VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE
What do you like best about the product?
The multi currency aspects and ability to use Inacct internationally suits our work very well
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike my previous sage product experiences (ie. Sage Accounts) it would be useful to be able to search audit trail transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The reporting and custom reports are awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can modify a gl account in an invoice that is paid by EFT. You have to void the EFT to do this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have over 120 companies and it has streamlined the intercompany process.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to understand with lots of info can be viewed over dashboard, Best part is there is no latency issue and easy to interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can use additional feild in JE section related to amount of journal entry booked. In future while searching for any particular JE with that amount, it is currently a bit difficult as we need to go to each JE (in case descriptions are moreover same).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specifically if I talk about non-profit accounting, it meet most of the requirements specifically when there are various control to be checked. It would have been far more easy in case of other organizations.
Sage Intacct has been very useful for my company.
What do you like best about the product?
Sage is simple and easy to use, which makes it easy to teach to your colleagues. It does not easily allow you to make mistakes and always has helpful advice in support. We switched from Quickbooks (desktop), and Intacct has been easier for both the receivables and payables departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that Sage can be a bit glitchy at times. For example, I may have a list of bills selected that I would like to pay, but the total price that Intacct shows is wrong (typically when I am applying credits at the same time). It will be correct if I reload the page and re-select the bills.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct gives us a platform to organize and pay our bills accurately. As the AP expert for my office, it makes my job easier and gives me a place to start every day.
End User Experience with Sage Intacct
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to navigate through. Entering time cards, expense reports can be done with minimal effort and time, which is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The home page will occasionally display redundant information or alerts that have already occurred.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to document all timesheet and travel expense related items in a quick and time efficient matter, rather than having to go to multiple applications to complete.
Accounting Technology Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Using Sage Intacct is now easy with Accounts Payables, converting the requisition and making payments. EFT transfers are also made easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer the cheque number should be written on the cheque copies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is solving unnecessary paper filing. With the new technology of Sage Intacct, all accounting processes and backups are now stored online, with no paper copies to be kept. This makes accounting work easier.
Very Innovative and simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
Sage is always trying to keep up to date, and they are informative when changes are being made. Sage Intacct has helped our company transition to more centralized accounting. Our old system would not allow those changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like payroll to be part of Sage Intacct. Our organization will need to wait for the third-party company to adopt the new payroll versions before our company can purchase Payroll for Intacct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company's old system could not become more than just an accounting ledger. Sage Intacct solves the ease of use and workflow and how it has increased our productivity, and stores files electronically. Sage Intacct can almost do everything all in one program, making it a simple and effective tool for our accounting needs.
Very Detailed
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct has a lot of great functions, especially if you work for a large company. There are multiple reports to choose from, or create, and it's already organized. If you work for a large business or own multiple companies, this is a great software!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only con about Intacct is that it's definitely more advanced than Quickbooks. Quickbooks is more for small businesses and non accounting/finance people who just want to manage their profit and loss. Intacct caters more to larger businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intacct saves time! With 500-1000+ customers, billing, reporting, and forecasting could take hours. Intacct allows options like batch billing, which can bill multiple customers in minutes.
Well organized and useful
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that it is easy to navigate. When I have to train new employees to use it, it never takes long. Since everything is well labeled, you could figure out where to pull a report from without prior training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have grown to like the prior dislike I had here referring to the AP/AR aging lists. The only dislike I would have now is how often it times out when I'm multitasking on different projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is making our processes more efficient with each update so we can spend less time on the more repetitive tasks. It is one of the easiest programs we use. The ability to run reports has made my internal auditing process extrememly efficient. If you need information there is probably a report you can run for it.
Much better than sage 300 which was our previous system
What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable, can be used mostly however you like. The import function is really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how once a bill is entered, it cannot be edited to change the date easily and go back for reapproval.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier data entry for bills, and GL entries. It's easy to find the relevant backups and entries.
