Great system!
What do you like best about the product?
Its a cloud based syatem that is intuitive system that my non accounting employees can easily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to pay extra for certain modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sage helps provide real-time data to upper management as well as directors. getting data from a system without having to use excel

Sage has something for everyone
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of most of the features
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike so far. Just getting started
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the Prepaid Schedule functionality and ease of it creating the amortization schedule for you.
Sage Intacct is a Winner
What do you like best about the product?
It has so much functionality and it is easy to fix mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionalty within functions is not always the same - some places you have to be in view mode to duplicate, others you have to be in edit mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AP automation - helps speed up the process. Easy to set up new reports once you get the hang of report set up.
Seamless and straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
Currently in the onboarding stage, but everything seems very simple in comparison to the software currently being used. Sage Intacct has thought of everything down including the amount of automation they are introducing
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently do not have any dislikes - just that we have not implemented it sooner!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it will help us resolve our month close reconcilliations with minimal admin, giving us more time to focus on the more important aspects

The most helpful thing about Sage is the help and support section.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that a lot of cool options are only available at an additonal cost.

Sage allows us to process AR and AP actions.

User friendly, very easy to see live data

Can't reclassify Credit Card transactions

Finding discrepancies, seeing trends. Digging into questions that managers have on their financials

What do you like best about the product?
It's cloudbase and we can make changes to most of the entries even after they are posted. Many ways to create analysis reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many functions but we need to pay extra for them. The quarterly updates messed up our existing processes/custom integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation help cut down data entries time and human errors. We have more time to focus on other tasks.

The technology investment for Intacct is very impressive.

It is difficult to determine how to setup Intacct as a new user.

Financial information is at your finger tips with Sage for faster and smarter decisions
Very intelligent tool, great integration
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct has so many integration available for all the platforms that we would need to do different types of work. The reporting functions powered by dimentions are also very powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The list of journal entries can't be downloaded into a csv file that doesn't have these merged cells and empty rows. I'd like the mass data to be easily filtered, sorted, summeraized.

I need powerful reporting and automations with integretions.
Move from specific account combinations to dimension based accounting.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can use dimensions to track various items such as location, dept, program, etc. based on what information you are required to report on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account groups can be a bit cumbersome to create and maintain. There is not a way that I know of to create a report to tell you if a new account is missing from an account group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is helping us solve interagency reporting by allowing us to track the various reporting requirements via dimensions and custom user-defined fields. It is making my job easier by being able to report on or filter by those dimensions.
