Poor functionality in the beginning
What do you like best about the product?
THe user interface is fairy easy to understand similar to quickbooks
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting system could be better with some readly made reports already populated instead of custom creating them from a set of filters
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a basic ERp software taht helps managed our company books, I just wish it had better inventory and Sales modules

What do you like best about the product?
I love the multi-entity able under one login. I love the user-friendly aspect of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more automation between intercompany transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our reporting on financials is very complex, and Sage makes it as simple as a click of a button.

This is so much better than Quickbookss.

Everything opens in a new window. I don't like that.

Multi company and better reporting for all agency stuff
There are some great features and some so-so features
What do you like best about the product?
The layout of the software is pretty simple to navigate. I like how you can customize your profile with your chosen color. Regarding the bill section, I like how you can put a bill on hold so you know if you should pay it or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
As powerful as the reporting section is, I find it tricky to figure out which report to pull to get my desired answers. And sometimes, when I want specific information in my report to make it easier to follow, the option to include that particular information is not an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where Sage helped with what I used it for what with the bills. If I received an invoice from a vendor and then checked the purchase order that went along with it and we did not receive those goods yet, I would just put the bill on hold and I could come back to it at a later time to check if we received those goods yet. It helped us with not paying for things that were not received yet.
I like to use Intacct for most of its part.
What do you like best about the product?
Versatile when booking entries. I can book an entry into different funds.I used to use Investran on which it was impossible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still need to think about its downside. So far so good.

Booking accounting entries for our Fund Admin services.

What do you like best about the product?
Generating any report needed. Everything is super easy to find with the customization features and the layout of the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intacct's downsides are that it will sometimes crash when running a large report. Or the time it takes to get a response from support.

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of the software. Helps reduce time and become more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The non-working timer can be a problem. The other day, I was working in Sage, and it asked if I was still working in it, as I was, and if would I like to remain logged in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I stated earlier, Sage has made us more efficient. Long journal entries and far easier to handle with Sage.
Our implementation process went over smoothly and the system is user friendly and sophisticataed

It is super helpful that we can track multiple entitities in one central system as well as create specific reports based on our requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some areas that can use improvement such as the search option and emailing out invoices.

Intacct's simplicity is it's strength.
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful thing about using Intacct is, as aforementioned, it's simplicity. It's built with a foundation that you would expect to see from any accounting system without all the gimmicks. You can customize from there and the integrations have been pretty seamless. If you are looking for simple processes that you can scale, this is a great system for building that without growing headcount.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful part of Sage Intacct is probably their customer service model. That could be our experience but you are really relying on expertise of your implementation partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct allows our teams to focus on the value-added part of their work, collecting cash and working with the business and helped remove unnecessary manual processes and work that we used to have in a multi-entity environment.
Great detailed system for any sized business
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of detail that you can include with each transaction helps us be able to properly label and apply our payments and receivables to the correct line of business. We operate 4 companies through Sage Intacct and are able to keep great detailed records. The amount of time spent learning the software was minimal and it is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been able to find something I dislike about Sage Intacct yet. The only thing that would come to mind is an extra couple of clicks needed here and there, but I don't consider that a real issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps us keep detailed accounting records for each of our four businesses. We are able to attached files from our other software and make matching transactions between systems easier.
