is high compared to its competitors,apart from that its an all round amazing tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct has really come in handy in helping solve the problem of accounting,revenue management and subscription management thanks to the robust general ledger system that makes it possible to track financial transactions

What do you like best about the product?
I like the toools intuitive user interface which make it extreemly easy to navigate and use the advanced features.
The tool provides us with highly customizable reports making it possible for us to leverage the insighful information from our financial data
The customer support of Sage Intacct is also one of the best and they are highly responsive and ready to help incase of any issue

What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Intacct works great and the only on i can point out is the learning curve which might be abit high to new users despite the tool having an easy to use interface

Sage Intacct is one of a kind tool that has been the backbone of our accounting revenue and espense management.The tool is crucial for our project tracking and accounting , allowing us to monitor project expenses, revenue, and profitability

Some modes load slowly and report formats are somewhat difficult to modify

What do you like best about the product?
I feel like it is very user friendly as navigation is concerned. A new user can go in and find almost anything needed to complete a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of simple functions that are not simple. Searches that will not pull from any word in the description or name. Makes it very difficult to find things if you don't know them ahead of time or have them memorized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to learn new ways of acheiving a goal. New ways of seeing things.

The system is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are not able to reverse a retainer after it has been applied. Requires us to make manual edits.

This system is used to house and track all of our billing for all of our clients.
Great overall ERP system for small/mid size companies
What do you like best about the product?
Improving functionality. The base products have everything you would need to build out financial reporting processes. But there are consistent product releases that continue to add value to our existing subscription. If it is a module that adds cost, we feel that the new products are sophisticated enough to merit consideration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The custom report writer can seem a bit overly complicated. Where it's possible to need a more dedicated knowlegable person to build out the reporting that our business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a signficant upgrade from lower tier ERPs that our organization has used previously. As our organization grew in size and sophistication, we felt that Intacct was able to scale with our business. Greater reporting needs, larger volume of data, ease of use in navigating the different modules.
Very good product, still room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I've used several Accounting/ERP packages and Sage is near the top in terms of ease of use and features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the interface still to be a bit klugy, and it still seems to retain some aspects of old "mainframe" ERP systems. I think more work could be done by most ERP systems to make them more friendly to non-Accountants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes the invoicing and approval cycle tolerable.

The downside of Sage is sometimes, it doesn't give you every small detail you may be searching for.
