Most User friendly ERP for SaaS
What do you like best about the product?
intacct was incredibly easy to use and standup. we are a b2b2 saas company and came from netsuite which was lenghty to manage and implmenet. we like how its easy for all our team to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
the ecosystem of apps could improve relative to netsuite. it feels like most of the 3rd party apps we need integrate but not all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are saas multi-entity company that uses Intacct to bill customers and do financial reporting.
Superb Product
What do you like best about the product?
the reporting and dashboards are really descriptive.
What do you dislike about the product?
To many details to follow during set up.

allowing me to customize financial reports to my needs, by allowing me to view the information i require.

THE ULTIMATE ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE
What do you like best about the product?
It makes accounting easier for businesses, juct copy and paste the data to an excel sheet
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, although the have a finance analytic module which is quite a little expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Balance sheet for my company. AR and APs are well handy, it helps me spot erroe right on the bat.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage and find payments received or owed by clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to click so many tabs to find descriptions

Does the job but a bit tedious
What do you like best about the product?
I use it mostly for timesheets (mine and the employees I manage). It matches what could be expected: relativly simple interface, email notifications, etc. I don't have much more needs that are not covered.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit tedious at times: there is no option to resize the columns to read full project codes or make the window fit my screen, it automatically reorder the rows when I save my timesheet without submitting, there is no field to leave comments other than by double-clicking on individual cells, and there is no flag to tell in what cells my employees left comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to track my time utilisation. It's not a fun task but it needs to be done, and Sage helps me do it.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to convert large amounts of inventory from one kind to another, and being able to do multiple types of inventory changes at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's incredibly frustrating trying to move items backwards. Because Intacct is accounting-focused, you cannot disassemble kits back into constituent parts ecause it cannot restore the costing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to keep track of two warehouses' worth of inventory was difficult. Sage allows us to easily manage all of that and move items between them.
Intuitive and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Easy to learn the system and pull the information that I need. Report creator is a very helpful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
PTO leave management is not very robust. And many of the customizations to the system I would like usually require me to sign up for additional modules, meaning more money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The pricing for small business such as mine is very competitive and it's easy to use for employees and admins like me.

What do you like best about the product?
design choice, entity - top level drill down, custom report capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
In -application search feature is not very helpful at finding specific sections/subheadings of a module.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our clients, reporting and overall automation are key benefits I always hear.
I really enjoy this program.

I like how simple it is to use Intacct. It is very self explanatory and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that it logs me out very quickly.

It has helped with keeping everything together in one place. It also helps us be paperless.
