Best software out for being able to create timesheets
What do you like best about the product?
It makes everything easy , with its user friendly user interface
What do you dislike about the product?
the is nothing less helpful about sage intacct
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making my life easier without having the need for me to write my timesheet manually and on paper that means my productivity sky rockets.
A designated, powerful and complete Cloud Accounting Software.
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to generate employees payrolls with Sage Intacct.It makes it simple to create and send invoices quickly to our clients.It makes it easy to track and manage cash flows transactions.It makes it easier to create custom financial reports.It allows ease to manage and control our finance.It more convenient when used to track and manage expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's difficult to customize Sage Intacct reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.It is fast to automate accounting activities with Sage Intacct.It is reliable tool for financial planning and budgeting.
A new learning experience.
What do you like best about the product?
The standard SOP for most tasks is not set, so you get to learn how to do things as often as you like.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to redo my work because of the numerous errors that constantly occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They say that they are fixing many issues. I guess we will see how that pans out.
Intacct user since 2016.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the cloud based storage, meaning all documents, transactions and reports are all in one place. I also appreciate the continual release updates and reporting flexibility and customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside is that it doesn't quite meet our business' needs for fixed assets and inventory transactions. It would help to have a more comprehensive fixed assets module that can handle a high volume of assets and transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct allows us to report and drill down by location. Before Intacct we had separate entities for each of our locations in our prior accounting system and it was difficult to post transactions between them as well as intercompany transactions with other business units.
Timesheets are faster than competitors, but visually hard to navigate and could use improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I think its great that Sage is quick and fully online. it didn't take long to get used to it
What do you dislike about the product?
The note system in timesheets is annoying, and it's hard to keep track of all different tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sage Intacct is very effective to use.
What do you like best about the product?
User friendlly and is extremely effective when posting. Sage Intacct was easy to use when first signing in and working with a new system. Overall, Sage Intacct is an awesome program to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sage Intacct doesn't have many downsides. The only thing I would say is the software doesn't automatically set too the dates you could use for posting checks. Sometimes it is difficult to remember to always reset it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it very simple to post checks and is extremely user-friendly for someone just joining the new software. Sage Intacct is an excellent program to use when dealing with accounting.

What do you like best about the product?
The AR module does not allow duplicate payments, which is crucial in keying cash receipts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not link all steps all the way through. For example, the Account balance report does not track other accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't think of any.
A lot of functionality but takes time to learn
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality is there from a reporting perspective to generate a lot of bespoke reports. This just requires it to be set up correctly and individuals using it to be trained.
What do you dislike about the product?
There does not appear to be an ability to restrict certain reports to not be edited by everyone. There is a blanket edit all or nothing functionality that does not work well if you wish some reports to not be editable at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us to pull out detailed reports of our financial data each month. I can save certain reports that I will need to look at each month and run the automatically.
Fantastic System - Massive Upgrade on Sage 50.
What do you like best about the product?
Invoice processing and the reporting around AP is ecxellent, as is the custom reporting tools available. The fact it's web-based vs the previous version used in Sage 50 is a huge upgrade and means working from home doesn't restrict functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the wording is a little bit frustrating as an user from the UK but bar that, it's all been positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On the AP side it has allowed us to free up virtually a full FTE due to its automation capabilities along with greater control. Our bank reconciliations are live and a lot more simple to track and process.

What do you like best about the product?
The developer API reference and the Postman collection is the most helpful for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need for extensive functional training for new individual
