It is very useful and easy to operate. I love it.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how upfront it is. It is very easy to operate, locate documents, and move things around. I think even the dimmest individuals would be able to use this program with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was a way to view documents that have been deleted. There is many times in our company where we have to delete documents and we then have no way of locating them. We often find things by their sales order number, so that is why I just wish there was a "deleted" filter, that way anyone in our division can look up a document and find it was deleted rather than having to ask others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to communicate with others in our division on orders, inventory, and billing.
Using Sage Intacct for our company's business needs!
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct has allowed our organization to accurately account for our finances. We enjoy that the software syncs with Service Titan, as we export the majority of our data from this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Intacct is a little slow with loading reports and reports are not the most flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct allows us to keep track of our accounting across multiple companies. We have a parent company and numerous sub companies. We are able to keep track of all accounting with one software.
Cloud based software with good functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
age Intacct can integrate with other business applications, such as customer relationship management (CRM) software, payroll systems, and more. Cloud-based accessibility, the constant update based on user experiences and automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
hile the user interface is generally considered user-friendly, there might still be a learning curve for users who are new to accounting software or who have been accustomed to a different system. Training employees and adapting to the new software may take some time and resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct's subscription based billing is allowing us to quickly bill our customers on-time accurately. It keeps track of all customer renewals for us with its billing schedule functionality.

It's user friendly. Easy to navigate and support feature is the best one.

I dont think there is something that i dislike about it.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Sage Intacct is the integration with Salesforce. It's straightforward to set up and configure. It allows you to tailor the integration of your data to your company's needs. You also have a team of experts at Sage ready to help if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike or would improve in Sage Intacct would be the UX for admins. The navigation is a little tricky and convoluted. This may be a bit biased, but I would look to Salesforce for inspiration with how their setup is configured with a quick fin search and drop-down easily accessible within the Setup console.

Sage is helping to solve our issues with accounting data management and analytics.
Works well for a generic softwear
What do you like best about the product?
There are help videos and useful tips if you get stuck when doing something.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be useful if it was slightly more sleek and intuitive

It's ensuring billing to clients for the correct projects
Very Intuitive layout
What do you like best about the product?
The layout and modules are all very intuitive and user friendly. Having been a former QB Online user, I can say this is comparable. Intacct is Sage's QBO and they rocked it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish going back on pages without starting from scratch was easier (such as if you select the wrong purchasing workflow), so hopefully that is something Sage will look at more in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Intacct for all accounting functions, as well as some grant tracking functions in the near future. Its very helpful to have all of the data in one place!
Love Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface and navigation is very intuitive. It was easy to connect to to our other systems and simple to setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
No mobile app. We had to build our approval workflows out in the purchasing module rather than AP module. Our bank couldn't connect to do the bank upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to replace Concur with Intacct. We also used to have to use a seperate system to generate financials, which is now not the case.
New user learning Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the interface is user friendly, straight forward and easy to learn. I can easily find any transaction and report that I'm looking for. It has also been easy enough to connect to some outside systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
You aren't able to open journal entries/transactions in new, separate tabs from the report tab. If I'm reviewing the balance sheet, sometimes I want to open multiple journal entries at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a cloud based ERP system to house our financial data, book journal entries, and create financial reports. We have team members in different locations who can all access the system.
Intacct over Sage all day!!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is online. I like that I can access from my computer anywhere and dont need a remote login.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen any down sides. I like it more then the desktop sage.

It allows me to access my reports and do my work without having to log into a remote desktop
