Sage Intacct just keeps improving
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is very user friendly with features like duplicating entries to save data entry time. The other thing that i like best about Sage Intacct is that it is constantly improving the system and adding functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that i dislike about Sage Intacct that I cannot contact Sage support directly, and I have to go through our accounting firm that we purchase Sage through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct solve a big problem for our company when they added the Construction module. Being able to enter the project contracts and having the change management to track change orders has give us some much more visiblity and accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
the ability to edit journal entries is something we didn't have with prior software
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting. Options are limited as far as removing unwanted fields or changing the size so data doesn't wrap. Finding exporting to Adobe causes some reports to exclude data or give odd results (i.e. & for use of &)

The ability to email invoices to customers

It is an easy to use interfacem intuative, and puts the power of your company at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a number of features that are add-ons and have additional costs. Sometimes these are cost prohibitive for samll businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is a very powerful GL system, addapatable to any business. It is flexible enough to meet your business needs. Its AP automation tool is simple to use and drives huge cost savings.

not being able to unapply a credit note that was applied to the incorrect vendor invoice

cloud base so all staff are users therefore they have ownership of their transactions.
A robust financial tool that meets the specific needs on nonprofits

As an analyst I appreciate the ease of reporting financial data. I also appreciate that Sage recognizes the importance of story telling, that it is not just about the numbers.

I find submitted a customer service request frustrating and the turnaround time takes to long

User friendly, but creating your own reporting is too complex.

User friendly. Integration works well with 3rd parties.

Reporting is not the best. Entire platform needs to be changed to drag and drop.
