What a difference!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to drill down and have the data easily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some work arounds on corrections - not some of the ease as Sage 50.

The ability to track expenses to grants.

The payment approval process is not as customizable as I would want. It would be nice to be able to create groups and types of payments for approval with criteria.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multidimensional accounting process to provide multiple P&Ls for each group and division.

Convenience of running financial reports.

I currently don't like the way the bank reconciliation is displayed

Sage Intacct offers a lot of accounting convenience to our company. We can easily run reports. The grant module is also very beneficial to us. The AP and payment processing is also good for us.

No change in my response, things are about the same. We continue to use the product as same as before

No longer having to manually enter invoices is a huge plus, as it makes us more efficient. Also, being able to upload new vendor id's keeps us efficient & another process we've streamlined.

Sage Intacct is fully-featured and functional hence there isn't any area of Accounting and Financial Management that it doesn't covers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything with this tool is helpful you choose the features you want and install or customize as per your desire. I find it improving every time I commend it for a job well done.

Sage Intacct is the most reliable tool when it comes to accounting. Management of all our expenses and revenue follow up. Has really improved on how we deliver reports regarding accounts.

I like how Sage Intacct allows me to streamline and automate all our accounting and bookkeeping operations thus eliminating repetitive,manual and tedious tasks.This accounting software allows me to easily track and manage cash flows in real-time.I also use this software to track and manage expenses efficiently.It is simple to reconcile bank statement reports with Sage Intacct.

Sage Intacct is very complex and has a steep learning curve compared to it's alternatives although I find it worth using it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The advanced version tends to be a little expensive and complex in learning on its fully performance. It needs time to get around it and learn how to go about everything otherwise it's all okey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This ERP system is accurate with simple features for accounting management of general ledger as well as billing and follow up of invoices and quotations. It has ensured we get nothing but accurate accounting procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty easy to access the grant reports that the Finance Department uploads on the backend for me to keep track of project spending. I can also view the reports in different template forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I might have limited access and not the full administrative version, but I wish I could download the grant report with the filters and everything simultaneously. Right now, I have to click on each budget category to see each line item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't encountered a problem or issue with Sage Intact. Members of my Finance Department might have experienced problems since they are the ones uploading all the expenses.

Sage Intacct is worth having and I therefore lack anything that I can complain at this moment.
