New Accounting software review
What do you like best about the product?
Having previously used sage 50, intacct is a great step forward. It is much faster and more efficient and has many useful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is not really to do with the product itself... the training is sometimes very repetitive and confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage intacct allows us to utilise its features to help analyse the finances of the business more effectively and report on them to management.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct has been a great system to use!
Although very new to it, It's easy to understand and user-friendly layout has helped me get to grips with its core functionalities in a matter of weeks.
I am learning more every day and can honestly say I'm blown away by some of its capabilities

What do you dislike about the product?
There are almost too many possible functionalities! I'm not sure how i'll get through them all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alongside implementation consultancy of Sage Intacct, I use Sage Intacct to manage my timesheets on a daily basis.
The easy addition of numerous dimensions makes assigning time to various elements a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very robust and customizable software.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have a favorites menu option so you can get to your most used sections of the software easily, however, not everything seems to be able to be added there. The vast majority of the software can be added to this section though, so this is a small dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct really helps to have an organized accounting process, which then leads to us having high quality financial reports for management to review.

Multiple dimensions provide the ability to slice and dice data effectively

Still in the early stages of learning the system, at this time nothing to comment on from negative aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidation and the ability to run customized reporting. In the future, we wish to leverage off statistical accounts and do more in-depth budgeting through the tool
Theres good features for a large business
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is organized to department and subsidiary. You can create some custom filters for different reports that you are loosing for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how so many features that you need cost extra. And when they do cost extra, its a significant cost for a small business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That there is an extra cost for some features that I am looking for.
Streamlining accounting processes perfectly.
What do you like best about the product?
Sage has brought so many efficiencies to RCAC. From streamlining the accounting approval processes to allowing employees to manage their budgets with the click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have experienced with Intacct is waiting for people to login to the system and approve invoices so that I can pay them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining processes, budget management, credit card reconciliation less exhausting

There are no downsides! Everything is great!

Sage has helped streamline and expedite our accounting services.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy all of the reporting features and capabilities as well as the support articles that are available on almost any topic you could think of. The videos and articles are very helpful when trying to create reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is less a downside of Sage and more of our business not being able to utilize all of the capabilities. As we learn and invest more time into Sage, I think there are a lot of areas we can continue to improve on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is helping us better maintain our books. We are doing this through Sage's accounting software capabilities and the reporting features also help us to track everything in real time.
Sage Intacct is quicker and less expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Super intuitive and great layout ensures day-to-day bills and invoices are easily reconciled and managed. The Sage Intacct community is my best friend as whenever I need help with something.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not like that I can't attach documents to employee files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurately track our cash flow and the invoicing feature helps send invoices to customers and reconciliation feature reduced manual effort in reconciling bank transactions.

What do you like best about the product?
Intacct provided a valuable solution to nonprofit accounting compared to the older financial systems that were being used. The cloud based system allowed my teams to work effectively at home without worry of interruption regardless of where you are. We were fortunate enough to have already implemented Intacct before the pandemic. Even now that the pandemic has became an afterthought, Intacct still contributes greatly to our hybrid work model.
Intacct's ability to incorporate other softwares for direct feed is also an amazing function. I have linked Intacct to various tools such as Expensify, Adaptive Insights, Sage Intacct Planning (Budget), Salesforce, Ariett, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
Intacct has a great foundation, but to tailor to your company's needs, you may need a lot of additional tools which could add up in costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my first experience with Intacct, my company benefited from using Intacct's purchasing system in conjunction with Ariett. We were able to create purchase orders which linked to Intacct and keep track of POs on a large scale. In my current job, we do not have an extensive purchasing need so we were able to get by with Intacct's core functionality. We use Intacct's purchasing to allow managers to submit and approve invoices rather than have AP take the load of entering bills.
