An effective and easy way to undergo daily company logistics
What do you like best about the product?
The simple and straightforward accessibility and use of the product, minimal training is required
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of user personalization and customizability, especially when required to use it everyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of forming a database of necessary records for company logistics like expenses, time, etc. Sage Intacct allows for the organization of these records in a very concise and accessible manner.
Pretty Solid Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the system is cloud-based which allow me to get the necessary information wherever I can access the internet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to enter the item ID for each item. It would be easier if it would autopopulate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines our purchasing process and is able to get various levels of information depending on your level of access.
Amazing Customization with limits
What do you like best about the product?
I find it most helpful to be able to create a plethora of different kinds of view and reports. You can build out an assortment of different modules to suit your reporting needs. The flow of what needs to be created and mapped makes sense and the team we reach out to for any questions/needs are responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The back-end mapping needed can get convoluted and like all software, you don't know what you don't know until you run into an issue. One of the areas that I believe need to be built out better is the audit trail. It doesn't seem to tag people's edits on certain fields, so tracking who did what change can be difficult. Another area isthe template upload error emails. If there is an error in the CSV upload, the email notification on the reason why can be unhelpful in knowing what to correct in the next try.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business has many intercompany transactions and Intacct streamlines entries that can be auto-posted for these transactions. I benefit greatly by its custom reporting to see a certain data in various ways and groupings when I need them.
This is a great product
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the GL function of this product. It makes book keeping very simple and non completed once so ever. If you need a simple to use system to keep track of your book, Sage Intact is the ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bank reconcilation tool is my leat favoarite. I wish that it kept all prior month unmatched bank data like it carries over the unmatched GL data. I would think this is an easy fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solve the needs of, a General Ledger system. Accounts Payables, it solves the needs of a small Accounts Receivables plat form. Also it covers the needs of a bank rec system.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage is amazong, I love the way they work with many different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have many complaints about sage intacct.

Sage often times has quarterly rollouts where they make many improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the simple design. I started this position with 0 accounting experience and I learned how to use Sage Intacct very quickly. Generally the updates that happen are positive and they are constantly patching new things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the updates are sprung on us and it is hard to find what we need but the patch notes are helpful and there are a few major changes that have been reverted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that they are solving for our company is being able to keep track of all accounting roles in one system and has caused out performance as a unit to increase.

I like that this is web based, so that you can use it anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that I dislike about Sage Intacct.

The reporting of real-time data.
Best online budgeting tool
What do you like best about the product?
I especially appreciate the custom reporting features in Sage Intacct. The intuitive interface makes it easy for non-financial staff to navigate and use. I'm also impressed with the comprehensive security measures; it gives our auditors confidence that all financial information is safe in our system. Since we are determined to stay with Sage Intacct for many years to come, having options such as budgeting tools will be extremely helpful in the future - not forgetting smart rules/events that can provide additional functionality in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed that the transition process included several redundant or duplicate steps that were not helpful. In addition, I found that the initial Sage Intacct training materials were often unclear and created confusion rather than clarity for users. After the confusing explanation of the process during training, in practice it was relatively easy to explain to new users how everything worked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Sage Intacct, I was able to customize my basic financial management software to meet the exact needs of our company. We are no longer at risk of loss thanks to greater transparency and robust business forecasting capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Very very intuitive product. The Sage Intacct Support team is also very very helpful with any issue or problem you may encounter when operating on their system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prepaid module seems to have the most errors when using in the system, but the support team is very very helpful in resolving any issue or problem a user may be having.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is definitely saving the company time and money in regards to the monthly close process. It really speeds up the amount of days it takes our company to close.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy menu, clear and concise titles. Once the knowledge is there, the website is easy to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything takes really long to load. Needs more easily accessible tutorials

I use Sage Intacct to record my hours and submit personal notifications (credit card, travel account requests).
